I came here yesterday to get my nails done, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. Everyone who was there before me, as well as some people who arrived around the same time, were finished and gone before I was. I ended up being the last person to leave. I understand that the set I chose was more time-consuming, but the amount of time it took felt excessive. What really disappointed me, though, was what happened today. I actually liked the color I originally chose, and I came back because I wanted to change it. The color was one that the nail tech had suggested to me yesterday. I was then told I had to pay $25 to change the color, even though I had literally just gotten my nails done YESTERDAY. I understand charging for a color change when someone comes back much later, but charging $25 the very next day--especially when the color was suggested by the nail tech--felt unreasonable to me. They were very accommodating when it came to getting me into the chair, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I expected better customer service and some consideration given that I had just spent the time and money getting my nails done there the day before. read more

To start off, when we walked in, there was an old McDonald's coffee cup sitting on the entrance table by the waiting chairs. It looked like it had been there for days and was infested with 100s of gnats flying around. I let the workers know, but they seemed completely unbothered. That should have been red flag #1. When it was time to be seated, I was placed in a chair that the previous client had just left. It hadn't been wiped down and was still covered in leftover leg/foot scrub all over the seat. I had to ask them to clean it before I could sit. Once seated, I really took in the condition of the salon and was shocked. The floors were extremely dirty -- old cuticles everywhere, nail clippings, dust, and trash -- like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. The final straw was seeing three cockroach carcasses near our seats: under the tables and by the entry chair (which we noticed as we were trying to leave). I couldn't believe how unsanitary this place was. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We will absolutely not be coming back. read more

I love the vibe of this nail salon and that you can usually get in easily with no appointment. The equiptment is clean and decor is cute. Location is great with a lot of parking and very convient for the area. BUT the front desk is like the least friendly person ever. Thankfully the nail techs are good so as long as you're not coming for a friendly atmosphere you're fine. Prices are fair to the area, they have a good selection of colors and options. Their private room in the back for small private groups its pretty nice as well. I don't have a favorite tech as I always just stop in randomly, but they all seem to do a good job, just don't come asking for anything crazy specific. Overall def a good pick for the area read more

It was very relaxing and they really took their time. I feel like a lot of nail salons have gotten lazy with the pedicures, but this one did not disappoint. Horrible service! Rude costumer services! I used to come here long time ago when I lived in brea, and I loved it. But they HAVE CHANGED!!! it is not the same service anymore!!!. The lady cut me on the wrong side and my toe is all swollen and infected. I came back the next day after I talk to them on the phone, and explain my situation, I told them I was going to drive 30 minutes just to go back and they said they'll fix it. When I got there they didn't want to fix it because the lady who did it wasn't there, they didn't want to reimburse me either. The worst part is that they were so rude about it.
