This store is pricey compared to the other stores which sell similar merchandises. For parking, this store is located in the mall. I would suggest parking in the parking lot close to Bloomingdale's side since it's close.

I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?

The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. This was my 1st visit at this store, and will not be the last. I do visit the Glendale area quite often. As I was browsing their aisles, I noticed a lot of items by famous designers, and their sale racks 70 to 75% off. The cashier even offered me 5% discount, if I join their rewards program, so I did. Card is already in the mail. Aisles were easy to navigate and everything was placed in the right places and NOT cramped like some other stores are. I have never encountered any type of a problem in any one of their locations. Bought a lot of things on this visit form practically every department. They have shoes, accessories, cosmetics, women's, men's and kids department, along with kitchen/bathroom essentials. Also, houseware stuff. They have toys and a lot more. One heart shaped crystal Jewelry box that you can use for anything. And a festive decorative Autumn wreath for my door to welcome fall. I believe that's all I got. In fact, they have a separate line for people that are only purchasing and the cashier prioritize those customers while the return line moves at a painfully slow pace. If you plan on buying something here better hope you don't have to return it.
