I absolutely LOVE this salon. They're so nice over the phone and so nice in person, plus very accommodating. I went today, because this will be my last mani/padi plus eyebrows for a bit, since I'll be having my daughter soon. I showed the nail tech what I would like, simple French tip and she definitely delivered as well as the tech who was doing my toes. Very polite, and it's so clean in here too! I went to this nail salon because my usual one isn't open on Sundays. I called ahead and confirmed I wanted builder gel on my natural nails ($60). The lady, Julie, clearly didn't know how to apply builder gel. Builder gel isn't regular gel polish, you're supposed to build the apex and turn your nails upside down to shape it, but she did none of that. She simply layered the builder gel 3 times like a regular gel polish. I even told her to be gentle, but she filed my natural nails really hard and said it had to be that way for the gel to stay. But clearly that didn't serve any purpose. The whole process felt rushed, like she just wanted to finish as fast as possible. Three hours after the appointment, three of my nails completely peeled off. She also asked if I wanted to cut the dead skin around my cuticles, and I said yes, but she never mentioned it would cost extra. When I paid, they didn't say anything, and I didn't notice until later when the total didn't add up. I called, and they told me it was $10 extra just for that, which most salons include in the service. I ended up paying $70 before tip for a natural color that didn't even last a day. Honestly, I think a lot of their five-star reviews are because they give 10% off if you leave one. Definitely not worth it. $70 is like gel X at most of the places. read more

My only complaint is that it is really warm in the salon on hot days - either they don't run the air conditioner, or it doesn't work. Just posted a poor review about my experience and received a very rude response. Instead of taking accountability, the manager tries to twist what happened. When I originally called, I was requesting a single nail repair that had popped off 6 days after my appointment, not a full set or multiple services. If a nail pops off that soon after getting them done, it should be treated as a service issue rather than something to be charged for. As I mentioned earlier, I've never had anywhere else try to charge for a repair so soon after an appointment. I also did not call 12 days after, so that is incorrect. Additionally, the comparison she made implying I was asking for free work was inaccurate, as I was only requesting a repair of one nail that had just been serviced. Regarding the promotion, it was not an old screenshot, it was taken directly from your website. If it expired, it should not have still been displayed, especially with no listed expiration. That is misleading to customers, and should be honored if it is on your website. Very unprofessional, condescending, and disappointing response from management. I recommend reading recent reviews before booking. read more

I've been coming here for about a year, I loved how clean they were, and how nice the staff was. Shoutout to Lynn for always having a smile and sharing stories. I always got a gel manicure/pedicure. Never strayed. Over time the quality of customer service declined. They aren't gentle with cuticle work or drills. I've been cut a few times and spoke up they just brushed me off. Simply asking for a gel pedicure and not receiving that. Less staff is around, and manager seems too invested in both herself and the salons esthetic instead of making customers feel relaxed. I saw a cockroach crawl from under my seat the last time I went, at that point I left. Will not be coming here again. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars for this experience because it was truly that disappointing. This was my first time coming in, and I asked for a simple Gel X full set, a white French tip with black polka dots. The man who started my nails rushed through the prep process, barely filing or properly prepping my nails, which is very important for lasting results (I've been getting my nails done for 4 years). I noticed right away that my thumb had visible air bubbles under the extension, but I didn't say anything since I assumed he knew what he was doing. He then switched me to another lady to finish the set. I pointed out the air bubbles multiple times, at least three and she kept saying, "I'll fix it." Even after "fixing" it, you could still see the bubbles clearly. The dots were uneven, but I let that go since I just wanted to leave. When I left I then noticed there were HAIRS in the polish. The entire appointment felt rushed; I was in and out in about 45-50 minutes, which is extremely fast for a full Gel X set. Three days later, three of my nails had completely fallen off. I checked their website, which clearly says they offer a 10-day guarantee for nail services, so I called and they let me come in to fix them. The staff seemed surprised that they had fallen off so soon, but they replaced them. About five days later, even more nails fell off, at that point, I had five nails missing in total. I called again and explained everything, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She first lied to me, saying there was no 10-day guarantee at all. When I told her it was clearly listed on their website, she suddenly changed her story and said the guarantee "didn't apply" to me anymore because I had already gotten a few nails fixed. Then she started saying that I would come in week after week, claiming my nails were falling off, just to get free nails. I was shocked. She was the one who raised her voice first while i'm explaining that I'm a new customer, not someone trying to get free services or take advantage of their business. I simply wanted them to fix the poor-quality work I paid for. Instead of listening, she continued to talk over me, raise her voice, and speak to her coworkers in another language while I was still on the phone. I ended up hanging up frustrated and disappointed. I paid $80 for nails that fell off within a week, and when I tried to get them fixed again, I was lied to, blamed, and treated extremely disrespectfully. When I told her I was leaving a review she responded with "Go ahead and leave a review, I'll reply to it". The whole situation was handled with zero professionalism or care. If you care about quality nails or respectful customer service, do not go here. read more

Everything about this place is a SCAM. They have a huge poster in their window that says 15% off new clients. Never received it, my daughter got a manicure and I got a full set & pedicure. Within less than a week, my nails came off, and the pedicure polish ALL chipped. I went back today to get it fixed and I was fine with paying, but the Asian ladies were giving me the dirtiest looks and were talking about me in their language.
