I had a really disappointing experience at Enhanced Permanent Makeup. I went in with a specific brow style I wanted, and the artist told me she couldn't do it. Instead, she gave me the same cookie-cutter brows she gives everyone, which look terrible on my face. It's been four months, and I still hate them. To make matters worse, she was two hours late for my appointment because she spent extra time on the previous client. By the time she started on me, she clearly just wanted to finish quickly and didn't seem to care whether I liked the result or not. If someone who claims to be an expert says, "I can't," what they really mean is "I won't." I would not recommend this place to anyone. No matter what you say to defend yourself, you did a bad job. I came to Tiffany for a brow correction. Prior to coming to Tiffany, I understood that there was a chance correcting the shape could be difficult to get to my liking since I had gotten micro-shading done 8 months prior from a different artist. I was unhappy with my shape and my main concern was that my brows would have to become even darker in order for Tiffany to correct them (due to the the previous micro-shading). First of all, I've had my eyebrow tattooed about 3 years ago and had a terrible experience (different place/tattoo artist). For some reason, my skin gets bruised/red easily, I bleed more than most people, and my skin has a hard time taking ink. My experience with the previous tattoo artist left me crying, flamin' hot red brows because I kept bleeding-ink was mixing with my blood (she did nothing to stop the bleeding), and painfully cave-man like swollen brows. I was horrid because IT'S MY FACE. I really was devastated. I never went back to that tattoo artist for the touch up and it ended up pink/purple over time. Due to my oily skin, THANK GOD IT COMPLETELY FADED. After years of being sick of having no tail ends and spending way too much time drawing perfect brows, I decided to give it one last shot. Being traumatized, I researched many artists but hesitated because I felt like I couldn't find someone I felt could do a great job. Then, I stumbled upon Tiffany's Instagram through mutual friends and had seen a few clients with red eyebrows she had done color correction on. So, I took a leap of faith and said "f*ck it". First off, Tiffany is attentive and sweet. I expressed to her my concerns and past experience and assured me she's had experience with my "type" of skin. She patiently and happily took her time as we got to a shape where I was happy with. During the process, she let me know every step she was doing. I bled during the session but applied some type of topical to help stop the bleeding. At that point, I was having flashbacks of my flamin' red hot brows and had anticipated on seeing something horrid in the mirror but that definitely was not the case! I was a bit swollen but not anything like my past experience. It has now been 9 days and they've healed very softly. I understand my skin most likely didn't take the ink fully because I can't control my skin, but I actually love how soft the color and shape is. I went for a thicker shape. I wanted it natural looking with a less defined line and that's exactly what I got. I will be definitely going back to Tiffany. This is for eyeliner as a service AND eyeliner training. So last year I signed up with Tiffany to do y liner. She was going to do my mom's brows. I own a PMU and esthetics salon also but we didn't have anyone doing powder brow and eyeliner so my mom asked me if Tiffany's worked looked good to me. I was really impressed so I signed up right away for eyeliner. One thing I loved is I wanted a winged liner but I have hooded eyes so she let me down gently and explained why it's not ideal for my lid shape. She did a beautiful job. I was on my cycle and had taken an ibuprofen and it was only sensitive on the inner eye (your cycle increases the pain when getting tattooed so I was worried). I was also on my cycle during my touchup and it was more irritating. I did not take ibuprofen that time and I won't make that mistake for my next touch up. I was so into my new look that I wanted to offer it to my clients so I took her 2 day private training. She was very attentive and educated. We had a great time and I felt way more confident taking my first client than I have in other classes with other people. I am now working on clients and I send her pictures and questions and she always responds in a decent amount of time to help me trouble shoot so I can grow. This review is way overdue but here it goes. I've been following PMU brow IGs for years and have always hated having to draw my brows in every day. However, when I thought about making an appointment, I'd always hesitate and put it off. Fast forward a few years, I started following Tiffany on IG and finally decided to pull the trigger and book with her. She was trained by Sharon from SpaByMode and I've always loved Sharon's shaping so I trusted Tiffany would do a good job and a great job she did ! Although I was nervous going into it, Tiffany quickly changed that and made me feel super comfortable and was ready to answer any questions I might have regarding the entire process. She spend almost an hour and half just drawing in my shape! Definitely didn't feel that long because she's super easy to talk to. She always made sure I was tolerating the pain ok throughout the whole tattooing procedure. It only took about 6 days for the brows to completely peel and I went back 4 weeks later for the touch up. Looking back, I'm SO glad I got it done ! It's been a while now and my brows have healed beautifully. They are even better than prior to the touch up. The second session did hurt more than the first but Tiffany made sure to check on me with the pain and gave me more numbing cream as needed. For my touch up, I did request for them to be a little bit darker and thicker. Like many, initially I was scared it'd be too dark or thick, but it really does lighten & shrink up as it heals.
