Came in this AM and saw someone ahead of me after checking in so I sat down. There was only one lady doing threading so the wait was a little long - fine. She finishes up with the client in about 10 mins. Sits there for a min or two and sees a client come in who just checked in and immediately sits her skipping me and the girl who had been waiting. The girl before me said she had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Idk why were skipped but I wasn't event acknowledged coming in. Won't be coming here again read more

Payal did the most amazing job. I have the most uneven eyebrows since I was a child due to being burned by wax! The lady not only burned my skin but took half my brows with it. It has been over 15 years and they have never grown back. I found that even though the other side grows back full, that making matching the shape of the thinner brow and thinning out the thicker one makes my life easier and does look good at well. I have been to a lot of places where they simply do not listen. They deny what I want because they feel like it's not exactly the style. That it's better for me to draw my other brow on to match my thick side. It's always horrible when a service provider doesn't want to what you requested because it's not matching the current trends. It's wasn't till I came here and meet Payal. She was so sweet. She listened, handed me a mirror and did little by little with constant checks in with me for if I was happy. It was a wonderful experience. I felt heard and respected. At the end of the experience, I left soo happy! I quickly filled it the brow and it was exactly what I wanted! Beautiful matching brows! I've been a loyal customer at this salon for years, always getting my eyebrows done by Twinkle, who sits on chair 1. While she's usually efficient, I've noticed that she sometimes rushes through my appointments. Today, I visited with my twin sister, and she made a rude remark to her, saying, "If you want a clean-up, anyone can do it, not just me." This was incredibly unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result, I've decided to stop coming back to this salon. read more

Usually my eyebrow area is very sensitive and i end up in a lot of pain during threading. However i didn't experience that at this place , the lady who did my eyebrows was very patient and made sure not to be too harsh, but she still worked pretty quickly and gave me a great shape . price is also good, I will definitely come back here everytime. read more

This place did a great hood with my overly sensitive skin. Almost every time I go get my eyebrows done my eyes start watering, the best thing about this salon was how quickly they are able to shape your eyebrows that the pain was over so quickly. I liked this place a lot especially because it's 5 minutes away from my job and my house. on my break I like to take the time to go and get my eyebrows done. I like the lady who is on chair 4, I'm sorry I don't know her name. She always takes her time and is very gentle. I'm not sure what their names are but the worker who is on chair 1 & chair 3 do my eyebrows very aggressively & very rushed even tho there's no one waiting. I just went on Wednesday 7/8 & the lady on chair 3 did my eyebrows very rushed, my eyelids hurt a lot after & they burned. I'm not sure what their problem is but it is not ok. She was very rushed even tho I was the only one there. I wish they could be more gentle & less aggressive. As sad as it makes me I'll stop coming here. read more

You can definitely go there, but you should really stay away from the employees who wear glasses. Because every time they do my eyebrows, they make them bleed and it hurts me a lot. Especially avoid the one who wears glasses. And every time she makes my eyebrows, she makes one very thin and the other very thick. read more

Twinkle still reigns as Queen in my eyes when it comes to eyebrow threading. Not only does she perfect the shape when she cleans up my brows, the additional details I appreciate about her technique also is that she'll trim my brows with her small scissors to ensure they look amazing, and use a tweezer to adjust the shape as needed. She's the only brow technician who has continuously done this for me. Twinkle is a quiet, lovely soul. I will have to continue to make the drive out to see her despite closer places by me. She truly has a magical way and a great eye in shaping brows with her threading. Her station and the store itself is always clean and welcoming. I always say, treat your customers happy, if you want them to keep going back. Today, again, they showed me that leaving on time is more important than their customers. Please, if you don't see me anymore, don't send 10-15% off next threading or text stating free eye brow for me to return. Its happened in the past. Adjust your attitude!!! The facility is clean and the people are nice but there is some inconsistency. The first time I came here they did a great job. The second time the threader left a lot of hair and I had a lot of skin irritation and even developed an infection which has not ever happened in all the 20+ years I've had threading done. They need to ensure all their workers are trained and hygienic in their approach. I do not plan to return and would not recommend them. read more
