I stopped in the Burbank store to purchase some items for a friend. When I walked in, I noticed the salesperson, who in turn also saw me walk in. I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money? read more

I have been to the store in the past and I was really put off by how rude the employees were. They have very cute clothes but I hadn't been there for over a year and a half because of the experience I had with the stuck up girls working there. This time I decided to give them another chance and I was delighted to be helped by the lovely associate name Audrey. She was sweet kind and attentive and made sure I was OK all through my shopping experience. I'm so happy they hired nicer associates. I will definitely be coming back and spending my money as long as kind people like Audrey are working at lilyful. read more

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. SCAM! Do NOT TRUST THIS STORE! I was so excited to find this store in the mall & bought a couple things but they didn't have my size in stock on some items, so they told me to order the other items online & gave me a free shipping code so I used it & bought my other items. Supposedly my order was delivered in less than 24hrs but I NEVER received it & even though the delivery schedule was odd they wouldn't help me or check at all. They took ZERO accountability for their order system or shipping USPS & put the entire burden on me to sit for hours on the phone filing a "missing items" report. They didn't even double check their system. Also they should've just Re shipped it or done an ounce of customer service but now the entire burden is on me. The clothes aren't worth dealing with these scammers. The items I purchased in store are already falling apart! Way overpriced for fake quality! read more

I rate this a 2-star because even though the clothes are so cute, I do believe the clothes are over-priced for its durability. I wish I would have read the comments and reviews before I bought anything from this store. When I bought the clothes, the sales lady said it was final sale, and my dumbass didn't refute her, even when I saw a different return policy next to the register. I bought the olive-colored shirt for work, and I only wore it ONCE, only to have it pill near the underarm area by the end of the day (pictures attached don't do it justice). I am worried about washing it because the reviews here and in other sites are saying that the clothes will be unwearable after one wash. I'm frankly disappointed in purchasing it and I wish I would have been a smarter shopper about it. I will not be buying from this store again. I guess cuteness does come with a price. read more

I love this place so much! Not only does this store get constant shipment of the cutest clothes, but the people who work here are all so kind. Allison (the manager) is always so helpful and attentive and there is never any pressure to buy anything! They're not constantly hovering over you but they also don't ignore you. I really hope this store stays in business forever. Seriously, and I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this: this store is EVERYTHING. Great clothes, great employees, and best of all, GREAT PRICES The store itself is so beautiful and literally everything in the store catches your eye. The second I got in there I saw at least 10 things I wanted for sure! Sadly I was looking for a dress so I settled on getting those things later because I was on a bit of time crunch. Not kidding, 5 minutes in I found a perfect dress and decided to try it on. The worker there was super nice to help me with the curtain all while dealing with other customers! I had some free time on my lunch today so I took a walk through the mall. I saw the Lilyful display and the clothes were so cute, trendy, and amazingly priced. As soon as I came in another woman came in without a mask (a Karen if you will) , despite there being large signs throughout the mall, Glendale, an the store entrance that masks are mandatory. Another store I went into didn't enforce this mandate which made me feel unsafe. Coming into Lilyful I was immediately greeted by Alex who helped me throughout my visit as well as enforcing this mandate on the Karen who walked in. By her doing this I immediately felt safe and like the other customers and I were being cared for. Needless to say Karen got upset and left, which alex followed up with customers asking if we were alright and if we needed anything. Thank you to Alex and Lilyful for making myself and other customers feel safe during these crazy times and helping us get a sense of normalcy being able to shop in store. read more

I bought 2 of the same exact dress but they were different lengths which I did not notice at the time of purchase. I went to exchange it after I had noticed and they accused me of altering it and would not do the exchange. The employees were extremely rude to me! No one says hi to you or offers to help you. So rude. The clothes were so cute. I really wanted to shop here, but because the only girl working behind the register didn't acknowledge me or the other people in the store, I will not be supporting their business. Got a really beautiful dress from here but was very indecisive on getting it at first. I returned to the store 15minutes before closing and felt bad because I wanted to try the dress on to be completely sure. I didn't know how to put the dress on properly, felt so embarrassed but the employee by the name of Yesenia was so nice to help me. Fell so in love with the dress after seeing how it looked on me.
