Great quality service, very time efficient as well. I was there for about an hour for a gel x manicure and gel pedicure. I paid $65 for the nails and $55 for the toes. Pretty standard! I came at 9am on a sunday and sat down right away. I would definitely make this my regular spot. read more

T4 Nail Bar & Spa - Gel x French Tip - Nail Salons Near Me - Garden Grove, California

Absolutely amazing quality and service! T did my fill and Tony did my pedicure and wow, Tony gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. My toenails naturally curve, so I usually avoid French tips, but Tony shaped my nails so perfectly that I actually wanted a French tip for the first time ever. He has such a warm personality, provided outstanding service, and has an incredibly steady hand. T was just as phenomenal. After I booked, she had me text her so she could understand exactly what I wanted and match me with the right technician. She walked me through the entire process, checking in every step of the way to make sure I was happy. This was my first visit, and I can confidently say this will be my new go-to nail shop! read more

Worst experience ever! when I try to talk to the nail tech about the nails being thin hands don't match , he got upset slam the tool box on the table and was very upset said he didn't have to fix his work. My cuticles are flooded with top coat. My nails already lifting and he drill into my nails. He also forgot to put top coat on my toes. I told them I was very unsatisfied with my nails. I said cut them off and I want a refund. They refused. The manager was so rude. Told me to leave. She said their is many salons go find another. They had the never to ask for a tip. They reuse files and sand bands, tools don't come from clean tool box. Yes I pay attention to everything Safe to say I'll never be back. They should be ashamed. read more

Fell in love with this place!! My friends and I were looking for a nail salon after grabbing coffee and we stumbled upon this gem of a place. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They took all 3 of us in for mani pedis. Tony worked on my pedicure and it was the best one I've had literally ever. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time and were so personable. It felt like home! Needless to say, we definitely found our new go to salon. Please give this place your business, you won't regret it :) read more

I have been putting off getting my toes done in forever (well since being pregnant) but today I finally went out to get them done. I am super glad I did. This place is super clean and amazing atmosphere nice jazzy music playing. I chose the 40 luxury pedicure package & it did not disappoint! I was able to read my book and then during 10 min massage (tony told me to relax no phone) which at first was annoying because reading relaxes me. However I greatly appreciated it and did relax as well so much that I remembered that I need to put myself first and do this more often. So with that I am now going to make this a either weekly or biweekly thing my kids can stay with their dad for the hour and a half that it took me to enjoy getting my toes done read more

Mm, I wanted to like this place because Tony was very welcoming as I was a first time customer. I told him I was trying to find a nail place here in the area since I go to school here. I wanted something for the holidays so he picked a red for me. But what was really nitpicky for me was that he told me to stop being on my phone constantly. As a young girl, I like to be on my phone and he was telling me mutiple times to get off my phone... I understood and I listened everytime but when I saw how my toes turned out after, I was upset because it felt like my toes weren't cleaned well of the cuticle build up. I'm used to the pedicure service I get in San Diego (where I'm from) so when I noticed he did little to no work in my cuticle, it would cause a problem. I gave Tony a generous tip because he did well with the massage and all but afterwards, this pedicure has left me with pain in my big toes. I wish he has paid better attention and didn't just dig into the sides of my toes recklessly. My previous pedicure had been on there for about a month or longer so I had expected alot of cleaning but he didn't do it to my liking. It'll be my last time coming to this place unfortunately. read more

Thank you T for such beautiful nails!! I just started getting my nails done again(after two babies back to back) and with the 4th coming up I wanted to get festive. T did such a great job on the inspo pic I gave her, not only is this patriotic but has a retro feel. These are also my real nails and they look like extensions :) read more

