I needed a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and I came in to see if they had available for a walk-in. They were busy with appointments and other walk-ins so I asked if I could come back in about an hour. Great! When I came back, they were ready for me. I got the milk and honey pedicure and it was very luxe! My nail tech brought out a beautiful tray with lemons, a yummy smelling sugar scrub, and another great smelling lotion. I wish I had snapped a pic, because it was beautiful! They also have a very pretty display of drinks. The salon is VERY clean, which is always a huge factor for me in finding a nail salon. While I was getting my pedicure lots of ladies came in wanting services. The crew did their best to accommodate. I noticed a lot of patrons were super impatient and somewhat demanding. The staff did very well with customer service. I feel compelled to say that if you are in a hurry or looking to get your nails done in a pinch, you should not expect your needs to be immediately met! This is a business accommodating lots of customers and if you really want to make sure you can get in, call ahead or make an appointment! Otherwise, be flexible and grateful, and make sure to bring cash for your tip.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The owner was extremely rude and even accused my 10-year-old son of being an adult, which was honestly shocking because he clearly looks like a child. I would never bring my kids here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with children. The owner was disrespectful and the prices felt overcharged. Maybe parents should start bringing birth certificates if they plan on coming here. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. read more

Terrible service. The salon leaves the door completely open, which lets bugs inside. When I came in one evening for a gel manicure, there were small flying bugs swarming around the table and even trying to get into the LED light while my hands were under it. It was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. On top of that, I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting an hour before my service even started. read more

I'm very disappointed about the quality of service I received. I came here for a basic pedicure and after 2 hours I left without my nails even painted. She kept messing up and using the drill to remove the polish. After 3 attempts and using the drill 3 times to remove the polish I told her I needed to go. 2 hours and thin broken nails later I walked out paying for a a pedicure without polish. I paid however, I don't believe they handled the situation professionally. They should have offered me a free service or a gift card. They didn't. It was also really hot in the shop. They used an old used towel they found on the table on my feet. Gross! How unsanitary. I paid for the lemon hydration pedicure. They did not use lemons like they usually do. It was not a pleasant experience. The host was so rude. I really wanted to love this nail salon. read more

First time trying Aura since I'm new to the area and the service was great! The salon was clean and peaceful. They offer champagne or mimosa during service! Cindy did my gel x set! She was friendly and so gentle! I love them! Definitely coming back! Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because my appointment was at 5 and they were pretty busy so I didn't get out until like 6:40! Great experience going here! I was helped immediately and Tracy (I believe was her name) was very kind. I got an acrylic removal ($10) with a regular gel manicure ($37). I loved that the acrylic removal was a soak off and safe for my nails as other places I have been to before would just essentially rip them off! Second time here. Extremely clean and friendly staff. They do a great job using gel, and no gel. I always get my pedi here. It's right by target. Only wish there wasn't a charge for credit card sub charge. They also only take cash for tips. They do an amazing job. Highly recommend read more

I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. And I met her husband and best friend, who happened to be in the store. Simply delightful. I think this is going to be another one of my "happy" places.

There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

When I got to the photo counter, I stated that I believed I had two different orders. She asked for the last name and the sizes I told her, and then she looked in the bins behind her. She then quickly said "nope, you only have one order" & slapped the photos on the counter and then told me my total. I thought maybe I misunderstood the text and the second order was still not ready so I paid and left. Once I got to the car I looked at the txts and realized they in fact texted me that both of my orders are ready. I open the envelope she gave me hoping that maybe they place the second order in there because it was only one photo? Once I opened the envelope, I realized that one of the pictures I paid for wasn't even printed. They gave me a blank white picture. And honestly, this is not the first time this has happened. I have been using Walgreens quite often recently for wedding stuff as I am planning our wedding and this is at least the third time I've received a blank photo. The first time I thought maybe it was an oversight and tried to give the benefit of the doubt but three times it's quite ridiculous. In between the blank photos and the rudeness from the staff, I will be finding somewhere else to develop my photos.

Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

I would not recommend this salon. While the interior is clean and visually appealing, the level of service does not reflect the experience you would expect from a place like this. From the moment I walked in, the experience was unprofessional. The nail technicians were on their phones and did not acknowledge me, so I had to initiate the conversation and ask about availability. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the rest of the visit. During my service, the technician appeared distracted and repeatedly checked her phone, which made the experience feel rushed and inattentive. The quality of the work was also disappointing my nails were filed unevenly, the area under the free edge was not properly cleaned, and the polish application was messy. Shortly after leaving, the polish began lifting, and there was noticeable residue left on my skin. At the end of the service, there was no communication or basic courtesy. The technician simply walked away without saying anything or offering assistance, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this was not a satisfactory experience, especially for $45.
