Decided to check out this threading spot with my mom......and they absolutely did not disappoint!! Rose (middle chair) did my brows beautifully and my mom went to a different lady (by the end of the store) who did her brows very nicely as well. I've been here twice for eyebrow threading. Hated the results both times. I tried again after the first because of the great reviews I thought maybe the first was just a fluke. But second time was even worse. Totally ruined the natural shape of my brows. Messy, uneven results. Just plain ugly. The most egregious offense was the second woman completely cut off the tail of my right brow after I spent ages growing them out. I wanted to cry. The reason for 2 instead of 1 star is the first woman was actually kind. And second time I mistakenly came before they opened and they immediately welcomed and serviced me anyway but this woman was less kind. She offered and I agreed to aloe vera after threading but she just ran it through brows and that's it. First woman at least gave a short massage. Just not a great experience. Lesson learned. This is around the 4th time I've been to Mila Threading. I came to them initially due to their great reviews and because my preferred threading place is now too far from my new address so thought I'd try somewhere new. I've given the first brow artist at Mila's a couple of opportunities. All I would ask for is a clean up and noticed my brows coming out uneven and super arched to the point where I had to shave down the arch when I would get home. I decided to stop threading and grow them out for some months until I decided to go in today but for Jeet since she has great reviews and gets plenty of clients. Unfortunately although I asked for just a clean up and a very soft arch my eyebrows came out super thin and arched. I can't even shave down the arch because they're already too thin. I did not feel heard and I haven't been happy with the results so I've decided not to come back again :( read more

I was a bit surprised to see no empty seats on a normal weekday - so you know this spot is pretty popular. Luckily, I was able to walk in and get a seat immediately. I requested a simple eyebrow clean-up and the session was completed in less than 10 minutes. The beautician was friendly and had a short small talk during the session. I appreciated how the beautician did a good job maintaining the original shape of my eyebrows while thoroughly cleaned them up. At the end, I was given aloe vera to apply myself which is something I've noticed other places typically do for you. [Parking]: Free and easy plaza parking. [Price]: $15 for eyebrow threading. They also offer a stamp card & after 12 visits you get 50% off on the 13th session. While it wasn't the cheapest eyebrow threading I've had, it had a friendly atmosphere and both male & female customers were all treated equally. Amy was very kind and did a wonderful job cleaning up my brows. This is my usual spot! I've been coming for years. They do PHENOMENAL WORK. I'm always very pleased with my experience and service. But todaayyy. It was the weekend and they were very busy. They supposedly have a system for keeping track of incoming clients. Well idk what went wrong today or if it was just today. But they need to work on their system. I came in wrote my name on their log, and 2 more people came in RIGHT AFTER me. (1) When it was my turn, the lady said "oh no she came in before you". When I clearly had come in before her! I let it go, whatever. I would be next. HA! Or so I thought. (2) Ok so now it was my turn, and guess what! They said (unintelligibly) that it was the other person's turn, not mine! I was mind blown. OKK. I'll let it slide again ?? It'd be my turn next. So this next time I STAND up when they call for who's next. (3) And the employee from the beginning has the audacity to say another person who I guess had come in LATER say she was before me I didn't hold back this time. I said "actually I was here before ALL of them" and took my seat. I thought the log helped them keep track?? I'm not sure they even use the log. Very annoying experience. read more

I really wanted to like this place after seeing the positive reviews, but unfortunately, the service was a huge disappointment. The ambience is nice, but the eyebrow work was terrible. I specifically requested a cleanup with no arch on my eyebrows. The first technician (Rose) cleaned them up, but when she finished, they looked poorly cleaned, poorly shaped and noticeably shorter. I asked her to clean them a little more, but each time she went back in, they just got shorter and still weren't properly cleaned up. I left upset, but returned 15 minutes later hoping someone else could fix them. Amy then tried to help. While she did a better job than Rose, the end result was uneven eyebrows with a VERY unwanted arch even though I had clearly stated I didn't want them arched. She wasn't able to correct the mess from the first technician. I have very straightforward, easy-to-shape eyebrows, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I always let my brows grow out before getting them done so they can be shaped exactly how I want. This was easily one of the worst eyebrow experiences I've ever had. Terrible customer service. I paid $15 and tipped $2 for 5 minutes of lazy work. My eyebrows don't even look like they've been done. When I requested that she try to shape them more. she shook her head and said no, not possible. EDIT: the business owner DID NOT explain what she is claiming she did. I showed her the eyebrows and she nodded her head yes, which to me means she can do what I'm showing her. Not even 5 mins after she gives me the mirror, indicating she's done. I told her can you please shape them more. She said "no, not possible. It'll be straight." I again asked and she said "too thin." I didn't want to sit there arguing with her, so I said thank you and got up and paid. Not once did she say she can't do the shape shown in the picture and she definitely did not provide reasons. Also, this is not my first time getting my eyebrows done based on the same picture I showed her. I've gone to 2 different places who have been able to do exactly what I asked for multiple times. I decided to try this place out because I had 1 hour of downtime between appointments. This is clearly a talent issue and not an issue with my "natural shape" as the owner is stating. What I asked for was simply to clean up my eyebrows to shape them similar to the pictures. If she couldn't do it, she should've said so from the start instead of nodding her head at me. read more

I have been to Mila Threading twice now because my usual haunt for eyebrow threading is far away from my workplace and home compared to here. And I'm quite blessed to have found Jeet at Mila Threading. I absolutely recommend Jeet, only because I am too afraid to try anyone else, but Jeet has also made me a loyalist from the last 2 times I've been here. Beyond her impeccable attention to detail and knowing what someone wants before they even need to tell her is wonderful. She is meticulous in the way she cleans my brows to help them maintain their thick shape, and how she trims and cleans the area to bring my brows to life. I appreciate the gentleness in which she threads too, because I imagine it's very easy to not realize how rough the threading technique can be on the skin. There's a calm and quiet strength about Jeet that I admire. She's soft spoken and has so much wisdom to offer. While not relevant to her profession in some ways, it is clear what a doting and loving mother she is to her children and how much she loves them in the stories she shares. Jeet really has a lovely energy about her. The store is clean, peaceful, relaxing, and the threading artists all seem efficient. The longest I had to ever wait was 15 minutes. There's plenty of parking as well, since the place shares a plaza with Albertsons and other shops. The only recommendation I can make is that I hope the place will consider a loyalty rewards system using a phone number or something, because I keep losing my hard-copy loyalty cards. :( 10/10 recommend Mila Threading for brow threading (only because I have not tried other services to review). read more
