My lady friend had an appointment and we came after having our nails done next door. She has a membership which she loves. It has lots of perks. I love the way her lashes look. They look so natural and pretty like she always has mascara on. She asked about men's services and I think they said some get the lift. I may try that sometime. Another way to spend more time with my lady friend, we can do nails lashes and maybe even hair. This is a really nice place. I'm happy my friend comes here. read more

I got a lash lift and tint before vacation and had a severe eye reaction, extreme redness, swelling, pain, and blurry vision to the point I couldn't open my eye. I had to go to urgent care. After two emails, the business finally responded, apologized, and said they'd issue a refund after photos and the urgent care summary. I sent everything immediately then they stopped responding. No refund. No follow-up. Very unprofessional handling of a serious issue. Proceed with caution before booking services here. read more

5/5 I had such a great experience at The Lash Lounge! The studio is super clean, relaxing, and the vibes are amazing from the moment you walk in. My lash tech was incredibly gentle and detailed! she really listened to what I wanted and made sure my lashes looked full but still natural. The whole appointment was comfortable, and I even fell asleep a couple of times because of how relaxing it was. My lashes came out so pretty and I've already gotten tons of compliments. I want to say that the lash technicians are great at the Lash Lounge in Orange but the pricing and cancellation policy is difficult and unfair. I recently was charged $253 WITHOUT BEING ADVISED I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I agreed to use $10 from the card on file. On my previous visit, my eyes were burning and felt like prickly pins on my lids. Super uncomfortable, didn't want to touch my irritated lashes. I'm not blaming any one for that. At the time front desk was kind and understanding. I was told I must of had an allergic reaction, and to come in to remove glue and redo lashes with sensitive skin glue free of charge. I had my lashes removed ( no charge ) BUT I was shocked to see on my emailed receipt a $253 charge for a new set of lashes! NO MENTION OF CHARGE when I was leaving - no signature Called twice no answer. BEWARE of unfair pricing!!!!! read more

Love my lashes!! Came for the first time and got mine done with Alyssa C- she was so chill and great conversation! Completely recommend. :) Okay, so just a recommendation to all my queens!, make sure you clarify on volume level. This was not explained to me so I ended up with a Volume Level one when I was expecting the heavier volume! Apparently there is a level 1 (what I got) and then 2&3 (mega volume is more like 3). I know I should have asked her to increase but she explained it to me at the end of my appointment and as it was, my appointment was later due to an internal issue at the salon and I had to leave to my flight to london by 12 so I really didn't have the time to be able to ask for more, unfortunately :( for me, this set is beautiful for what it is!! This was my first time at The Lash Lounge and as I walked in I was greeted by two very nice young women, whom checked me in. I looked around and found the salon beautifully designed. My stylist, Christina came and got me. The table was very comfortable and clean. Christina and I talked about what I wanted and she got to work. We chatted throughout the appointment which made it fly by. I was thrilled with my lashes. Christina got them exactly how I wanted them. I came to this location for a fill and I left very unhappy. I'm not sure if the tech was new but I had bald spots and when I addressed it, the tach said it was because I didn't have enough lashes and that I should buy a serum to help my lashes grow and that's the only way I will have full lashes . That's not true because I didn't have bald spots when I got my lashes done 2 weeks prior. So, I called back and asked if I can get my lashes redone by someone else And the girl that answered said I would have to pay for an extra 30 mins . Why? When I just paid $115 for a fill ? She said non members have to pay more and they don't usually schedule redo's . I've been getting my lashes done for over a year and I've never been treated this poorly as a paying customer . I'll never go back to this place . The customer service is horrible for being expensive. read more

I requested classic extensions explaining that my lashes were thin. What I got were hybrid which were three lashes on one of mine (much easier and faster to put on). What happened is my lashes FELL OUT along with the extensions. Half of them were gone within a week. I called to complain and cancel any further touch ups that I had signed up for (and their "club" which was supposed to save me money). I had already paid for the original service. They didn't offer a refund but tried to get me to come in and get new ones put on. Since my lashes WERE MOSTLY GONE NOW there was nothing to glue more extensions to. They also refused to cancel the "club" saying I needed to give them a FULL 30 day notice!! They tried to bill me for the follow up service (that I never got) but my bank stopped them. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. No wonder it was empty. read more
