I came in for French tips and white toes. The lady who did my toes did a great job, but unfortunately the nail tech doing my hands couldn't do French tips. I asked if another tech could try, but was told no, so I ended up changing colors three different times and settling for a clear/pinkish color. I paid $100 plus a $15 tip, which felt expensive considering I didn't get what I originally came in for. I just want to clarify that I didn't choose the pink color because that's what I wanted--I settled on it because the French tips I originally asked for couldn't be done. read more

This place is a joke! So my daughter and my wife visited this place and dear god. What a disappointment. 1st red card! The lady helping my wife has having a normal conversation with my wife and she asked my wife about our kids. Normal questions nothing out of this planet. One questions of the questions was how many kids and my wife mention that she was on her second marriage. (I'm her second husband) so they guy doing my daughters nails was listening to the whole conversation and he started making unnecessary comments and questions to my daughter. He asked my daughter if her little brother was from the same dad. What about her older sister was she from the same father. What on earth is wrong with that guy! I went to get a pedicure here for the first time today. I get really bad ingrown toe nails and they become very painful. The lady that did my pedicure did not know how to take them out, she kept telling me to see a doctor. I requested if anyone else could take them out and she responded that no one else knew how. A couple of minutes later another lady came in for a pedicure and someone else was going to do hers, meaning someone else could have helped me. I spent $50 and left in pain, had to go somewhere else immediately after and they took out my ingrown toe nails with no problem. I read more

Walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We were seated immediately and the technicians started right away. They made sure to keep the massage chair going and took their time working on both my hands and feet. They did not just do a quick pedicure. It was like a service I have paid for in the past in an upscale salon. The prices were very reasonable! All the ladies were cheerful and engaging but also allowed time for relaxation. The foot massage was amazing and I even paid an extra $10 for an extra 10 minute massage (it was probably more like 15mins.). I was so disappointed . I have been here before for pedicures with my daughter. They have done an ok job for the prices. But today is the last time we will step inside this shop. So I go in for a mani+pedi and so I'm waiting 45 minutes to be called and this lady is running around. And she's in the middle of working on me and her friends walk in so she gets up and talks to them. So she's working on my cuticles. Normally I get my nails done at their other shop, Royal Nails, but they were closed today so I came to Rio Nails. I enjoyed my fill at this location and I definitely will be back. Usually I try to have Lynn do my nails because she does a really good job and today I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy who did my nails this time. Usually I get nervous when someone new does my nails because last time a different lady made them look bad, however Kathy was able to fix them and give me beautiful smooth coffin shaped nails. I think she said she was new here, I would definitely come back to her. Overall this place and Royal Nails are great!