It's been one week since I got an awful manicure here, still trying to get refunded. Within one single week of getting a gel manicure 4 of my nails are chipped, broken and the polish is coming off. Gel should last 3-4 weeks not less than one! I have reached out several times outside of leaving reviews and nobody will respond. This place scams you completely. I was charged an extra $5 for a massage I didn't ask for, who does that! Massage comes with the service, I'm there for nails not a massage so next time just don't massage at all. I'm so disappointed in not only with the work they do but the customer service, they scam people out of money and then do nothing but sit back and enjoy it. I'll continue to leave reviews and trying to get my money back and I will obviously never come back here and will do whatever I can do spread the word that this place scams and steals from their clients read more

Will never come back! Tony is way too aggressive. He lectured me the entire time. Wanted me to promise him multiple times that i would come back every couple of weeks and ask for him...Told me to get off my cellphone at least 3 times so i could "enjoy" the experience. I wasn't talking to anyone, i was just scrolling through my work emails while i was getting a pedicure.. he also told me no less than a dozen times to make sure i put on lotion at least 2 times a day and asked me to repeat it back to him, like i was in school... and when i was trying to leave, he told me to slow down and not be in such a hurry..i have never wanted to leave a place so fast in my life!! read more

T4 Nail Bar & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Garden Grove, California

I wrote a review over a year ago about my terrible experience at T4 nail bar. Here it is.... I NEVER write reviews... ever. I made a Yelp account just to share my experience. My mother in law got a $100 gift certificate from T4 nails for me for Christmas. Unfortunately, T4 nails is not where I typically get my nails done. I usually go to the nail salon two doors down... (K4 Nails- if you need a high quality experience, go there. You cannot beat their nail designs, price and service.) I went to T4 nails with my $100 gift certificate just to see if I could try to get a portion of the money back, not even the full amount. I was told that they would not be able to give the money back, which was expected. I then asked a customer if they would buy it off of me and the woman who worked there turned around and started telling me to "FUCK OFF" and "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE". She continued to cuss me out and threatened to call the cops. All I was doing was trying to sell a gift card that I was not going to use. She continued to cuss me out saying I was driving away her customers. She had 3 customers in there at the time and she still decided to cuss me out and flip me off. Once I made my way outside, she flung her body against the glass window with both middle fingers up. I could NOT believe this experience. Not only do they have terrible customer service, but they are also incredibly over priced. I tried to give multiple opportunities to have them fix this problem. I tried to get in contact with their manager Tram Tran, but no response. So, here I am, sharing my story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ONE YEAR LATER, the owner decided to reply. She is claiming that I was the one threatening her, yet it was her threatening me. I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED THE POLICE ON T4 NAIL BAR******** I left before they got there because it was not a priority call for the night. She is claiming I left because I was going to get in trouble, so I'm sure she told the police false information by the time they were able to show up to the salon. The owner is saying that she has a lot of customers that love their services, and I'm sure this is true. HOWEVER, a job in "customer service" should not go as it did. I STILL have my unused $100 gift card. If anyone would like to buy it off of me for cheaper, let me know! :) read more

I am so pleased with their service. It was my first time here and everyone was extremely friendly. The lady who did my pedicure (I feel horrible, but I cannot recall her name) was mindful of how ticklish I am. Which is not always the case. Tony who did my finger nails, did such an amazing job. He approached it as art, rather than trying to "get it over with". I would highly suggest you to check them out!! read more

I've been coming to T4 since I moved to Garden Grove, and I love it there! I've had services done by most all the techs (Michelle, Hannah, Tony, T) and I've never been disappointed in their work. Michelle has become my go-to, she knows what I like and they all know me by name now which makes the experience more personal! T4 Nail Bar & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Garden Grove, California

