I love the vibe of this nail salon and that you can usually get in easily with no appointment. The equiptment is clean and decor is cute. Location is great with a lot of parking and very convient for the area. BUT the front desk is like the least friendly person ever. Thankfully the nail techs are good so as long as you're not coming for a friendly atmosphere you're fine. Prices are fair to the area, they have a good selection of colors and options. Their private room in the back for small private groups its pretty nice as well. I don't have a favorite tech as I always just stop in randomly, but they all seem to do a good job, just don't come asking for anything crazy specific. Overall def a good pick for the area read more

I've been coming here for about 6 months. Used to see Karen who was amazing, but she left and every manicure/full set I've received since then has not been great. The last two or so times I've been in my manicurist (it's been a different gal each time) has cut me with the electric files. Once I got cut in several different places in one sitting on both hands. Horrible service! Rude costumer services! I used to come here long time ago when I lived in brea, and I loved it. But they HAVE CHANGED!!! it is not the same service anymore!!!. The lady cut me on the wrong side and my toe is all swollen and infected. I came back the next day after I talk to them on the phone, and explain my situation, I told them I was going to drive 30 minutes just to go back and they said they'll fix it. When I got there they didn't want to fix it because the lady who did it wasn't there, they didn't want to reimburse me either. The worst part is that they were so rude about it. So sad, they just lost 3 faithful-monthly-costumers. I'm never coming back to This place ever again. It was my first time coming after COVID and I came only because I knows it was a good place! Came here on a whim on Labor Day because it was the only nail salon I could find that was open and Vickie was a literal angel! You could tell she was getting ready to close up shop for the day but decided to take me anyways. She made me feel so comfortable, was so sweet, kept making sure that I was liking what she was doing, and totally took her time with me despite it being the end of the day. She really knew what she was doing and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them. She made some great suggestions and made my experience more than pleasant!! I will be coming back to her for sure!
