First time visiting this lovely shop. It's a small shop with really nice clothes and accessories. I was greeted in a friendly manner and enjoyed browsing through the racks. Interior is nicely arranged and decorated with a very cheerful ambience. I found a couple of items that I liked, and went into the dressing room to try them on. I decided on a really cute sleeveless button down top, and purchased it. Prices are reasonable as well. There was also a sales rack in front of the shop. Street parking was not difficult to find. After leaving the shop later that day, I realized that I should've bought two of the tops instead of one, as I decided to give one as a gift to my sister. So I called the shop, and asked if they could hold another one for me, and that I'd go and pick it up. They did still have the size that I wanted. They were so nice about it, and said that they'd be able to hold it for me for a day, otherwise I could purchase it over the phone, and they'd save it for me. So I did call back when I realized that I couldn't go back and pick it up before the end of the next day. So I was able to purchase it over the phone on my credit card. I went back a few days later, and since I said it was going to be a gift, they had it nicely wrapped in a box with a ribbon! Service was really exceptional. Highly recommended. read more

Cute shop with great quality items. The prices are reasonable for the quality and I was happy to get a holiday sale price on some items. I'm very picky with how I spend my money, but I love when I kind find original styles of great quality. The sweater and crop top I bought are nice additions to my closet. I also purchased a perfume oil, Mezcal Blanco! I hate almost all perfumes so when I fell in love with the smell of this line, I had to buy it. Very happy with my purchases and will be back. I LOVE HALEY SOLAR! This is my new favorite boutique in the area! I randomly stumbled upon Haley Solar...I forget if it was on Yelp or Instagram. Either way, I followed her for a few months on Instagram until I finally decided to go and visit for the first time. The store is located right on Eagle Rock Blvd. To be honest, the parking isn't great, but I always find a spot about a block away on the street! I just find myself circling the block at least once before I end up finding a place. I believe this is the original location. They also have a shop in Silver Lake which I did also visit just to compare the two shops, but I much prefer this location because it's MUCH larger, and they have a better size selection (I am a midsize gal and fit in their large clothes). When I was at the Silver Lake location, all the clothes were Small and sometimes Medium. I couldn't buy anything because nothing was in my size and it made me sad...but I guess that's the typical hipster Silver Lake girl size lol. I've seen Haley at this Eagle Rock location several times, and she is super sweet and friendly, and recognized my friend during our second visit there! They have an amazing selection of clothes, accessories, makeup/body products, home decor, and plants! Basically all my favorite things in one! When you enter, they ask to spray your hands with hand sanitizer and I swear the Kelly + Jones Earth Hand Sanitizer they use smells INCREDIBLE, sorta similar to Le Labo! I plan on buying a bottle next time I go back! I also really like that both locations have fitting rooms and allow you to try on clothing because I've found open fitting rooms pretty hit or miss during the pandemic. My friend is a newbie millennial plant owner and she was really interested in the plant selection here. Haley was really helpful about helping her find plants that were cat-friendly and also gave tips on how frequent to water each type of plant, the amount of sun they need, etc. I signed up for their email newsletters and every single time I receive an email from the shop, I get so excited and immediately check out what new items they have in store. Since it's a small boutique, I feel like their items can sometimes sell out pretty quickly because they only buy a few of each size. I try to go in as soon as I see something I really like on their website so I can grab it before it's gone! I believe you can also order online for store pickup, but I like to try the clothes on at the store first before purchasing. There are only a few things that would make me possibly rate the store 4.5 stars, but I'm rounding up to 5 for good measure. 1) their return policy is pretty strict. You have 7 days from the purchase date to return the items, and after that 7 days, it's exchange only up until the 14th day from your purchase. I feel like most stores are 30 days for returns/exchanges. I had some items I wanted to return and came in on the 8TH day, and had to get store credit back instead of the money return. 2) The first time I came in, I noticed a lot of clothes were missing the price tag. Not a big deal, but I would prefer to know the prices of the clothing/items up front as I'm browsing, rather than finding out at the cash register. There was this super cute shirt that I LOVED, but after finding out it was 3x more than I expected it to be once it was rung up, I didn't want it anymore. Overall, I lovelovelove this shop so much and I swear I'm constantly waiting for new emails or checking Instagram to see if new items came in. It's such a cute boutique and I've gotten loads of compliments on the clothes I've purchased from here! Haley is also the sweetest person and I really wish her the best with her business! read more

I have studied with Haley multiple times over the past couple years. Every time I complete a workshop with her, I say the same thing "I got so much more than I could have ever imagined from our time together!" This is my favorite boutique/ designer. I can honestly say I own over 40 of her pieces. Her hand dyed silks are so beautiful and her reclaimed fabrics never disappoint. Haley the owner is so great at figuring out what flatters my body and she will even do alterations on the spot. Haley personally makes and designs everything and keeps her clients in mind. Her clothing is so easy to dress up or down. I can wear her dresses running errands or to a wedding. Her jewelry is all from local female artists. I always end up with a necklace or bracelet (or two). The environment is very relaxing the music is always on point. I wore the dress for the first time a week later. The material must have had a defect and ended up with a rather large hole. I emailed Haley and she was so helpful.
