I have been coming here for years and I always get what I request. The nail designers always take their time and will make suggestions if they believe a different color will work best. They have a great array of colors and several charms if you like 3D designs on your nails. The prices are also a steal considering the style of nails that I prefer!

This salon is one of the best. The costomer service is the best. I also wanted to add how great of a worker Cindy is, she did my nails and they're one of a kind. Everytime i go she always knows what to do so if you want a full set with designs then ASK FOR CINDY !!

I posted a picture of the price board. I walked in, I was greeted 5 minutes after. I arrived at 5 and was attended at 6:30 pm. There were two ladies before me. I decided to go against gel because I've never not had gel. First, a girl was sent to remove my current nails. She hurt me.... A lot.she kept hurting me over and over again.she just kept saying. "I know it hurts- almost over" That put me in a bad mood obviously. Thank goodness she was not the person who was doing my nails. She sent me to a desk where it said "Kim" it was an older lady. She was sweet, she hurt me twice but was nice about it. They kept mumbling to each other things and a little obvious. I was trying to ignore it. So she said $18 for nails.... Plus $5 for the pointy nails..... And ended up charging me $30. Stupidly, I over tipped her because the first girl, said. Are we charging the tip on your card or do you have cash? That was pushy. I paid nearly $40 for lame nails that messed up right after I left. It was a bad experience. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm being generous the lady who did my nails was elderly. But I will not be returning .

I seen the good reviews and gave it a chance. Im disappointed and won't be coming here again. I felt bad because the lady was nice. But she took FOREVER. Just to leave under my nails with cured nail polish. She would not let me even look at them she kept trying to keep my hands down on the table. Save your money. read more

I like the ladies working here, very nice and friendly. gives you coffee when you go there for free. i loved my toes. did not like my nails because the lady didnt do it right, so it was already catching up in my hair which was not ideal but the deep purple color was great. will be back read more

Do not go. They will sell and up charge you for everything. Cutting cuticle is an extra $5 and not included. This is a basic thing that's included in every service at other salons. read more

I tried really hard to like this place as it was my first visit, and I came with 4 people. They did keep the appointment time that I made, so that was a plus. The manager was kind and wanted to make us happy. She helped us find the colors that we were looking for. I was pleased that they used the plastic liner in the foot tub. From there, it went south. The person who did my toes cut me and made me bleed and pretended like nothing happened. I've been getting my nails done for over two decades and that has never happened to me before, so I know I'm not an easy bleeder. It's the next day and my toe has a scab on the inside and hurts A LOT. I don't even know if I'll be able to wear my heels tomorrow for the event I was getting ready for. Hopefully, I won't get an infection. Then, she moved on to my hands. She did not follow proper manicure procedures. No cuticle lotion. No hand lotion or massage. I asked her not to cut my nails because I was going to an event and wanted them square with a round edge. Her filing was atrocious. She filed them so much that she might as well have cut them. She couldn't file properly at all. My nails were all U-shaped (dipped in the center). I asked her to fix them. She made it worse. Then, she told me to fix it myself because her manager was busy! Say what?! I waited for the manager. Still wasn't the best, but at least it was tolerable. My nails did not end up being even length, and the design certainly left something to be desired. Of our group of 4 people, only 1 person was happy with her nails and the design. It was apparent to all of us, that the woman with the super long hair was the only one who knew what she was doing. I think the staff is underqualified, and they push really hard for additional services even though I said multiple times no to the same service. If you're looking for a quick polish change, I would say go for it. Place was a bit pricey though. read more

My first time here was great. The second time I had to keep telling the nail tech I needed my nails cut but she would only file them. Also, when I was paying, I hadn't taken out my wallet yet and they kept telling me to tip, I always tip but when they keep telling me what I need to do, I strongly dislike. read more

I went in for waxing yesterday July 10 around 4:30 to wax my upper lips, there's this young lady were working on other lady with the pedicure. When I walk in she stop and work on me right away. Right after the wax I feel burn but I just thought I might get bad allergic from their wax. But when I come home go to bed this morning woke up , omg part of my skin is rip and also burn. I call the store talking to the owner try to tell her not to make the same mistake again. Boy oh boy she was mean and saying things it's my fault.. Honestly I don't think the one work on me have license for waxing! read more

