7/28/26 Touch up day As the funny cartoon illustrated...my brow color mostly fell off by the return date. Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. So sweet and kind. I really love Chloe. She is an artist with a kind heart and superior expertise! Thank you for making my brows beautiful again read more

I had been looking for a change for a while and decided to finally do something about my sparse eyebrows! Chloe is an excellent communicator and really cares about her craft. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here. (By the way, I took this picture of myself one day after my re-touch session, so that's why it may look more intense. Usually the result looks a bit more natural and less pigmented than this.) read more

Excellent, meticulous job with brows. Very professional, no rushing, and committed to customer satisfaction.

I've been coming to Chloe for almost 2 years for various procedures. She's done it all. My brows, eyeliner and a few lip blush touch ups. Her work is meticulous. You can tell that she loves what she does. Her assistants Grace and Debra are sweet, as well. Thanks to Chloe , I feel so much better about myself. Love Touch By Chloe. read more

I got my eyebrows and lip blush done recently by Sophia. I was initially referred by a girlfriend to touch by Chloe. Wasn't sure if I wanted to go with Chloe or Sophia. I initially chose Sophia because I thought she's really pretty and probably has good aesthetic sense. I'm so glad I went with my gut. She is amazing! Sophia was also very patient with me. She really explained everything and followed up with me after my treatments. She's sweet too and made sure the discomfort of both procedures were minimized. Honestly, not as painful as Botox imo. I've had my eyebrows tattooed twice elsewhere and so far this was my best experience. She also made my lip stain look super natural. I was kind of nervous about my lip blush appt as this was my first time. The overall experience actually was very pleasant. I even took a nap in between. Anyways,I highly recommend getting lip blush for the lazy beauties out there. No need to reapply dry long lasting lipstick anymore. Photo attached is day 6 after my lip blush. read more

I've been using Chloe's services since 2017, first getting my eyebrows microbladed, then soon after had lip blush done. She's meticulous with her work, my brows look realistic and perfectly shaped to my face. I get compliments from friends and strangers regularly. I love my lip tone, she does gradient coloring so it looks very natural. I've also referred friends and my mom and mother-in-law. She's taken excellent care of all of us and I highly recommend her services! read more

I'm not satisfied with her work. The point of getting my eyebrows done was so that I didn't have to do anything to them. I went five times for touch up in just a few months. I got nano blading and it literally faded within days. Chloe kept telling me it was my oily skin but I expected her to know how to work around that. To this day, they are completely faded, I have to draw them in and now find someone else to do them and pay another few hundred dollars. Not worth my time or hers. read more

Touch by Chloe - After 2 weeks of nano blading - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Buena Park, California

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Chloe in January-February 2020. I had gotten them microbladed several years ago in Koreatown by Cindy Choe and those lasted a pretty long time. In that experience, they allowed the time in between touch ups to be longer. However, Chloe's touch ups must be done within a month after the first appointment. I decided to go with Chloe because she was closer and much cheaper than what Cindy, but maybe I should have just paid the price for better work. When you make your appointment, don't do it around your time of the month because it might hurt more or your face will be puffier. Making an appointment was easy enough. Chloe had a translator there who was really friendly and helpful. They left me in the room with numbing cream for "30 minutes" but it was much longer than that. It was too long because the numbing cream wore off halfway through the microblading and it started to hurt. I could feel the blade scraping into my skin. There was a mistake made on the bottom of my left brow that really bothered me for a while (see pic). Now it's faded enough to where I don't notice it, but that should never have happened. I noticed that after Chloe did my brows, the lines were not as defined as the first time I had them done with Cindy and the color in one faded much more on one side. I will get microshading done elsewhere since ombre brows seem to be more popular these days and work better if your skin is oilier. read more

Got my brows nanobladed and had a great experience! They look so natural and honestly the customer service is what will keep me coming back! It's so important to me, especially with services where you're trusting someone with your face. Eyebrows can make or break you! I'm so happy I found her and am excited to come back for a touch up and some eyeliner in the future! The only thing I will say is be very careful with the ingredients you use post care! It's super important I've been getting so many compliments on my eyebrows! Thank you Chloe! read more

I got my brows done by Sophia and am obsessed !! I've gotten my brows tattooed 4 different times before (3x in Korea and once in Garden Grove) and Sophia is the first person that really nailed the design I wanted--the specific arch, length, width, color, etc. Sophia is very detailed and precise with the design measurements. She makes sure to design something that makes sense for your facial structure and constantly checks with you if you approve. Something that never occurred to me but learned during my visit was that this salon makes sure to show the unpackaging of a new product to assure you they are only using new, hygienic products. It was good to know! Highly highly recommend :-) read more

I got my eyebrows done by Sophia Kim and she is amazing! She was so kind during the consultation and gave great expertise on what eyebrow shape and color would look best on my face. I got the nano brow treatment and loved the end look of it. Sophia really takes the time to make you look your best and also checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how it looked. I also thought it was very sweet that she made sure I wasn't in pain. The whole process went smoothly and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done. read more

