The quality of service is amazing. Danny has been doing my mom's nails for over 20 years and now has been doing mine for the last 15. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a smile and they welcome me by name. They are accurate with their wait times and honest in pricing. I frequently get an amazing pedicure and gel X and Danny gets it right every time. If you don't like something or if your nail breaks, you can just go back and it's an easy fix. I appreciate that they guarantee their service and they really want to see the customer Happy. They don't nickel and dime you the way other nail salon salons do. They are like an extended part of the family at this point and I will be sending my girls there for years to come! I met friends at Toe-Riffic Nails and we had a Toe-Riffic time! Made an appointment at Toe-Riffic Nails Lounge and the process was super easy. The woman I talked to on the phone was so nice and that theme carried through on our visit. Everyone was so nice. I should also note that the lounge is also very clean and relaxing. I feel like a lot of nail places are somewhat cluttered but not here. Nails turned out good. It's been just over 2 weeks and my toes still look pretty much the same as when I walked out. Note to myself: I chose a pedicure package with paraffin wax, but I think next time I'll go down to a lower package or one where I can add callus removal. I will be back! read more

I'm so disappointed with my last appointment here. I hadn't been in a long time and will not be coming back ever again. I asked for the photo with the burgundy color, I'd gotten it before at another salon and they'd done it perfectly, super simple. At this salon I only asked for another color and I ended up with thick talons. The service was bad, the gelx is so thick my nails flick upwards. They were so long I had to file them myself at home. They were so wide I had to ask the technician to fix them then still had to come fix that at home too. There are thick globs of glue behind my nails that I also had to scrape off with a cuticle cutter. And on top of that, this all cost me $92 plus tip (just for my hands). Why did I tip? Because before I was even done with my service she was telling me I had to pay her and to include the tip. It's unprofessional and puts pressure on clients to ask for payment in the middle of a service. Additionally, I was trying to relax and be on my phone when she told me no, I have to hold the UV lamp because it kept falling off my lap since she was doing my nails while another technician was scrubbing my feet and it was moving the lamp. I don't see how that's my problem to fix. I'm paying nearly $150 to relax and I can't even use my phone because I have to hold their equipment. Finally, I've come to terms with the fact that sometimes technicians will talk about you while you're there because they assume you don't understand their language. But it's hard to ignore when they're making gestures and laughing in your face. The woman who did my nails was SO LOUD and talked the entire time, mind you, not even to me, to someone else who was shouting distance away. It was a horrible experience I literally left crying. Horrible experience! I remember when they first opened and I've been going ever since and even had my nails done here for my wedding. Their service has been just ok in the past but today was so bad I'm never coming back. Took my sister here and I specifically said we need pedicures for 2 is there a wait we don't have a lot of time and the lady said yes they can take you right away. I said ok. We only have about an hour. One girl started my sister but more than 20 min later I'm still waiting and I wanted the $51 service. My sister was more than halfway done with her service when the I THINK it was the owner (guy! Finally came and started me. NO apology nothing! So rude. And he was rushing so it wasn't even relaxing. I got Kathy for my pedi and she was super sweet and had short and cordial conversation with me. The nail tech I got was Lianh( I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly, sorry if I'm not) but she was great! It's perfectly fitting that Toe-Riffic is my 300th Yelp review since I have been coming here for at least 15 years. They used to be Elegant Nails but changed the name a few years ago. They have also been through several renovations over the years and the salon is always impressively clean and tidy. The staff is very nice and some of the same nail technicians like Danny have worked here since I started coming here. I used to get acrylic nails done here but now I just get gel pedicures. They do excellent work and I'm always very happy with the quality. It is a little pricy but the gel lasts quite a long time so it's well worth it. This nail salon truly is toe-riffic! Gel manicure + spa pedicure were only $45 + tip and they did an amazing job. Hannah was the technician who did my toes. In addition to being sweet and complimenting me, she was very detailed and gave an amazing foot massage. I don't know the name of the technician who did my manicure, but she was fantastic. She was extremely thorough and put on the most coats of top coat I've ever seen! It was my first time here and I'm curious how long they will last.
