I've been going to Nitta for exactly one year now and have had nothing short of amazing experiences every time. I originally only planned on doing my extensions once for my birthday, but I'm now I'm officially addicted. It's so nice to wake up and walk out of the house without having to put on any makeup. Nitta is passionate about her work and it really shows. The first time I came here in the beginning of 2019 I was very impressed with her work. At first I was shocked by the price and the time it took but once I got it done it was the best lashes I had ever had and it was so worth it! They lasted almost 2 months! At the end of the year I came back for another set. This time nitta was at a new location. She shorted me over 30 mins of the time per the price i paid. The lashes were going in all sorts of directions. Within 1 week most had fallen out. I noticed as they fell out there would be one extension stuck to several lashes. I was under the impression it was suppose to be 1:1. I was upset the day I left the salon when I realized she spent less than 60 mins for a full set when I was paying for a 90min set. It had been over 6 months since my last appointment so can't say that I had less lashes to put on or anything. Maybe it's because I didn't tip enough last time? I mean I am already paying a very high amount for lashes here.... I can't afford to tip a high amount too. Kinda like if I went for a 1 hour Chinese massage for 20$ I'd tip $10 but if I went to glen ivy For a $200 massage I'd still tip $10z Also one more note. If you are looking for a relaxing experience this salon is not the place to go. Nita plays really loud rap music. She broke down the information to make it easy for us students to understand. I have had my fair share of lash extensions and personal experience with lash artist. The first time I came in I was trying to get correction work from another set I had from a different lash artist. When I came in my initial appointment was with Gigi after her and nitta looked at my lashes done by someone else (not at Whippedlash) they recommended I take that set off and let my lashes rest for a month so they're healthy and strong for a new set. They were so informative and cared about my experience so my lashes would actually last.
