Just a quick note on grooming -- They only lost one star because the grooming wasn't entirely up to our standards. After our grooming visit, our dog experienced some temporary skin irritation on her back - possibly from dryer burns, hard brushing or just an allergic reaction to a shampoo used. Also, her hindquarters were clipped awkwardly, although that one may have been my fault for being unspecific in my request. Our dog and cat seemed like they were well taken care of on all the occasions we left them in this company's care. It was clear that our dog loved them. Our cat is sort of a snob, so who knows what he's thinking, but he did seem as content as usual when we got home. Tammy was our main sitter/walker there and our normally shy dog adored her & her little dog. Sometimes we'd run into them in the neighborhood and Star would get super excited to say hello. That says a lot! Also, the company was great about communication, before-during-after, provided easy billing, set up easy key exchanges and they were always pleasant & gracious. It was also nice that our home was always clean when we got home and everything was in its proper place. We recommend their petsitting & dogwalking services to others in Glendale.
