All the other places would file my nails down very nicely. I wish she had taken more care for my natural nails instead of being so rough on them. That was a complete turn off and not make me want to go back here again. I had an appt with Briana and she went above and beyond to make sure she was gentle with my real nails. My only goal was to get them healthy stop wearing Gel-x. She recommended korean syrup gel nail manicures until my nails are strong enough to hold something more structured (like hard gel). The results speak for themselves. I came in January 23 and I am going back today February 13 (one month later). My gel manicure has held up like nothing i have ever had before. I typically get the Korean hard gel with designs, which can be a little pricey, but is definitely worth every single penny. My nails have not once had a single chip or defect and stay in the same condition for minimum 4 weeks. The hard gel has actually really helped my nails because they protect my natural nails from breaking. Before I started getting my nails done, my nails would constantly chip and break. However, with Korean hard gel, my nails are in great condition! As someone who always gets gel and has been a customer at other nail salons, I always struggled with my polish lifting/chipping after only 1-2weeks. But here, all designs I have had have looked great and lasted the full month until my next appointment, which sometimes makes me sad to remove them lol Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! If I could give this salon 10 Stars, I would in a heartbeat. After my daughter had a terrible experience at another nail salon, I decided to look up other salons and came across Nail Luna. I checked out their work on Instagram, looked at their website for services offered and was impressed by their Yelp reviews. I called this morning to see if they were able to take us in, and were able to see us within 20 minutes. Not only is this salon absolutely aesthetically pleasing and posh, all the girls here are also so sweet and welcoming. Astrid the owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed, and is genuinely concerned about making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I broke my ankle and had surgery on it a little over 3 months ago and was in desperate need of some self love. Nancy the nail tech talked to the owner Astrid and made sure they could take care of my needs which was so sweet and compassionate. You can tell that they care about their clients here which is rare at nail salons. Astrid was the one who did my ReLeaf CBD pedicure treatment and pedicure, and wow was this so wonderful and relaxing. Not only did it help with my pain and soreness, but I felt so calm and relaxed when she was done. Thank you Astrid for a wonderful treatment and a lovely experience, I will be back. Miranda was my daughters nail tech, and she was so kind the whole time. Miranda made sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted and continued to ask her throughout if she was comfortable and happy with each nail. My daughter had her nails done at Happy Beauty Nail a week prior and immediately had a nail break off, and was really unhappy with the design and quality. Miranda made sure my daughter was taken care of and fixed her broken nail, listened to my daughters concerns and made sure she was happy with the color and design. Needless to say, Miranda did an amazing job and most importantly, my daughter is SO HAPPY with her nails. All in all, I feel like we hit the jackpot finding this Nail Boutique. I found my new favorite nail salon! -When I first arrived, they told me all the nail techs were with customers and they couldn't fit me in and to make an appt instead. I appreciate how they didn't make me wait like one hour like other places do just so they can make more money. So I made appt for my daughter and me next day. -My nail tech was Dixie and I had such a good time laughing and talking to her I didn't realize she was working on my nails for two hours. She took her time and she didn't make me feel rushed like most places. She constantly asked if I was ok with color, look, etc. it was my first time hearing about Korean gel but it truly is harder and more durable then regular gel. They did say I might need to come to salon to get them removed. -I appreciate how everyone here speaks English and they aren't talking amongst themselves in a different language which is the case with other nail salons. I paid $70 for my nails because of the glitter ombré and Korean gel. it did cost more than other salons but it was well worth it to feel pampered, not rushed and quality beautiful nails. -they have complementary drinks and snacks and I love how everything is pink! read more

The worst part was that my appointment was 3.5 hours long, for a pretty simple design. The first technician broke one of my extensions, didn't finish my extension and just passed it on to the second technician, who was originally only responsible for the coloring and design. When I expressed my disappointment to the owner, they said it was because I wanted my nails short, which sounded like they were saying it was my fault.. it was a tiring and long three and a half hours.
