They have good pricing and always do a good job. I've gotten so many different styles, thick, dramatic and natural. No matter what I request they always execute it perfectly. This time I got a wispy dramatic set because I'm going to a couple of events and wanted a more dramatic look. I attached a picture! I paid $135 for a full set. It does get cheaper if you go less dramatic. This is your typical lash place, relaxing spa music. It's not always quiet due to not being in your own room. But personally that doesn't bug me. It's not loud by any means. You just occasionally hear other customers walking in and talking to their technician. Again that's pretty normal. Now the lady I had did answer the phone while doing my lashes (told her I didn't mind) and she did sanitize before she started working on my eyes again. The salon is clean, technicians are clean, and the salon smells clean. Nothing is more gross than when you go in a salon and smell everyone's lunch. Overall I love this place. They're consistent, the lashes last, and they're reasonably priced. If you go just bring pictures and they can literally match almost everything.

It was of no fault to the business. Immediately, upon entering there is an inviting wait area with a lovely display of products. They play soft instrumental music which is so comforting. There you can see a full menu of services with visual aids for their lash extension services. My technician was gentle and patient. I could feel my eyelashes flutter but she worked quietly with me and didn't make me feel bad about it. At the end of the service, I wasn't sure how I felt about my lift and tint. When I was finally able to wash my lashes 24 hrs later, I was able to see the full effect without the remaining tint on the lash line. They are natural looking, well defined, and feminine. They start by examining your scalp and then tailor the treatment to your specific hair and scalp needs. It never feels rushed or generic. During the treatment you are seated in a super comfortable spa chair and wrapped in warm blankets. I honestly felt like I was floating on a cloud and I have fallen asleep more than once because it is that relaxing. After the session they even blow dry your hair so you do not leave looking like you just rolled out of bed. The staff are always friendly attentive and gentle. On my fourth visit, my nails unfortunately didn't come out as expected. They were uneven and just not up to the usual standard I've experienced here. I came back the next day to kindly let them know and ask if they could fix them. The owner was actually on her way out, but she took the time to personally take care of me--and I'm so glad she did. She completely turned the experience around. She reshaped my nails beautifully, reapplied the color and chrome, and even added a cuticle treatment. *Brow correction for my mom*…read more I found Chloe on Yelp. I wanted to set up a consult for my mom while she was visiting California to have her brows corrected. The previous lady made one higher than the other (5 year back). 3/17/24 booked a last minute consult ointment with Chloe at 4pm. She email and texted me appointment details and exact photos of directions to get to her place for the day of. I went with my mom to make sure she felt comfortable expressing her wishes on brow look. Chloe was patient and though some revision she did not advise, she respected my moms desires. They both met in the middle to achieve the best look considering a previous brow tat was already there. I really liked how Chloe does not upsell just to get more money. If you don't need something, she just tells you it's not needed. I really appreciated this. After the brow drawing, she said to text her later if mom decided to proceed for Monday 2/19 @ 12pm. This was also nice that she did not rush us to make an appointment. After we got home, mom and I looked at her brows and decided it was a good look for her. I texted Chloe to confirm mom wanted to proceed. She was booked. Due to me working Monday, I could not come with mom. She was kid sitting for me so she had to bring my daughters with her. Chloe's daughter watched over my girls (per mom) and treated them with such kindness while my mom was getting her brows done. Mom said the entire process took 2 hours. Chloe took her time to numb, then work, then numb, check brows and finish up. Mom did not feel rushed and her end result was very nice. Since I was going to gift this to my mom, I asked Chloe to send me a message after completion and I zelled her the payment. Happy mom= happy daughter Thank you, Chloe.
