I'm giving E-Nails Spa 3 stars for overall service, but unfortunately only 1 star for customer satisfaction based on my experience. I came in requesting a Gel X nail set for an upcoming special event and had a very disappointing interaction with the nail tech who worked on me. While the salon itself was clean and the overall process was okay, the nail tech was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the look I wanted. Because of the lack of communication and attitude during the appointment, the experience was frustrating--especially considering I was trying to get my nails done for something important. A little more patience and professionalism would have made a big difference. I do want to note that the service that I ended up receiving was nice, but ultimately it was not the look that I requested due to dismissiveness and settling on a simpler look in not wanting to have any further argument. I hope the salon focuses more on customer interaction in the future, because how clients are treated matters just as much as the service itself. read more

Best nail salon I've been too! I got my acrylics removed and a gel manicure, and the person who did my nails was so gentle and careful. The removal process was completely painless and wonderfully done, and so was the rest of the manicure. She took such care in cutting my cuticles and shaping my nails. When I went on a weekday , there were a few open parking spaces . I'm not too sure how busy it gets on the weekend, though. The salon was very clean and spacious and there was a large selection of quality nail colors. I was taken in immediately since I had an appointment. May and Sunny did an excellent job. After calling around couple of places in this city, I've decided to give E NailSpa a try because it was close to home. Located in a small strip mall, there's nothing fancy about this shop. However, I love the cleanliness and friendly service they provide to their customers. For a basic mani+pedi is $30 which includes light scrubbing, choice of color, cleaning cuticles and light massage. I was very happy with my technician who worked fast yet detailed on both my hands and feet. She was quiet but did her job very well. I love having confident and experienced person to work on my manicure because if it's not done correctly, the colors come off easily the next day. She did an excellent job shaping my nails to the way I liked all on her own. Overall experience was amazing and I'd come back here again next time. They didn't even crack and only 1 chipped after (3) weeks my bad - I was traveling / hiking YELLOWSTONE WYOMING so considering the amount I put my nails through they did great. They are all great attention to detail and are perfectionist which is great because I am super shy when it comes to saying something I see that I don't like. I made an appointment two days ahead of time on the recommendation of my wife who had her nails done here and loved it and her nails look amazing. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and did not know that the nice lady I was holding the door open for was the owner. She welcomed me in and asked me to have a seat and they would be with me soon. I waited 5 minutes and was motioned over to a nice relaxing chair that had warm citrus water to put my feet in. I'm going into detail because I have only gotten a manicure and pedicure two times before. There was one very nice lady cutting my finger nails while another was cutting my toe nails, there was a little bit of chit chat but not much. The lady came out with a bag of wax for my feet and that felt good and then she massaged my feet and calves. I have come here twice now with my two young daughters. I get a gel pedicure and I ask them to just do color on my daughters'. They are always so sweet to my kids and do such a good job on my toes. They don't push any extra treatments for my pedicure which I appreciate. Even though I just ask for color for the girls they still trim and clean up their nails and only charge for the color. Yesterday when I was there someone came in who must have had an appointment. The lady was finishing my daughter when she came. After about 5 to 10 minutes the lady asked how much longer and the worker told her she was just about done. When she finished she went right over to the lady and started. She asked if she was getting a pedicure as well and the lady said she didn't have enough time now and seemed very annoyed. Right when another worker arrived they asked the lady if she would want to do her pedicure and manicure at the same time. They moved the one lady who was working on my younger daughter to do her pedicure and had the lady who just arrived take over. I thought it was so good that they were so accommodating. They DON'T: -force to try colors they like. -ask if they could grab your wallet out of your purse. -cut your nails without asking. -keep looking at the front door when filing your nails. -keep chatting in the language I don't know. If you go to a nail salon, You know you've experienced at least one of those things above. CP doesn't do any of those. They ask if I want to get something to drink. They try to make me comfortable by having a small conversation. Their focus is on my nails, not outside. I'm demanding and picky. I have to have a certain shape and certain colors. The girl who worked on me was fairly new as she told me she has only been working there for 2 months. I didn't really look at my nails until the next day (my fault). I notice it being uneven and lopsided on a few of the nails and 1 chipped! I was pretty annoyed that my nail already had a chip after only one day. Well to make a long story short I was in contact with Emmy the owner and she offered to fix my nails right away. I was a little hesitant to go back but Emmy was so apologetic and sweet that it made me give them another try. I'm sure glad I did, Emmy not only fixed my nails but she did it so quickly. She happened to be the one who did my gel manicure the two times I went and did an amazing job! The manicure looked fresh for almost 3 weeks - probably longer if my nails didn't grow so fast. She is so sweet and patient with her work. I paid $25 for the gel manicure which included removal of the old set. Both times I went I didn't make appointments, but I know they get busy during certain hours. Weekdays or early morning on weekends would be your best bet for walk-ins. SO happy with my nails! I liked that they had a basket of nail colors on a swatch rather than always asking you to pick one from the wall of polishes. They have a tv to watch. They have about 6 message chairs for mani pedi and the rest are tables and chairs. It's nice and clean and the people were nice and accommodating to my needs thru the whole mani pedi process.
