They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. This is the kind of place where you can get your brows done quickly, affordably, and be back in your car in ten minutes. And sometimes that is the perfect mood.

One thing that really stuck with me was seeing him work on his own birthday. Instead of taking the day off, he came in with a smile, took care of his clients, and made sure everyone left happy. That says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. He's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. He constantly checks in throughout the appointment, asking if you love your nails. If something isn't exactly how you envisioned it, he'll gladly fix it until you're completely happy. He truly stands behind his work. A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. Three months later, my natural nails are healthier and stronger than they've ever been. I used to be one of those "every two weeks" girls, but he always laughs and tells me, "Come on, I love you, but two weeks is too soon!" That's just how well his work holds up. The salon itself is always spotless, welcoming, and relaxing. If I could put negative stars I would. I use to go to this place every 2 weeks I loved the girl lee who did my nails. I was a regular customer for about a few years. At the end of my treatment there the owner was very rude and staff was very rude the only reason why I was coming back was for lee. I ended spending at least 75$ or more ever two weeks. You think they would be happy to get my business but no! They also had a sign up on the wall that said if you spend more then $50 you get a gift card. When I ask them about that they were extremely rude and told me to get out! Who the heck does that. So UNPROFESSIONAL Forsure! Would not recommend extremely rude! read more

Never going back to this place again!!! I use to love going and now I will never go back!!! Worse experience ever i had today and I didnt even get my nails done. All I wanted was a gel manicure. I walked out and that's when they all suddenly wanted to help me. I'm not sure what they were talking about me but they just had me sit there for a long time then I could see they were all complaining and so I got up and left! I went in for my first time as I was finished shopping at food for less (next door) I was going to go to my regular nail salon I go to but it was already late so I decided to give it a try. And I was extremely pleased. Never going back to my old salon!
