We visited this place last month and met Binal. She's incredibly kind-hearted and has the softest hands. I had a bad experience with eyebrow threading before, so I was hesitant to come in, but she made my experience exceptional. She was very sensitive to my skin and offered me some ice to calm it down. Her technique is also the best. My sensitive skin wasn't harmed, so I'll definitely be coming back. After a month of eyebrow regrowth, I returned and met another worker who was also very kind and gentle. I didn't catch her name, but this establishment is wonderful. I'm glad I found my spot in Brea. Extremely rude owner. She got in my face asking to move my car when I was a customer at a next door business. She explained how her customers need a place to park when there is an ENTIRE parking lot! I hate to leave a low review but given my experience, it's warranted. I came in to have my brows done and cleaned up. So much hair was taken off and my brows were noticeably uneven by the end of the service. When I pointed it out, I was told I just needed to brush the hairs down. But the tail end of one brow was completely missing. I'm disappointed since I know someone who was recently serviced and had nice brows! But it seems the work is inconsistent. Too many hairs were taken off in some areas, and hairs were left behind in others. The hospitality was there but the quality of service is lacking. I won't return. read more

This place has been very hit or miss for me. The first time I came, Binal did a wonderful job and I was really happy with my brows. However, each time I've come back since then, my eyebrows have looked worse. Most recently, when I saw her last week, she left a lot of hairs under my eyebrows. This has actually happened multiple times now, and as a client who pays to have my eyebrows done, it's really disappointing. Every time I get home I end up having to go in with tweezers and clean them up myself. At other threading places I've gone to, the artist will usually tweeze any remaining hairs that the thread doesn't pick up so the brows look clean and finished. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case here. This last visit was especially frustrating because one brow was left noticeably thicker than the other, and the shape now looks uneven. I'm really disappointed with the inconsistency and unfortunately won't be returning and would not recommend this place. read more

Binal is simply the best. I'm an extremely picky girl who gets her nails, lashes, and hair done regularly and this is by far the best place to get your brows threaded. Results lasts for weeks and Binal gets all the tiny hairs around above and below your brows. Seriously this place is great I wish I would've found it sooner after my experience from another location that jacked up my eyebrows and put me through so much pain I have been putting it off about getting my eyebrows threaded again. This is a Great eyebrow threading location. This shop is run by a sweet Indian couple who the wife does the threading. She was super kind and helpful on the phone when i called to ask about availability. When I got there, I didn't need to wait and she helped me immediately. I was here in Brea from out of town for a wedding and wanted to get my eye brows done before the wedding and so glad at chose this place. The shop is small and clean with a few simple stations for the threading. There's not too much frills but there's really no need because of how quick and easy the service was. The cost was so inexpensive too. I believe they charge around $12 for the threading only which is cheap compared to where I live. Needless to say, this was a wonderful place for threading and was super happy with the results of my brow shape and end product. They looked great and really enhanced my look for the wedding day. She is clean and makes sure the whole process comfortable and easy. Definitely recommended! read more

She's so sweet, so consistent with her work, and she recommends me any other treatments that she feels I need. I don't even live in OC, but I will drive down once or twice a month to get my eyebrows threaded by her. The salon itself is small, but clean! I AM SUPER picky about my eyebrows. I messed them up when I was younger doing them myself and haven't done them myself since! This place is amazing. Not sure who helped me but her work was wonderful! My brows are flawless! Was ISO a new threading artist, as mine had unfortunately gone out of business. I found this place on yelp, and was not disappointed by the slightest. I may have a high pain tolerance since I have gotten threaded a lot, but for the most part, the service was pretty painless. I didn't get any additional scratches or cuts on my eyebrows, as some new artist do. She shaped them very nicely and clean up my brows. Quick tip: if you're finding this place for the first time. And you turn into the parking lot as guided by the GPS, and don't see the front of the building with the name thread a brow because you were overwhelmed by the traffic behind you and in a rush to get in... don't waste your time looking like an idiot walking through the building from the back. Walk around the building to the front side near the street. Hopefully reading this little quick tip didn't waste your time either. read more

Great for threading, not great for waxing. Our tech was on the phone the whole time for the experience, the wax left a rash on my underarm. Brows cost $12 and underarm cost $15.
