The eyelids were harder because I fluttered a bit when she got into the one corner of my inner eyelid but Casey was very calm and walked me through it. My husband and family were blown away when they saw how well they came out. My brother couldn't tell until I pointed them out. Right now it is dark so I am excited how it will lighten in a week's time. I have not had any scabbing, flaking, or skin issues. I eventually received a response well after my appointment time saying she couldn't make the 10:00 AM appointment and could reschedule me for 11:30. Unfortunately, by that point, I had already rearranged my morning, driven there, and waited with no communication. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, the lack of communication and consideration for my time was extremely unprofessional. If my appointment could not be honored, I should have been clearly notified BEFORE I drove there.
