I had an amazing experience here and can confidently say this salon truly does not cut corners. I decided to get a facial on a whim, and it ended up being the highlight of my visit. Joanna took her time and made sure nothing felt rushed. She carefully assessed my skin and recognized that I have combination skin, so she customized the treatment using different handmade, organic masks for each area. You could genuinely feel the quality of the products. She removed my dry skin and whiteheads, and my face looked brighter, smoother, and refreshed. She also waxed my brows and upper lip -- my brows are beautifully shaped now! Now let's talk about the nails -- because clients absolutely notice attention to detail. We can tell when nail techs rush through the drilling process and try to hide imperfections under gel. We can tell when only one or two coats of color are applied and the tip is still visible under the top coat. That was NOT the case here. Joanna took her time with the drilling and shaping to give me the almond shape I wanted (my last salon left them oval). She exceeded my expectations. The nail artist was also wonderful and did not try to steer me away from my requested design, which usually other nail techs do to get you out fast and charge you for a design I could have done myself. Instead of rushing the gel, they built the pink color in layers for smooth, even coverage. The nail art was exactly how I wanted it. The final result looked clean, polished, and high quality. You can truly feel the pride they take in their work. I left feeling cared for, not rushed, and I will absolutely be coming back. read more

I needed something bright and cherry on my nails and my friend took me to Bella nails and spa for lovely turquoise toenails. She knew the owner Mindy who was a real sweetheart and I was under the care of Mia had a regular manicure with extra massage for $45 before tip it's a nice big place and they do a good job although one of my toenails the kids in grown didn't get cut out properly. Do NOT come to this place! I had a terrible experience here. The woman doing my nails cut me in three different spots and didn't even apologize or acknowledge what she did. As soon as she was done, she disappeared, literally nowhere to be found. I told the manager that I wouldn't be leaving a tip because of the cuts. She tried to look for the nail tech but couldn't find her either. The manager took pictures of the injuries but only offered $5 off and barely said sorry. That's completely unacceptable. I'm going to a pool party in Vegas for my birthday this weekend, and now I'm seriously worried about getting an infection. The whole situation was handled incredibly poorly, and I now question their sanitation practices. Very disappointing experience, I will never go back. read more

Came in a few times and had a great experience. Went back for a gel x set before a trip and while the design was beautiful the nails were not full coated with top coat and the color/nails started falling off/chipping the next morning at the airport. Mind you the nail tech had been struggling with getting the color to cure for the duration of the appointment but continued to cure it until it stuck for her to put top coat on. And not just water but CHAMPAGNE, MIMOSA, WINE etc. Today they didn't offer a snack tho :( 2. They do a thorough job cleaning your cuticles and nail beds and it's part of your package. 3. They give you TIMED MASSAGES with pedicures. If it's 10 minutes they'll put a timer on! I like the hot stone massage. My tip is based on how good the massage is. 4. I attended bellas nails spa before the pandemic hit and also after. My first visit i was in the area picking up a dress at davids bridal and I was in need of a mani pedi. I walked right over and they took my daughter and i in immediately. They offered us drinks and a snack. They offered back then bottled water, juice, tea, and I believe even wine. As far as a snack they offered packaged cookies amongst other little things. The service was great and prices reasonable. During pandemic their hours and days have changed and are limited. We had gone back and we again were taken straight in, they do check your temp, and ask you the basic COVID questions. We were sat 6ft apart to practice social distancing Once seated we were given the exact great service but no drinks or snacks this time, which is understandable given the pandemic. I will say their dip polish lasts longer on the nails than any other nail salon we've been to. This nail salon is a bit of a drive for us but I definitely will be back. read more

I got a gel pedicure and it was not the best experience. It was extremely hot as they had no air conditioning. The lady was nice but careless. She hurt my toe and caused it to bleed profusely and she didn't say anything to me at all. She just kept wiping it away. ATROCIOUS! First off let's start by saying this was the worst experience at a nail salon of my life. I did go as a walk in so I will say I understand you don't always get the best treatment if you're not a regular or an appointment but I was trying to kill time. I asked for a pedicure with acrylic to make my nails thicker and gel polish and dip on my hands with ombre gel. The lady doing my hands was actually very nice but I think she might have been the store owner cause she was all over the place answering phones and other stuff. Starting with my hands she filed my nails so short and then she did the dip but didn't file them down or straight so now my nails looks like little kid stubby nails and she "tried" to do the ombre with gel and she used a sponge to fade it and it left so many bubbles they look like dots. This was my first time doing dip and she didn't even cut my cuticles so I'm not sure if that is normal or now. Now my feel one lady started filling the tub and I stuck my feet in then a little while later Hana came to do the acrylic on my toes, but I knew she was between appointments because I saw her apt come in but then leave for about 10min. When Hana was doing the acrylic on my toes she was rushing so fast! she used the electric filer and was all over the place even missing the nails and hitting my toes. She used the buffer file so fast she was filing all my toes at once. I mean if you have an apt I get it, but don't start on another customer if you're going to treat them like that. After the acrylic was done my feet just sat there and I was there for 1.5 hrs and I didn't even get the cuticles or scrub on my feet at all! They just gave me a horrible gel job on my toes and I left. I still paid $100!!! read more
