She even stated that I needed upper lip and chin, which was something I didn't come in for. I know others would probably be bothered if someone said that to them, luckily I don't care, but the business should take note that this is not professional. I came here because I needed a spot to clean up my brows for an important event. I go in and I didn't catch the ladies name. I tell her that I've been growing out my brows for the past 3 months and just want them cleaned up because my eyebrows are microbladed and I'm not a fan of the way they look now. I usually do the cleaning up of my brows but I needed direction of its new brow shape since I have been growing it out. She asks me medium or thick and I'm thinking " what do you mean just clean it up" then she hands me the mirror and she didn't clean them up but thin them out to the shape of the microblade when I have been growing them out the past 3 months so all my growth for nothing. Not to mention she asked me if I need upper lip too and I said no she told me " you need it " I was in shock. I still said no bc wdym I need it ?? Honestly wish I had gotten her name I'm honestly so dissatisfied and disappointed after I specifically said just to clean them up a bit because I don't like my microblading at its current state. She thinned out my right eye brow too much and my left tail end is thicker. The more that I think about this experience it makes me so sad and want to cry. Definitely not worth the raving reviews the vibes were so off. Would give 0 stars if I could read more

I have came here a few times and before it was fine until now when I saw her handling money I thought she would wash or sanitize her hand in some way and didn't and proceeded to touch my whole face and mouth with no issue. That leaves me to think how gross and unsanitary they are all the time and think that's okay. She can be very rude. It's always the same girl. I think she's the owner. She's very rude. She acts like I'm an inconvenience when I'm offering her work. I've never seen her wash her hands. I mean she does my brows good but I always break out. She is always pushy about other services. When she waxes, she always shows me the hair in a mean way like that's why I'm there. The prices are always changing. I think she should value her customers experience better. Threading and waxing already hurts so getting treated like that, its not making the experience better in anyway. read more

This is the ONLY brown establishment I will go to. I've tried others but Varsha at Magical Brows Threading Studio is the only person who will read my face and listen to me. I have a VERY unsymmetrical eye socket area so if my brows aren't done just right I look like that girl with the crazy brow in an Adam Sandler movie. Varsha assisted me with my service and did an outstanding job. Beyond her skill, she was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I just left the salon right now, and had the best experience. I've gone to the same salon for the last few years and on a last minute need I came here from the reviews. She has a very light and detailed hand. Im used to pain when I thread but I barely felt a thing here. I even got my nose waxed and it did not hurt. 10/10. I have been going to Magical brows for my eyebrow threading and waxing needs for quite some time. Varsha is my girl to whom I go to for these services. She always does a fantastic job. Recently, I started taking my daughter for her threading needs and I am so satisfied with the results. Varsha is very talented. I would definitely recommend this place for threading and waxing! Also, my daughter loves henna designs. She would usually get her henna done at seasonal fairs and theme parks, which is very pricey, and would get small and simple designs. My daughter is having her Sweet 16 party this weekend and she wanted henna hand designs for this very special occasion. At first I didn't know where to go because she would always get her henna designs at seasonal fairs and theme parks and I didn't have time or money to go these places just for an expensive henna design. Then I remembered Magical brows offered henna services apart from their other services. So when my daughter and I went for our routine eyebrow threading and waxing services this past Monday, I asked Varsha if she could do henna designs for both of her hands, and what would be the price range. Varsha said she was able to do it, gave me the price range, which was a great deal, and we sheduled for this Wednesday. We came to our appt today, Wednesday, and Varsha went above and beyond with the henna designs for both of my daughter's hands. My daughter was extremely satisfied. Absolutely love this place!! Varsha is so good at what she does and she's SO nice. I get lazy and sometimes end up waiting weeks to get my eyebrows cleaned up (and it always looks disgusting lol) and Varsha does a 10/10 job every single time. I decided to try this out bc of all the great reviews. Sadly, I didn't realize how bad my eyebrows looked until I got home. I've never had bleeding or scabs after a threading until today.. swelling is pretty common, I told her I had sensitive skin.. but I've never bled before /: And while I appreciate the owner reaching out to apologize and give me a refund, my eyebrows hurt and look embarrassing. They don't LOOK like cuts, they are cuts. I've had ingrown hairs removed before without cuts and bleeding. read more
