I've been coming here for manicures and haven't had any issues with that side of the service. The nail techs who do manicures are detailed, take their time, and do a great job. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the pedicures. The past couple of times I've had a pedicure, it's been a frustrating experience. Most recently, the tech who worked on me rushed through the entire process. She didn't clean my nails properly and seemed distracted, constantly checking her phone and doing what looked like some kind of bitcoin or investment trading while working on me. I had to point out multiple things that needed to be fixed, and each time she acted visibly annoyed, like I was inconveniencing her. The last straw was at the end, when I asked her to fix a nail that was completely messed up. Instead of correcting it, she lazily filed over it and just slapped on another coat of gel polish. The end result was sloppy, uneven, and honestly not worth a fraction of what I paid. I came home to try and fix what I could which defeats the purpose of getting a pedicure. I walked out angry, and I absolutely will not be coming back. Save yourself the frustration--there are plenty of other salons that actually care about their clients and the quality of their work. read more

Found this place searching on yelp for a new place with promos. This was 20% off services. Turns out that it was under new management that's why there was a discount. Apparently, this place has been here for over 10 years and I never knew. It's a little hard to see but once you go inside. Very clean, very nice and professional staff. They take their time. After the first time, it took me a while to come back as it's not as close to my house but it's very reasonable priced. I recently went back a second time and they we just good and they still have the discount running. I will be making it back again. First time, I came for a mani and pedi. Called in before coming to see if there was anyone who could do acrylic on one toe. They assured me there was but the lady who did mine didn't seem like she was experienced with at all. The acrylic was laid extremely thick and bumpy. After I pointed out my concerns multiple times, she did not correct them. I then asked her to remove the acrylic about 5 times before she did it. I told her I would pay for whatever she did until that point (which was only filing off previous gel and callus removal). She proceeded to try to finish the pedicure by forcing a massage and I kept telling her I didn't want that and needed to leave. I was charged for the whole pedicure even though no polish was applied, no massage was given, and I left with a bleeding toe. I didn't have the time nor the will to argue the price if this is how they choose to handle these kinds of situations. read more

But then an older lady who must've thought I wasn't Vietnamese started talking crap about my toes and how they were over due on a pedicure. Loving how my toes came out would definitely recommend her to do your pedicures! (FYI I had asked her if their tools are clean and sanitized and she informed they are. Also, she even showed me and said they always use new sets of tools for all customers. So that's great! And Vivian did a great job with my pedicure she's such a sweet lady that makes sure you are enjoying your time there. This place saved me. I made an appointment at a Japanese nail salon. I came there and the girl who was suppose to work on me told me she was sick and had to leave. Emergency! Not for her, but for my nails! I needed to find a spot ASAP since I was leaving on vacation the day after. ProfessioNail came to my rescue. I arrived at 2:30pm with no appointment but did call five minutes ahead. They were able to take me right away. One of the girls prepped me and another girl put on the gel for me. They had holographic powder here so I went with a blue gel with a pink chrome/holographic powder on top. I had originally asked for a holographic foil as well but after trying it wasn't achievable so I just left them as is. After she was done, I got a nice lotion massage on both my hands after. I was very happy with the results since they lasted over two weeks. My total was $30 (without tip), which I thought was reasonable. The girls working here are nicer than other nail salons. I am Vietnamese and can assure you do they do not talk crap (pet peeve). The inside is clean and I was very comfortable there. They even gave me some water as my nails were being worked on. I liked that they had two gel UV light machines going so my nails were done pretty fast. Get all your nails needs here. read more
