On multiple occasions, before | was even able to put my name down or explain what service I was coming in for, I was told by Sue, the technician, that she had another appointment (once an eyelash appointment and another time a facial). Since there appears to be only one technician on site, 1 was left confused, as there was no follow-up regarding what service I was requesting, how long the wait time might be, or whether there was an option to return at a different time. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, which came across as unprofessional. Even for a brief service like eyebrow threading, clear communication and basic customer courtesy are important. I value transparency and professionalism when choosing a business, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visits. My lashes look sky high amazing and natural and her service and whole environment was great. She give you information as she works and let's you ask all of the questions you want. Who does a great job and she used to get that person every time but the last two times she went in she gets this older lady and she said that she has very bad hygiene. She has really bad BO and she handles her very roughly when treading her eyebrows she kept hitting her nose and pulling on her forehead. My girlfriend told her that it was very uncomfortable and she kept saying she was sorry with a thick accent. She will no longer be going there.