STAY AWAY! I am from mission Viejo and was in town visiting a friend and we decided to get our nails done. My nails came out awful. I hate when you go to nail salons and you tell them what you want and they try to convince you to get something else that will look better. Well, that's what the lady here kept trying to do. I like getting my acrylics short and natural looking. She kept saying it was gonna be an issue getting them that short. She cut me twice, my nails are uneven and when I told her if she can fix them, she said "it's because they're too short" I've never had a problem with getting my nails short. I left really disappointed I attached a photo below. I got my nails done yesterday (6/27) and they already look lifted. read more

I've been to plenty of nail salons but this one has to be one of my favorites. I got a pedicure and a full set, and when I walked into the salon I was greeted right away. This lovely lady which I didn't happen to quite get the name for started on my pedicure and it turned out the way I wanted it to. They have a wide amount of variety nail polish that you can choose from. The pedicure was 16$. While I was getting my pedicure Peter, who happened to have mentioned he started about 2 months from now got started on filing my nails and getting the acrylics on. Coffin shaped nails are not easy to do but he did a fantastic job. Full set without gel is 25 and with gel is 35. I strongly suggest paying an extra 10 dollars for gel. It's much nicer. Overall, a cute and petite nail parlor. I will be back for a fill. read more

I've been coming here for the last 3 years. I love these ladies, they're all so kind, they have great prices and they do a great job! They take walk ins and have great hours which helps with my crazy schedule! They might not have all the fancy furniture like other salons but I don't mind because I'm a pretty simple person that just want my nails to look good, and they do every single time!! read more

Came in for a fill and gel set, I'd gotten my set done at another salon, but I didn't like how they left my nails. Lauren did an amazing job and I defiantly recommend her, she reshaped them to perfection and took her time with it too. Overall the staff is very friendly. We called the place and gave us an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. And she confirmed the appointment by the text too! I had to get a baby sitter for my kids and when we arrived she was like no there is something wrong I showed her the text and then she was like no can you come Thursday!!! And I was like but you gave an appointment... she walked away without saying sorry or anything and she didn't even bother apologizing!!! Very very bad customer service and very very rude!!! read more

The owners, David and Molly, are so friendly and accommodating and truly make you feel like an old friend every time you come in for an appointment. I've also had pedicures here and have zero complaints. Tracy wanted to charge extra for nail cutting during an acrylic fill. I have been doing my nails for years, and never have I been charged for that. It was crazy. I could tell she creates such a toxic work place for her workers. I hope the very sweet pedicure lady finds new employment. She was extremely kind and gentle to me. How they have so many positive reviews is beyond me. If you take time to scroll, you can see they also have multiple negative reviews due to hygiene issues, causing infections, appointment issues, customer service issues, and others who have had issues with Tracy directly. There are also tons of fake yelp reviews that yelp does not recommend. You can access those at the very bottom. Reviews from accounts that have no other reviews and no yelp friends. I debated on whether or not I was going to post this, but nobody deserves to be treated the way Tracy treated me based on a blind assumption. Please think twice about coming here. The same tech who did my toes also did my manicure, and she pulled at my nail cuticle so hard that it actually bled and caused an infection. She added alcohol after pulling the skin, and the burning hurt pretty bad. I didn't think much of it in the moment, but a couple of days later my finger was still painful and I noticed it had pus!!! And this is coming from someone with a high pain tolerance! On top of that, my gel manicure had dust and bumps in it, which is unacceptable for something that should look smooth and clean. I genuinely wanted this to be my go-to nail salon, but after this experience, there is no way I would recommend this place!! There are way better places here in Garden Grove! Avoid at all cost!

I love going to this place and is so close to work and I have my 2 favorite girls Lauren and Amy who are the only ones that can work on my nails they do a really good job I love how Lauren does my Acrylic and Amy my pedicure I can't complain always clean with what they do my favorite place to go to.
