Went in for a pedicure. It had been a while! Great service. Good chairs! Quality of pedicures was worth the money. I have since been here a few times and now come with my mother. We have not encountered any issues listed in some of the reviews. But I can see how some people may feel the way they feel. In my honest opinion- as long as I get my ingrown toe nails taken out and my color lasts. It's a good spot. I don't mind the workers speaking in another language. I'm not there to make them my besties. I just want my toes done, calluses removed, and ingrown's pulled. I think we forget how bad inflation is in California, so yes, sometimes the prices on things can sticker shock us. But they also need to survive living in Cali. I have been here a few times for basic services (basic mani/pedis). For my birthday I decided to treat myself with a full set of acrylics and a pedi. During my pedi, the girl was clearing out the skin under my toenails and sliced a huge chunk of my toe. It didn't seem too bad at the time. But several hours later it was still bleeding. As for my acrylics, within less than 48 hours, I have already broken two nails! And not even doing anything super rough! There's a first for everything, and today I got my first pedicure! In the past, girl friends would tell me to get one but I was always too "manly". Welp, today I went to visit my barber, who's in the same shopping center, and he was busy with some customers so I walked around the center and decided to venture into the unknown. I thought I may be ticklish but, thankfully, I was not. I was impressed by all the options offered but chose the basic one, as this was my first time. I liked it. It was a different type of pampering that I'm accustomed to and I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner, I forgot her name, did an excellent job and made me feel at ease doing something that I'm not comfortable with. I was happy with the end of result and will come here again. read more

I stumbled upon this shop and I've come here since. They always do a really nice job and they take their time. Through the pandemic I always felt safe coming here. I went to this establishment because it had five stars. When I made the appointment, I told the lady that I needed someone to take off my acrylics. I didn't want them on anymore and I needed a pedicure but I needed someone who would do a really good job because I tend to get ingrown skin. The lady who took my nails off did a horrible job, she first told me I didn't need to take them off. I just needed a fill and get them cut. I told her I didn't want them anymore. She very roughly cut them and stuck my hand in nail polish remover, which she spilled all over my shirt, when she took my hands out of the remover. She started to remove the acrylic she finished and painted my nails clear that's what I wanted. She also did my pedicure, but when she did it, she touched the side of my toe and said it doesn't hurt does it and I'm like yeah it does and she went in and just barely touched anything. At that point I knew she wasn't going to do a good job I just let her finish and that was it, on my way home. I touch my nails and I noticed they were rough so I looked at them and they were all bumpy. I was very disappointed when I got home, I decided to remove the polish. She didn't sand down my nails and on top of that she left layers of acrylic still on my nails as you can see by the photo. I took my daughter with me and the lady who did my daughters's feet kept shaking. When it came time to smooth the bottom of her feet, she got the side of my daughters foot a couple of times. She told my daughter you need callus remover my daughter had told her she didn't want the callus remover. My feet still hurt like crazy and I've had to make an appointment to go see someone else to get a good pedicure despite all of this. I still left them a decent tip I had told her that towards the tip of my toe is where it was bothering me when she was doing my pedicure that's when she said no it doesn't hurt. Turn around and started talking to the gentleman there and in Vietnamese I knew she was talking about me because she said tip in English which is very rude. I would not send anyone here such a horrible experience I have never had such horrible work done on my hands and my feet. read more

This is my second time coming to the salon, and I left feeling disappointed. The first time they did well and my nails lasted a while; however, this last time I left the salon with more hangnails and cuticles than what I came in. My mom said the same for her nails regarding the hangnails and cuticles. Also, I was quoted $15 on the phone for a basic manicure but I was charged $20 at the salon. I would like to start off with my toes, they do awesome and make me feel luxurious especially with the rose pedals and the scrub and lotion for only 20$! I will continue getting my toes done here because by the time I'm done I love my toes. I did like how my nails came out but they started falling off within a week I immediately came and got them fixed for free and gave her a tip a day after they fell off again this made me sad :( I don't get my nails done here anymore but I do get my toes and facials, the facials are awesome the lady who did it was awesome and loved it, it cleared my Skin within 3 days. The only advice I have is to not be so persistent on the gel if I ask for it then I ask for it, if I don't no big deal. I will be continuing to come here. And I also just got a text that I got enough points for a reward so I'm excited to see what it's going to be. read more

I asked for white nails pedicure and gel white tip manicure oval shape. The lady that did my manicure was super sweet great customer service but I did not like her work. My left hand looked decent my pinky and middle finger were not shaped well. My left hand not done well. There was no shine gloss, my pinky and middle finger was lumpy and my pinky, middle finger, and thump were shaped wrong and uneven. I would have asked her to fix it but she took so long that I just wanted to leave. My pedicure was great loved the way they came out.
