I've been going here to get my gel nails done about every two weeks, for every event or dance I ever went to in highschool. And I'm usually really picky about getting my eyebrows done because it was hard to grow them back the way I wanted them to be after I first discovered and went a little over board with the tweezers. The original owner helped me keep the shape to my eyebrows while trying to grow them back, but still maintaining the stragglers. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. They didn't even try to clean the leftover eyebrow hairs off my face--I stood up and had them all over my face. It's the little things that make a difference, and unfortunately, I don't feel like they put in the same effort they used to. I really hope they can get back to the friendly and welcoming service they had when they first opened.

The overall energy felt tense and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the services I booked because the technician was being dismissed on the spot. This experience was uncomfortable, poorly handled, and far from what I would expect from a client-facing business. Don't waste your time or money here.
