I've been going to Nitta for exactly one year now and have had nothing short of amazing experiences every time. I originally only planned on doing my extensions once for my birthday, but I'm now I'm officially addicted. It's so nice to wake up and walk out of the house without having to put on any makeup. Nitta is passionate about her work and it really shows. She has and always will be a perfectionist so she absolutely takes the time needed to ensure my lashes are full, even, and adhered symmetrically. I have also been extremely happy with the fact that her lashes are without a doubt very consistent, so it's a huge relief to pay for her services where I can count on her & know exactly what I am getting. The first time I came here in the beginning of 2019 I was very impressed with her work. At first I was shocked by the price and the time it took but once I got it done it was the best lashes I had ever had and it was so worth it! They lasted almost 2 months! At the end of the year I came back for another set. This time nitta was at a new location. She shorted me over 30 mins of the time per the price i paid. The lashes were going in all sorts of directions. Within 1 week most had fallen out. I noticed as they fell out there would be one extension stuck to several lashes. I was under the impression it was suppose to be 1:1. I was upset the day I left the salon when I realized she spent less than 60 mins for a full set when I was paying for a 90min set. It had been over 6 months since my last appointment so can't say that I had less lashes to put on or anything. Maybe it's because I didn't tip enough last time? I mean I am already paying a very high amount for lashes here.... I can't afford to tip a high amount too. Kinda like if I went for a 1 hour Chinese massage for 20$ I'd tip $10 but if I went to glen ivy For a $200 massage I'd still tip $10z Also one more note. If you are looking for a relaxing experience this salon is not the place to go. Nita plays really loud rap music. Took Nittas classic lash extension course. Not only is she super nice. Very knowledgeable took her time to explain everything step by step. She broke down the information to make it easy for us students to understand. I love that if we have any questions concerns she makes herself available to all her students to address any issues and help us with any troubleshooting we may come accross.
