I have been here a few times & have only positive things to say, and I just wanted to thank Thao so much for a wonderful experience. It's been a year since I had my nails done and I came in to get a simple gel manicure. My nails were round and a bit short, but even so, she filed them down to the perfect shape from the get-go. She is so sweet, friendly & personable and gives great suggestions/tips. I also love the attention she paid to applying each coat - it's SO clean. They don't look bunched or puffy when you look at them from the side, and the gel doesn't coat the tips or underneath my nails. It looks natural, and I'm super happy with how they turned out! It's been a few days and they're still holding up well; haven't bubbled, been scratched or peeled.

Called in before coming to see if there was anyone who could do acrylic on one toe. They assured me there was but the lady who did mine didn't seem like she was experienced with at all. The acrylic was laid extremely thick and bumpy. After I pointed out my concerns multiple times, she did not correct them. I then asked her to remove the acrylic about 5 times before she did it. I told her I would pay for whatever she did until that point (which was only filing off previous gel and callus removal). She proceeded to try to finish the pedicure by forcing a massage and I kept telling her I didn't want that and needed to leave. I was charged for the whole pedicure even though no polish was applied, no massage was given, and I left with a bleeding toe. I didn't have the time nor the will to argue the price if this is how they choose to handle these kinds of situations.

I came here with an open mind and let my nail technician do her magic! Violaaaa she added the glam and sparkle to my full set. Definitely will be coming back soon! First time coming to this salon and I went in for a Mani & pedi. Big Shoutout to Vivi who did my pedicure she was very sweet and attentive! Loving how my toes came out would definitely recommend her to do your pedicures! (FYI I had asked her if their tools are clean and sanitized and she informed they are. Also, she even showed me and said they always use new sets of tools for all customers. So that's great! For my manicure I didn't catch the girls name but she does wears glasses if that helps for y'all Yelp viewers :). She's a nice gal but I can see it in her face that day she looked irradiated and was kinda rough while doing my acrylics. Overall, she did a Awesome job with my nails I love it!

I've been coming here for manicures and haven't had any issues with that side of the service. The nail techs who do manicures are detailed, take their time, and do a great job. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the pedicures. The past couple of times I've had a pedicure, it's been a frustrating experience. Most recently, the tech who worked on me rushed through the entire process. She didn't clean my nails properly and seemed distracted, constantly checking her phone and doing what looked like some kind of bitcoin or investment trading while working on me. I had to point out multiple things that needed to be fixed, and each time she acted visibly annoyed, like I was inconveniencing her. The last straw was at the end, when I asked her to fix a nail that was completely messed up. Instead of correcting it, she lazily filed over it and just slapped on another coat of gel polish. The end result was sloppy, uneven, and honestly not worth a fraction of what I paid. I came home to try and fix what I could which defeats the purpose of getting a pedicure. I walked out angry, and I absolutely will not be coming back. Save yourself the frustration--there are plenty of other salons that actually care about their clients and the quality of their work. read more

Found this place searching on yelp for a new place with promos. This was 20% off services. Turns out that it was under new management that's why there was a discount. Apparently, this place has been here for over 10 years and I never knew. It's a little hard to see but once you go inside. Very clean, very nice and professional staff. They take their time. After the first time, it took me a while to come back as it's not as close to my house but it's very reasonable priced. I recently went back a second time and they we just good and they still have the discount running. I will be making it back again. First time, I came for a mani and pedi. Second was a gel x removal. read more

I used to love going to this place because of the affordable prices. But then an older lady who must've thought I wasn't Vietnamese started talking crap about my toes and how they were over due on a pedicure. Her coworker next to her even tapped her and spoke to her in private to let her know that I understood everything. This was a year or 2 ago and I still remember it to this day because this has never ever happened to me. How embarrassing. Y'all gotta teach your technicians some manners or at least don't talk shit right in front of their faces. read more

I absolutely love coming to ProfessioNail! Angela is my absolute go to. She's very sweet and personable and always cracks me up while doing my nails. And Vivian did a great job with my pedicure she's such a sweet lady that makes sure you are enjoying your time there. I came in last weekend for a light galaxy/sailor moon design because I was going to a homecoming dance that was galaxy/star themed and Angela was amazing. I showed her multiple reference photos and she was so patient with me and made sure I was happy with my nails. The final product came out so cute! LOOK AT PICTURES!! I used to really love going here until they completely messed up my hand acrylics but also my pedicure! I am so enraged at the damage they did on my toes witch are disgusting right now. I went here to get acrylic nails and pedi as well, the guy in charge of the place told me it was a new guy doing nails and that he was really good but then starting doing my acrylics they started looking disgusting and he just getting worse so when it was all over i was just so mad so I told the guy in the front and he said we'll look " we'll have one of the other girls do your nails again FOR FREE " so I'm like OK I GUESS. after she was done REDOING THEM I told him bye and he said no you have to pay he switched the whole story up. This place saved me. I made an appointment at a Japanese nail salon. I came there and the girl who was suppose to work on me told me she was sick and had to leave. Emergency! Not for her, but for my nails! I needed to find a spot ASAP since I was leaving on vacation the day after. ProfessioNail came to my rescue. I arrived at 2:30pm with no appointment but did call five minutes ahead. They were able to take me right away. One of the girls prepped me and another girl put on the gel for me. They had holographic powder here so I went with a blue gel with a pink chrome/holographic powder on top. I had originally asked for a holographic foil as well but after trying it wasn't achievable so I just left them as is. After she was done, I got a nice lotion massage on both my hands after. I was very happy with the results since they lasted over two weeks. My total was $30 (without tip), which I thought was reasonable. The girls working here are nicer than other nail salons. I am Vietnamese and can assure you do they do not talk crap (pet peeve). The inside is clean and I was very comfortable there. They even gave me some water as my nails were being worked on. I liked that they had two gel UV light machines going so my nails were done pretty fast. Get all your nails needs here. read more

I made a promise to never cheat on this nail place ever again. Ask for Lynn ! . She is AMAZING !!!!! I promise you, you will leave satisfied by her beautiful job. Another great service received from this salon. I was able to get an appt on NYE. When arriving I was told there was a 10-15 mins wait. I got started with my pedi and the lady was super nice and gentle. With my fill, Casey assisted me. I showed her a picture for reference and she figured out what to do. She did a great job. My daughter and I have gone here more than a few times and every time we go, we are left satisfied and the awesome owners make sure of that. If I could put negative stars I would. I use to go to this place every 2 weeks I loved the girl lee who did my nails. I was a regular customer for about a few years. At the end of my treatment there the owner was very rude and staff was very rude the only reason why I was coming back was for lee. I ended spending at least 75$ or more ever two weeks. You think they would be happy to get my business but no! They also had a sign up on the wall that said if you spend more then $50 you get a gift card. Never going back to this place again!!! I use to love going and now I will never go back!!! Worse experience ever i had today and I didnt even get my nails done. All I wanted was a gel manicure. I walked out and that's when they all suddenly wanted to help me. I'm not sure what they were talking about me but they just had me sit there for a long time then I could see they were all complaining and so I got up and left!