Got Mom's eyebrows microbladed back in 11/2021 and she hasn't needed a touch up even after nearly 3 years

I give her so much credit for being a very honest person. Thank you Chloe! The last time I got my eyebrows done was a year and 3 months ago with a different artist. During the first few minutes of my appointment, she told me that my brows still look great which I did not need an appointment at all. So, I must wait for another year to get a new eyebrow tattoo treatment. I love how she said, "save yourself the money and don't waste it". That is very impressive how a business owner like her can be so kind and not greedy. I would love to come back whenever it feels right and perfect to make an appointment with Chloe. read more

Chloe is an amazing artist and master at her craft. I found her through Yelp and was thankful I did. I wanted a natural look rather than something overly trendy. Chloe listened, took her time, and did not rush the process. Her work was impressive. I had the nanno brows and upper eyeliner done and was very pleased with how it turned out. Chloe is detail-oriented and takes great pride in her work. Very few artists are like Chloe these days, she is a gem! read more

They are very COVID safe (tested once a week) I'm still waiting for my touch up to heal, but wanted to post about them. They are very responsive and kind, especially when it comes to aftercare. If you schedule your appointment right before or on your period, be sure to take an Advil beforehand to prevent sensitivity. Otherwise, it was pretty painless. Bring reference photos for what you would like and they will work with you. Looking at my brows now, I might need another touch up and it's fading quickly. Overall, very good service! read more

I didn't have sparse eyebrows to begin with, but I was tired of drawing them in whenever I put makeup on. I texted Chloe a picture of my brows, asking if she thought microblading would be a good idea for me. She assured me they would look pretty and natural. I already knew I could trust her skills because she'd recently transformed my mom's eyebrows (she'd gotten them tattooed a few years ago and they were fading, but Chloe made them look so full and natural). At the appointment, she asked me how I wanted them to look. On one side, she drew what she thought would look the best and on the other, how I described my ideal shape. We worked together to decide on the perfect final shape. With the application of the numbing cream, I did not feel a sliver of pain (I actually fell asleep at the 1 month follow up appointment). She worked quickly and made sure I was happy with the final shape. She also told me what to expect in terms of how my brows would look for the next 7-10 days and how I should care for them. She followed up with me once after the first appointment and again after the 1 month follow up (where she made final adjustments). Chloe is not only extremely talented, but so kind and professional... I would recommend her to all my friends who want microblading done. I am so thankful I found her, and now I have beautiful brows! read more

I walked into the courtyard towards the last door on the left. As I opened the door I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and found myself comforted by the pretty space. It was very calming. I was anxious because it was my first time ever doing anything to my face and I didn't know what to expect. Chloe told me from the very beginning she would make sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. She kept her promise. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Maybe even snored a little. :P No pain at all! I left there feeling so good and made sure to follow the instructions she gave me for 2 weeks. I'm not sure if this offer is given to everyone but my touch-up was free! My service was called nano microblading. 3 months later and the lines are still beautiful and natural. It was exactly what I asked for. The ladies in my family have already gone and wow what a difference eyebrows make. I'm sure my friends will be going to her in the near future. Copycats. read more

Hello everyone, This is my 4th time with Chloe. After almost 2 years of not microblading, I decided that it was time. As eyebrows are always a "trend" driven industry, I was afraid to redo but decided to and I am not regretting it !! Chloe used a new product that is more natural and the after care is a lot different too. I had to wait one week before washing but the results are great ! Indeed it looks even more natural. The pigment matched my skin tone better. read more

I've been going to Chloe for a few years for primarily microblading. Most recently, Chloe was able to do nanoblading for me, and I really like it! It doesn't peel and it saves me time from having to apply my own makeup in the morning. It's dark enough where I don't have to do anything. Chloe always checks in to see how everything's going and is open to feedback. I highly recommend going to Chloe! Thank you! read more

Although I don't write as much reviews anymore I feel like this was much needed! Let me tell you..Chloe is so talented! I was scared as hell getting my eyebrows microbladed bc 1. I didn't want gangster eyebrows 2. I didn't want it to be painful She made them look super natural and it did not hurt at all. She applies numbing cream so you don't feel any pain. The procedure took about 1 hr 30min and was the best decision ever. $350 total for the whole procedure and 1 touch up included (after 1 month) both Chloe and her assistant are professional and kind. Best decision I've ever made and get so much compliments on my eyebrows. Follow up review after my touch up ;) read more

