I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. She refused and provided only her own email, stating she would forward my complaint. I never received a response or confirmation that it was escalated. I have documented the incident and my attempts to escalate it. Preventing customers from accessing an independent complaint process raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I am requesting that EWC provide the corporate or franchise-owner contact information so this matter can be formally reviewed. If I continue to be denied an appropriate escalation process, I will consider further consumer and legal avenues available to me.
