DON'T waist your money at this place, Nina does not care about customer service. I purchased a package through Groupon for three sessions of laser tattoo removal in August. I wanted to get rid of an old tattoo that I've had for quite some time now. I read the reviews and was excited about my visit. I called the facility to schedule an appointment on several occasions but was never able to get in contact with anyone. I kept calling and calling for weeks, until I finally received a text from Nina. She sent me a generic response that included all the regular pleasantries but no real response. I texted back and did not receive a response. I finally went to their website and schedule an appointment for six weeks later, first appointment available, and continued to try getting in contact with Nina (the owner). I kept sending text which she would nonchalantly reply to, but never with an intention to answer my questions. On the day of my appointment she finally contacted me simply to ask that I send her a picture of my tattoo, which I replied to within about 5 minutes. A few hours later she replied to say that it would be $100 per session and I would need six. I asked if she was going to honor my Groupon for the three sessions. Her reply NO, because she has changed the offer and it is now only for removal of cosmetic tattoos. read more

My mom's been wanting to get microblading & I've been scouting around for good places until I came across Precise Glow on Yelp with perfect reviews. I decided to schedule for a last minute appointment before the holidays and luckily, we were happily accommodated. It's located in the plaza across from Crunch and adjacent to In-N-Out on Bellflower and South. The parking is really tight in this plaza and the actual location of Precise Glow is located inside the spa. We arrived at our designated time and did a quick consultation prior to starting the process since it was my mom's first time. Nina was very helpful and really makes her clients feel less nervous about the procedure. She was very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have, even through text. My mom has very thin eyebrows and she was afraid it would look like drawn on eyebrows but Nina did a phenomenal job on making it look really natural. During the consultation, she asks for your preference, light or dark and she does exactly the way you want it. She takes her time, follows your natural brow shape and the strokes look super natural and uniformed. The procedure was quicker than we expected and my mom's eyebrows turned out great. She walked out of there really happy and she's excited for the full turn out once it heals. I'll definitely bring my mom back if she decides to get a touch up.
