Seriously I try this place again because it's close to my house but I just can't get a good experience with them. When they first opened up I came to check it out then bc of my real lashes falling out I stopped coming here and drove all the way to Newport Beach (Japanese studied techniques that help with lash regrowth) but do to the travel time I decided to give this place another try. Today was my 7th visit and I can't say things are better. They had my name down as someone else and after 6 visits of me mentioning this today was the day I decided I won't ever return. When I arrived she had me sit and wait for 15 mins. I had an appointment at 3pm. As you can see I'm typing this at 3:32pm so I didn't stay. She couldn't find my records and asked me to go through my phone to find a reminder text (which I delete things bc I need the memory on my phone) which at this point now I'm frustrated. I am unable to find it and I begin to look through my deleted messages when I stop and say wait I don't have it. I explain to her that every time I come on they call me by a different name and I've asked for that to be corrected (it never was) so she finally finds me and is telling me she has the records but at this point I'm not comfortable laying down for an hour with her working on me after 15 mins of arguing with me over if I've ever been there; shifting blame on others who didn't update my name; and all this happening while there are other patrons. Needless to say when she asked me if I want to do it or not (legitimately how she asked me) I decided to leave and this is the video I took as I was leaving because she snatched the cover on the bed I was laying on showing she was upset (all the while speaking in her native language under her breath which after translating she was saying: "How is this my fault ‍" To the owner Jasmin, Do Better!

No more pulling and no more aggression. So my guess is to avoid Ken and my MIL had another ok experience with the other gentleman Kevin. Regardless of the pain and disappointment I still tipped him $6 as he still provided service. The techs typically buzz off your cuticles with the drill bits so you prefer them to cut it then you'll have to ask for it. Annie I've seen cut cuticles without asking which is nice. When they first started they would ask if you wanted a drink because they have a nice bar. But now the owners just walk around and watch the techs work and stopped asking if you'd like a drink. Every month my MIL, SIL and I get fills for our nails and we spend around $60-$85 and never do they provide lotion or hand massages. The luxury part of the salon is lack luster, luckily it's just newer and "cleaner" but overall you get what you pay for.

They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
