I found Susie by booking a lash removal. We got along so well I went back two days later for lash extensions and she did such an amazing job! The retention is top tier and they look so beautiful. I cry too much though so she did a lash lift on me and wow! What isn't Susie great at? She walks you through every step and explains what she is doing. I don't feel time go by when I see her because we yap throughout the service she is doing on me. It feels like we're just hanging out. I love how comfortable she makes me feel. Susie does it all. I'm so happy I found her. Thank you Susie! read more

I am in love with my eyelashes and eyebrows!!! I was scrolling through Groupon and saw an offer for "Lash lift and tint + Eyebrow lamination and tint combo". Prior to purchasing it, I called to check appointment availability and Susanna was able to accommodate me that same day. I completely went in with an open mind since it was my first time doing both services and I was more than satisfied with the results. Thank you Susanna for being so professional and allowing me to babble on about my life for the time I was there lol I will most def be coming back!! read more

I had a walk-in on a Thursday morning for threading, she had no other customers so I was attended fast. She took about 10 minutes to complete my eyebrows I told her to leave them thick and do a cleanup and that's what she did, I will most likely be back. *$10.00 + tip read more

Rave reviews for Susie + Cinderella! I purchased a Groupon because I was wary about trying a new place for lash lift + tint at full price, but I am so glad I took the risk and tried. I arrived about half an hour early for my appointment because I had miscalculated my drive. But Susie was able to take me right away. She prepped the room, which was small but clean + organized. There was fresh disposable paper draping(?) on the bed, and both Susie and I kept on our masks through the entire process. I especially appreciated that Susie explained each step to me, and she checked to make sure I was okay periodically. The whole process took about an hour, and I was definitely dozing on/off throughout -- a relaxing experience overall. I'm so happy with how my lashes turned out, and I'm looking forward to see how well they last and for how long. I would definitely return for future services for full price. Thank you so much, Susie! read more

I go for a lash lift and tint. I'm always pretty pleased with the results. I wear almost no makeup and feeling like I put effort when I haven't is nice. For reference I have short straight lashes so even the lift makes a noticeable difference. read more

I used a Groupon deal for a lash lift and tint. Wow!! Susanna is personable, professional, and extremely attentive. No stinging or any discomfort. I was so relaxed, I was falling asleep. Eyelashes appear so much longer and the tint covered my gray lashes. I couldn't be more satisfied. I am happy to support this neighborhood business and look forward to trying other services as well. read more

I came here for the first time eyebrows and omg lady left them amazing thank you so much I will definitely be back !!!

The owner is the kindest most motherly business owner I've come across. She's very meticulous about her every move with threading & waxing, she really listens to everything you want done and makes sure it gets done just how you want it. The place is always so busy and all different kinds of customers look satisfied with their brows. One time I got eyelash extensions done here & my eyes had a bad reaction to it the next day, the owner dropped everything and carefully took them off & nurtured my eyes with her eye solutions & care. She'd go back and forth between her other customers and I, even gave me water & a little solution to take home. She was deeply concerned on a human level and it was very touching considering how busy she always is. She didn't charge me a dime for her patience (I was there for more than an hr) and didn't want to take my money but I paid for a facial as a token of my gratitude. I know a lot of people who get their lash extensions here (beautiful) and none had a reaction like I did, my eyes are just extremely sensitive unfortunately. The facial was fantastic for my dry skin btw! Again she's very attentive to her work and very, very caring. Please stop by to get your brows or a facial done, it won't disappoint. read more

I've come here 3 times now and usually they do amazing but today the lady that did my eye brows seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there she was going as fast as she could and I felt like she wasting doing her best when I saw my eye brows they were u even one was thin and the other was thick and she left so many little hairs it seems like I didn't even get them threaded still look messy not coming back .went in at 4:30 on 3/16 read more

This place is run by a lovely pair of mother and daughter. I have gone to so many places for the lash lift and tint. There is no other place that can do it the way that Susanna can. The price is also the best out of all. I would fall asleep during the appointment while waiting for the lashes to dry because that is how calm it gets. The result never disappoints. My mom even agrees that Susanna has perfected my lashes. I have recommended Susanna to my friends and people I met! read more

I got a lash fill hybrid set and my friend got a lash lift. My friends lashes were not lifted, and I let the esthetician know that she has thick lashes and previous places it has taken a couple lifts to get it right. After her lift, once again they were not up to par. And she asked for another lift and the response she got was she does not have the correct size rod to give her a full lift. When we went to pay she insisted we pay full price! Luckily we were able to get 10$ off. But we should not have had to pay anything My lash fill was extremely painful. I have no idea why it hurt but every time a lash was applied it felt like a needle was poking me. I thought this was just me. But then after she was done the lashes were still poking me. She also applied to much glue and every single day since I've had them done (2weeks) my eyes burn and water. Lastly, both me and my friend had our bottom lashes ripped out because of improper placement of the tape that is meant to cover the bottom lashes. It took her fifteen minutes to remove it from both of us. And again it was SO painful! Also the applying of lashes was done sloppy. Some of my natural lashes are glued together in one lash extension (a clump). So the lashes are not falling out correctly since they are all clumped together. Do not get me wrong. They looked beautiful at first but after consulting with other lash estheticians and doing research I learned that the care I received was not good at all. And now my natural lashes will have to suffer read more

I've let my eyebrows grow for about 2 months now. I came here excited due to the reviews, I was really expecting nicely shaped eyebrows. I ended up with uneven eyebrows and I had to tell the lady a couple of times that my left eyebrows wasn't near what my right eyebrow looked like. Highly disappointed will not be coming back. read more

I went in for eyebrows and facial, eyebrows were good, Facial was great, very soothing and relaxing, Suzanne did it very professionally and took her time to do it. Very experienced beautician, I wish i knew this place before, I Will go here again. They deserve five stars. read more

The lady who does eyebrow threading did a horrible job. She left them so uneven. When I told her and pointed it out that she had cut more than enough she said "no your eyebrows are like that" ... you mean to tell me I came in with bushy eye brows and I left with one shorter than the other .... Extremely noticeable. She doesn't have a good eye for nice eyebrows. She's lazy. Not coming back here and you shouldn't either. I have an Event in 7 days .. hoping they grow back by then. read more

Glory did a great job on my eyebrows and really took her time to make sure that every hair was in place and looked great! Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. At checkout they give you a stamp-card and once you buy 9, you get the 10th free. It's a great value as well, costing $6 plus tip. The salon is clean and well maintained, however they moved locations and are now located on 151 E Imperial Hwy., in La Habra, and are not on Harbor anymore. read more

I have been going here since they opened. Very clean and nice salon. Everything they do, they take care and with patience. Always been happy with their threading. read more

The actual threading was ok. However I got "eyelash extension" and it was horrible. They put so much glue I couldn't open my eyes!! she then used scissors to cut the glue which then caused my eyes to burn and water like crazy! blobs and blobs of glue, I had to go home and use olive oil to remove them. Some of the glue was hard to take off, it pulled my lash out with it leaving my lashes scarce. They used those individual lashes that contains 3 lashes in each one, those are NOT extensions! I should have known better, you get what you pay for. $40 for "eye lash extension" lashes that you can get yourself for like $10 or less including the glue. read more
