Irvine Spectrum had limited clothes and colors to try on. Also, the service was not close to what I've experienced at the Pasadena store. Wanted to purchase the new Energy Tee that I absolutely love! Tried on some pants too. Customer service was great! All of them were helpful, but one of the girls helped me and she was checking up on everyone who were in the fitting rooms, making sure everyone got everything they needed. She was very helpful in finding different sizes and colors and styles of clothing. She checked up on me and made sure I was happy before I left the store. I did purchase the Energy Tee in Blue Coast. Love the rich navy blue color! I have several Energy Tee purchases from them over the years. It is soft, comfortable, breathable and great for workouts or even worn as a casual tee anywhere. Love them and will continually purchase from Vuori!

I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pleasantly quiet and not too busy. I mean, who's really shopping at 3PM, am I right? I wasn't greeted upon entry as there wasn't anyone by the door but the moment I asked for help I was immediately assisted. Goodness, I can't recall his name but he was a total sweetheart. Khalil? Khilal? Anyways, I'm writing this review truly because he was so helpful. As a first time visitor, I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a couple options to choose from. There are quite a few options and since it wasn't busy I took my time and tried on a ton of men's and women's apparel before finally settling on the performance jogger. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I think the only issue I had was that they didn't appear to have proper sizing for some of the colors that I wanted most. I think it should go without saying that there should at least be 1 of each size from XS to XL on the floor to minimize checking the inventory. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience and was even offered a discount for being a first time buyer. No longer does Talbots sell the well-tailored blazers and coats. The sweaters are thinner and poorly shaped. Disappointing that the overall quality continues to decline. For anyone new to Talbots, check out Poshmark and pick up some vintage pieces. You will see the marked difference in quality compared to today's offerings.

At the time that I was there, they were having a clearance sale. I ended up walking out with a pair of pants which I'm excited to wear. I've purchased some jeans online as I wasn't sure at the time what I wanted. Great thing about that, is if you do find some jeans online and the price is cheaper online vs in store, they will price match.

Although the store is only one level (I had to ask them when I was checking out if there was a second level since I noticed the stairs lol), the store looked like it was fully and neatly stocked. When it came to my returns, the process was quick and easy. The girl who helped me was actually nice and personable, unlike some workers at other A&F locations (iykyk). All in all, great location. The store was not packed and upon entering, I was greeted and assisted right away. The leggings are located at the back of the store. Tulip assisted me and was very friendly explaining the different types of leggings and what they'd be most comfortable for. I purchased the Wunder Train HR Tight since they are meant for running and high intensity sports. The Wunder Train was tighter than the Align legging, which is meant for yoga or Pilates. The sale section was pretty good as well. I found a nice Fast and Free HR Tight for $79, final sale. Lululemon has a good repair system. If the seams are coming loose within a year, they'll gladly replace your leggings with a new pair. Also, tailoring is free if you drop off and pick up at the same location.

My husband hated shopping until now, the Fit Map measuring was done without intrusive or awkward contact. He was able to undress privately & then follow some simple directions from a pad and get exact measurements for his new size. He found out that he has lost 7 inches and has a new size. My husband and I had a lot to address about items that we had extreme dissatisfaction from online ordering! (Dxl online needs an overhaul for customer service, either it was a technical glitz or an answer could NOT be addressed). It goes to show, you really need to talk to a person and get details about issues & what is the "new premium." Thank you Danny for introducing us to those " Tech pants with a straight leg." The Tech pants looked almost tailored for my husband. The fit was perfect with a stretch but it just needed to be hemmed. Please bring the in-house tailors back, we need need them! Nevertheless we had Danny Angel to help guide us through our needs for getting my husband a new wardrobe. We also want to thank Megan for being welcoming and warm.
