I've been here few times & from now on I will only be requesting for Leo or Emily when coming here. The same lady who messed up my manicure yesterday had also messed up my pedicure in the past & Leo had to remove and redo the whole thing, yesterday I got in my car, realized how bad and unsatisfied I was with my manicure, came back in & asked Emily if she could fix it because it was so messy. I couldn't believe someone could mess up such a basic manicure request, but I just couldnt leave, especially after how much I had already paid & because I never do manicures only pedicures, but I did this one time for my birthday trip. Emily was very sweet about fixing it & it was 100% much better!

Not gonna lie, I feel like it wasn't really worth the $150 The toes were a basic pink, and the cut/shape wasn't done quite right. For the nails, I asked for a French with a yellow tip, but the tip ended up being a bit too deep. It also took around 4 hours, which felt pretty long.

This is my second time coming to this nail salon. They are professional and take their time making sure it looks good. It's calm, clean and inviting. I got gel builder and a solid color. It's reasonably priced and the quality is on point.

I called last minute on a Saturday and they were able to fit both me and my partner in, which I really appreciated. I did end up having to wait a bit unexpectedly, but Emily and the young man at the front (I believe his name was Leo) were both very kind and welcoming. Emily ended up doing my nails, and she actually stayed past closing to finish them. I'm so grateful she did because this is honestly one of my favorite gel manicures I've ever gotten. I brought in a photo for inspiration and Emily recreated it beautifully -- I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I also want to mention that the reason I had to wait longer was because Emily was finishing up another client before me that ended up taking about two hours total. While I was there, I unfortunately witnessed that client leave in a way that seemed like Emily was still trying to collect payment for the work she had just done. I could see the disappointment on her face, and it really stuck with me. As someone who works in healthcare, I know how it feels when people overlook the effort and care that goes into the work we do. I just wanted to send some good karma her way for the hard work she clearly puts into her craft. Despite that situation, Emily stayed completely professional, finished my nails beautifully, and went above and beyond by staying late. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. ABSOLUTELY NOT! NEGATIVE 5 stars! My friend went in for a BASIC French tip on a short almond shape acrylic nail. The results were HORRENDOUS! The shapes were all off, she had nail polish all over her hands, the lines for the French tips were crooked and wiggly. She said she had asked her tech to refine the shape twice, another tech ended up finishing but the results seemed worse. Then was told to pretty much not look too close at it...like what?! She came back super upset so we convinced her she needed to go back to get it fixed and they said there was nothing they could do but refund her $20....embarrassing...in this day and age where people are pretty much doing their own nails now bc of the price?!?! If my girls wanted to feel pampered I, not a nail tech, would have done a better job than these scammers! DON'T go to Luxe unless you're in the mood for a set of messed up messy nails done by people who probably just watched. YouTube tutorial. read more

i left very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service i received at this nail salon. i had asked for a french tip manicure and it was poorly done. the french tip was left thick, uneven and mismatched. after several attempts from the initial nail tech that had helped me the second nail tech was still unable to get it correctly. would not recommend this establishment if you are looking to get an acrylic set with designs. read more

I ended up getting a vietnamese coffee (BOMB by the way) and they were nice enough to get my husband one too as he was just accompanying me on this visit. PARKING: They have a tiny lot with a few spots for free. I got lucky to snag one of those. SUNRISE PEDICURE: This pedicure included a mineral bath, tropical scrub, extra callus reduction, mineral mask, and a 5 minute massage using the following ingredients-milk, epsom, sea salt, turbinado sugar, orange, avocado, and minerals. For $49, I did not find this worth it sadly. Yes, the ingredients are fresh and curated in house. However, I was disappointed by the callus reduction (did not see any of a difference) and the scrub/massage was very quick and short. I did appreciate how they allowed me to "try" two different shades on my toes to help me decide between two colors. GEL MANICURE: $40 My manicure was okay too. I had to remind them of a few spots to touch up (didn't go to the edge and left a gap of naked nail 2x). I also had to make them aware that there was a small string of hair that got on my nails, which they helped me remove. Overall not a bad manicure, but just wished they were more attentive to details. For frequent visitors, they offer slight discount when paying with cash and have stamp card for $10 off after 10 sessions.
