Soon after she finished my eyes began to burn really bad, she left me on the lash bed fanning my own lashes. I now have Micro Tears in my eyes. My Eyes are extremely Red and In Pain. I've been to this place twice so far. My first lash tech was Amy who did an amazing job, I loved how my lashes looked and she was very fast for a brand new full set. My lashes lasted about 2 weeks. My second lash tech was Colby who did an OK job. He is a bit aggressive with pulling off the tape around your eyes, with removing old lashes and with brushing your lashes out. That is the reason for 4 stars. They do great work and I will definitely be back, just be aware of who you are booking with. read more

First time getting eyelashes put on, I set up and paid my deposit on yelp and set an appointment for next day... that was nice. The quality was average. I got eyelashes put on Friday used no makeup until Monday I followed the recommendations to not curl eyelashes or use oils etc, as directed but by Tuesday the extensions has slowly fallen off. I was under the impression they would last at least 7 days for the $95 I paid. I did notice that maybe it was the person who put them on because they asked for someone else to review my lashes so maybe it was the person... I'm not sure but I wouldn't recommend. read more

I loved my experience here! Jazmin let me to the back and made sure I was super comfortable (fluffy blanket) as it is a lengthy process. Jazmin recommended that since it was first time having eyelash extensions installed that I should go for the classic look. As she applied the eyelashes I was so relaxed I fell asleep. I got my lashes filled by Lanny last week. She barely spoke English which is challenging when it comes to something like lashes. When it was time to pay, I asked her what her phone number was to Venmo. It was taped on the front register. She said she didn't receive it. I called the number and her phone rang. Then she said "I thought you meant Zelle". Shouldn't it be the same phone number for Zelle/Venmo? Why is it taped on the register then? She should be able to comprehend simple terms in English. I went to her the day before my wedding and was super nervous since i have never got eyelash extensions before and decided to get them done the day before one of the BIGGEST days of my life (i know i know). Was recommend this place by a colleague when I commented on how great her lashes looked. I made my first appointment a couple months ago with Jazmin for a classic set since it was my first time getting lash extensions. Jazmin was very gentle and they came out nicely. 2 weeks later on 10/29, I booked appointment with Ashley for a hybrid set that came out really nicely. For my 3rd set I booked an appointment on 11/12 closer to my home in Downtown Long Beach 2 weeks after my appointment with Ashley for another hybrid refill. Than today, 12/2 I booked with Ashely again for a 3 week refill since I had an appointment close by. During my appointment I was informed that I would be charged for a full set (5wk) apt even though my lashes looked more like 2 weeks and I told her it had been 3 weeks since my last refill apt. She informed me that per owner they charge for the last time you got a refill at their lash studio because people Can be dishonest. My appointment took only 90minutes and anyone looking at my lashes would have been able to tell I had a refill within the last 5 weeks. Advise: unless you are committed to only getting your lashes filled at this business, I suggest not coming here at all because you will be upcharged if you get a lash refill anywhere else in between. This policy wasn't stated anywhere on their website that I could find. In the end the Ashley said the owner would "only" upcharge me for a 4 wk refill Instead of a 5wk either way it was not the appointment I booked. As I told the lash consultant if I had been told at booking I would be charged for a full set I would have waited 2 more weeks or have gone back to the last girl I went to. Which is who I will be going to in the future now that I know This ridiculous policy. Her name is Aysha and she works at My perfect brows threading studio in Belmont Shore. Highly recommend especially because she only charged me for a 2 week refill, no questions asked. read more