I think Chloe puts in a lot of effort with each of her clients and I really appreciate that. My eyebrows before coming in was faded from a previously bad job. I was hoping for a better shape as well as a darker and more filled-in look. After the first session , I thought the eyebrows looked a little mismatched with one eyebrow larger and thicker than the other. I think there was a misunderstanding in which she thought that I wanted her to do my eyebrows exactly as I had previously drawn them on . But I definitely didn't want that because I'm not that great of making my eyebrows even. When I went in for my touchup, I decided to do the combo microblading and microshading aka the ombre look. One side ended up more curved on top and the other nice and straight. She said it was due to unrelaxed muscles when I opened my eyes and suggested botox to fix it. She did however attempt to erase the curvature after I complained though it left a light brown residual. Unfortunately, my brows did not heal well from the microshading so I asked for a free touch up to fix it since my eyebrows were patchy and the color made it look red and inflammed. She had accidentally overbooked and so I waited for 2 hours with the numbing cream on. When we started on my brows it was extremely painful since the lidocaine was most likely all used up in the 2 hrs (even tho the cream is still there the drug had been used up by the body). But after she put on more cream it was fine. This time, her assistant said Chloe had gotten better quality ink recently and my eyebrow color would most likely be much better. Chloe used just microblading this time and I kept my eyes open the entire time to hopefully ensure even eyebrows. I want bows that are even when I open my eyes rather than even ones one I'm relaxed and sleeping. Now that's it's all healed I quite like it! Next time I would elongate my brows a little since I usually do cat eye liner and it would be a better ratio longer. But Chloe's drawing technique is great with lines drawn very well. I would only suggest to ensure she understands that you want her to measure out your brows to make sure they are even and not just go off on what you draw on. read more

I have returned to Chloe a second time to have her update the color of my eyebrows. The first time, five years ago, I was so nervous, but after doing my research, I settled on Chloe. She took a lot of time to really look at my eyebrows to see how they worked; when my eyes were open and when they were closed (they were different). I also wanted microblading, which seems to be the fad, she instead suggested tattooing. I went with her suggestion and I have been very happy with the results. I have received many compliments for her work from so many people over the years She is very professional and while English is her second language we never had any miscommunication. She took her time to make sure that I understood the process and also how to care for myself at home afterwards. She made sure that I was comfortable and did not feel any pain. Typically there is a follow up appointment and the color can be adjusted if needed. I wanted mine just a tiny bit lighter and she was able to achieve it. I would recommend her and I am sure that I will go back again when the time comes. read more

I'm the biggest chicken you will ever meet. I'm afraid of the flu shot. When I smell the dentist office I shiver. I got microbladed and lived to tell about it. I always thought microblading eyebrows would be similar to the torture of death by a thousand cuts. Boy was I wrong. I had semi permanent eyebrows tattooed before and it was always extremely painful and I would have blood oozing out during the procedure. Here I felt nothing. It was actually sore after when I came home but during the procedure I didn't feel a thing! I had searched YouTube about microblading and saw many videos of the tattoo artist using multiple blades and no anesthesia. Here she uses a single blade and literally draws individual hair lines unto your brows. No blood! She's meticulous and constantly asks you if it's satisfactory. I couldn't be happier. She was completely honest during the consultation. She's informed me due to the grayish color from the previous procedure, I could not go any lighter in color and I would actually have to go darker if I wanted to see distinct lines. Logical sense. Depending on your skin type the color fades differently. Meaning some people show more gray undertones after first fade, some show more brown (I asked for dark brown). Also she mentioned I have oily skin and the color may not stay as long. I appreciated the info and I understand everything these days have outcomes that may not be perfect. However I am completely satisfied with her work, so far. I scheduled for a touch up one month after and can't wait to see the results. read more

TL;DR: I went to Chloe for about two years before switching over to ombré powder. She's definitely one very talented lady. I loved the way my eye brows look; the arches were the right high -- not to tall not to flat. I went to Chloe about two years (1 initial and 1 yearly touch up). All in all -- I deducted one star from my experience dude to lack of transparency to the possibility of scarring post microblading. After about a year post microblading, I noticed redness around my eyebrows which i thought was faded ink. When I went to another artist for ombré powdered, she told me that these redness was actually my scar tissue that never healed. She said these are pretty common in people who had done microblading more than once, where the blade fit was too deep and ended up scarring the tissue. So -- if anyone asked whether i'd go back to chloe? i'd say yes; I got compliments left and right on my eyebrows. I just wish I did my due diligence and make sure that she didn't cut too deep. read more

I give Chole a million stars!!!!!! So I've been to Cindy in LA 3x and her appointments are so ridiculous I wanted to find someone close and who is more accessible. Chole texted me back within an hour with availably & prices. The process: 1) eyebrow shape: I'm super picky and Chole is super patient. She didn't push a particular shape meaning creating an eyebrow shape she is familiar with. Although I was going to a Korean expert, I knew I didn't want the Korea straight eyebrow trend (I was secret hoping she didn't give me a pair of those suckers). I really wanted more of a American meets Thailand kinda eyebrow shape... long and arched. And that's exactly what I got! Love love love. 2) numb: Chole will check in with you to make sure you can tolerate the pain and numb you again if necessary 3) micro blading: Chole will micro-blade you in three separate sessions. Mirco-blade then tint. Repeat. Final thoughts: Since I've gone to both Chole and Cindy, I can honestly tell you Chole's work & care for her customer is far superior to Cindy. In fact, Chole did such a great job and I was Snapchating the final results, three of my girlfriends just called and booked their 3D microblading appointment! Also, her assistant is super sweet and helps Chole with english translation making the language barrier non existent :) read more