Horrible place, awful service. I started coming to T4 and I asked for short Gel-X nails, she was very pushy in her services and told me I needed long ones. I finally agreed to get her to be quiet and was happy overall with the nails, but I was put off by her vibe. I came back for a soak off and a new set & continued with the long nails because she refused to put short ones on me & I got charged for the longer nails which is fine but I wanted short ones & was refused. I tipped generously both times as I work in the service industry as well & paid in cash. I came back today to get my nails done & was offered a fill at the door. As she was drilling to get my nails prepped for the fill, I saw fungus under two of my nails-- disgusting! I brought this up to the tech & the main lady T told me that it was due to poor nail care. I come every two weeks to the day and take care of my nails. This has never happened to me before. Then she pushed for me to put acrylic over the fungus but I wanted to take them off, I was like no I don't want acrylic mixed with gel and I don't want anything over the fungus. She offered a builder gel fill & told me it would be $55 which is the same I paid for a new set. I told her no I don't want to pay that since I could get a new set for the same price & wait for the fungus to grow out. She then started to get very heated over my saying this & was very combative saying I didn't want to pay for anyone's time & I am wasting the techs time by asking for a removal instead after she already prepped me for a fill. I had no idea there was going to be FUNGUS unless I got prepped for the fill. I didn't waste anyone's time. The fact that she was so insistent to work over fungus instead of just taking off the nails is probably why I got fungus from this establishment in the first place. I then go to pay & I send the money through Venmo. I have buyer protection turned on for all services I pay through Venmo & sent it that way. I still tipped the tech $5 (which is more than 20% of the $15 take off fee) even though I was yelled at before for not wanting to put a fill over fungus and getting a take off instead because it wasn't the woman doing my nails fault. She comes to yell at me at the door that I can't pay this way (even though they told me to) that I have to turn off buyer protection & pay again because it took 50 cents from the tab. I told her I would go get an extra dollar from my car to make up for the 50 cent off my tip but I wasn't going to resend it. Regardless they received $19.41 which covers my $15 charge. She then started screaming at me that I was a bad customer & I didn't pay & that I can't come back. Her yelling at me that I did not pay as she's waving around the received venmo was absolute insanity. She fully received the money!!!!! It is so sad to see an establishment that puts even the smallest amount of money over professionalism. T would rather scream at a customer in front of others than have any amount of customer service and take accountability for a FUNGUS-- absolutely uncouth behavior. read more

Wonderful, beautiful, and clean salon. I came into the salon asking if they take walk-ins and they said yes. I was immediately sat into a chair by Tram and she did my nails wonderfully. I chose a pink color and when it was shown to me in the bottle i wasn't sure if it was right for me, but then she said she would look through more shades with me after filing my nails. She did and even tested the original color on one of my nails. I did end up loving it but i'm so happy to see someone would take their time to help me pick a color. we did one coat of pink and a few of top coat and I was out of there in an hour. 11/10 I will be recommending. Amazing and fast work without feeling like they were rushing through me. Will be back soon thanks read more

I walked-in to T4 nails for a pedicure. Tony took care of me that day and gave me his business card. Several weeks later, I called the number on the card and requested Tony for another pedicure. No problem, they said. I went the day and time of my appointment, and they had no clue about who i was, and why i was there. They took me anyway, and again, Tony did the pedicure. I got the one off of the "menu" that included leg massage. Well, Tony got a little carried away and his massage continued above my knees. I was VERY uncomfortable with that, but I was too shocked to say anything at the time. I just paid and got out of there. I don't think I'll be back. read more

I got my pedicure on a Friday afternoon. I chose one of their polishes. By Saturday morning the polish had chipped completely off one toe and was chipping off all over the place on others. See the picture!!Sunday afternoon I went to have them fix it. There were 3 empty chairs but it looked like most of the staff was busy. The people that work there that I showed my chipped nails to couldn't have cared less. They said they were busy and they could do a polish change in an hour. Two of the people had been there when I got the pedicure Friday, but they just looked down. There was no apology, no offer to fix at no charge, no offer to sit in an empty chair and wait ten minutes and they would fix it. Just their demand that I come back in an hour. Nope, I won't be coming back ever!!!! $40 of shoddy work with a $10 tip wasted!!! read more
