First of all they are RUDE. They expect you follow them JUST BY SIGNALS. They talk to you rude and get mad when you talk back to them the same way. They cut me and made me bleed. There chemical burn. I've been coming here for many years. I won't be going back anymore, they're more about quantity over quality. They don't do any nail prep like cleaning under the nail, cutting nails, pushing back nail beds. They just start gluing on the acrylic. I always get a short French tip and pay the same every time. This time Holly said my nails were "long" and tried charging me a long nail set. When she did my nail length I asked her for short and that's what she did, but when it came to paying she said it's long. I explained I do the same length every time I've never payed a long set. She said okay I'll give you cheap price this time. Demanded I tip her. While she was barely gluing my nails I asked her to change my nail shape, this was PRIOR to her cutting them so I still had time to change my mind.. so I asked her to change it from square to almond.. she got upset and said you said you wanted square, now you want almond? With crazy attitude.. she made me feel bad about changing my mind.. I'd understand if she'd already cut them, but she hadn't got to that step yet.. even after the poor experience I tipped her a few dollars and she didn't seem happy with it, didn't say thank you or bye. She just shook her head and let me walk out.. You cannot ASK someone to tip you and expect it after providing a poor experience. read more

Hole in the wall nail place. Affordable and super cute! They will always try to give you what you want, it's definitely not high end. I always come and go. My go to nail techs are Selena, or Holly. Let's just say this place isn't your fancy nail shop. It's more like the old school 2004 type nail shop. I was a bit desperate in need of getting my nails done this place was available at the time I had available. It turned out just ok as you can see from my pictures. So far it's been 4 days since no chips and still in tack. The older gentleman did my mani/ pedi, he was very nice and did a great job cutting my skin around my nail beds. I didn't like she was working too fast and have little bumps on some of my nails and feel like the gel polish is not going to last me at least 2 weeks. I usually only like to review places if it was a positive experience because I feel bad leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately this place has disappointed me so much that I feel compelled to leave one... I got my nails done 2 weeks ago. I got a simple gel manicure and immediately upon leaving the salon I noticed my nails were very unevenly filed. She left my nails jagged and and very ill-shaped. I was in a hurry with many errands to do that day so I didn't bother going back. I wanted to write a review then, but decided not to bother. Fast forward ONE week and one day later, my gel starts completely peeling off in huge pieces. I was able to pull off all the gel in a few minutes. A couple days later and one of my nails starts chipping because of how my nails were filed (didn't notice this particular one until it was too late). My nails are normally very healthy and aren't prone to chipping - I know this happened only because of how my nails were done. That was my first and last time I'll be visiting this salon. read more

First time coming here, I was a walk in and came in hoping I would be able to get a pedicure and fill done before work. The wait wasn't long and I was please fly surprised how fast and efficient isn't they were. My pedicure was amazing he really got in there and clean out my gunk lol. Then Selena started to work on my nails and I was so happy with the outcome and how fast she was she guaranteed I was able to be out in time to go to work and she really was done on time! This local spot isn't your fancy schmancy nail lounge, but the service and the people are great!! No matter how busy they are, somehow they have time for you and get you in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. I don't know how they do but every time I need a gel pedi last minute. They'll always say "oh yeah! we'll take you!" The staff are kind and they do great work. I've been going to this place for a lil over 4 months now, every two weeks. Their prices were low and they did a decent job, always friendly. A few times gel would peel within a day or two they'd always fix it. This last time, literally within hours the paint lifted and peeled and what surprised me was that it cost a lot more that day... prices went up or something I was paying $47 and it was $67 that day. Anyways went back in the next day they fixed it, and than again as soon as I got home to turn the nob two nails broke. Like how does that happen!?! At this point I was leaving on a trip and had no time to get them fixed. In all honesty If you don't have the two owners doing your nails you'll get a rush job that peels or breaks within a few days, which I've never had happen with gel. read more

I've had bad nails done here, however the same ladies who are bad at nails they are great for pedicures. Or some aren't good at all and I'm still clueless to why they work there.
