I specifically read all the reviews so I could find a place that would suit my needs but my experience was a little different than all the great reviews. Welcoming. Check. Clean space. Check. Yummy complimentary Vietnamese coffee. Check. Then it goes downhill. Lisa was very nice but she's rough. It was painful getting my gel off, getting my cuticles pulled, and the scrub on my legs was too much. Then a corner was taken off one of my toenails, half of them are uneven, parts of the nails don't have enough glitter flakes, and my large toenail didn't get filed or taken off properly and looks like I have stuff under it. I paid for a deluxe but there was absolutely nothing done that was in addition to a regular pedicure....no paraffin wax, callous removal, etc. When we were finishing up, I asked Lisa if I could use the restroom. She said yes but when I asked the Bosslady where it was she said they didn't have a working bathroom. Interesting. I will not be returning. read more

I arrived a couple minutes early for my appointment, checked in and was given a pedicure chair pretty quickly. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I'm happy with both services. Tina with the purple hair did my gel manicure. She was so funny! Man, we had the best conversation. It was so random, but good lol She also did a great job on my gel manicure! I asked for black tips and she helped me pick the perfect natural color for the pink part of the nails. The lines are perfect. I'm really happy with the result! I'd definitely recommend Tina for gel manicures! 10/10 Lisa did my gel pedicure. I like the results! She did scrub kind of hard with the exfoliating stuff, but I'm really sensitive. One of my go to nail spots. This review is a bit late but I've been going here for a few years now to Hannah who does an amazing job! She does it just the way i like them! I've honestly tried some of the other salons in the area and always ends up back here. I've learned my lesson to trust my nail tech instead of wasting money on others because this is my go to for years!!!!!! This is an appointment only establishment since covid I believe. But its pretty easy to book one. Calling or booking through instagram is easy. I tend to use instagram since im sneaking in a text at work to book for a day im free. What i love most about this place is not just the service but how clean it is. I especially like that it doesn't have those harsh chemical smells which makes it pleasant to visit. They do offer drinks while you are getting your services done too! I like that theres also a variety of colors to choose from. Everyone is extremely nice and very professional. Hannah is amazing when it comes to recommending the best options. I started off with very thin ans brittle nails. Shes recommended to get gel builder and fill them every time i visit. Since having this service done, my nauls have grown healthy and stronger then before. She knows just how I like them and they last for a bout a 4 weeks + depending on if i have the time to come in or if she has a free opening to book. They have a lot of colors to choose from and they offer you a beverage when you're getting your nails done. I like going to Ivy! I came here with my sister to get our toes done for my 26th birthday. I honestly thought I had found the spot but I was wrong. I developed a fungal infection on my big toe after an employee aggressively cut my corners. My foot started itching so much after a few weeks. I couldn't wear socks or closed toed shoes. After a week the itching didn't go away. I went to the doctor to get a stronger cream and am currently wearing it everyday. It's ridiculous that a $45 pedicure cost me a fungal foot infection. REGULAR PEDICURE: I usually don't care who does my pedicures since I just get the express and regular nail polish. I think they do an amazing job every time, but there are some girls (Tracey) who do AN EXCELLENT massage and I always contemplate paying extra for a longer one. ACRYLIC MANICURE: I just recently tried the acrylic powder, which I wish I tried sooner! It is SO MUCH STRONGER than dip powder or gel and lasts me between 3-4 weeks depending on how long I have them file my nails from the start. I don't think I can ever go back to regular. It's definitely way more pricey, but for me it's worth it to spare me the pain and trouble of breaking my nails all the time. 11/22/22 I was in great need of my powder dip removal and re do. My regular mail lady was off so I needed to get it done before thanksgiving. Background: my first set elsewhere was thick like chiclets. My second set elsewhere was too thin and all cracked within 5 days. This time, I wanted to make sure it stayed on longer than 7 days. I was assigned April and I told her about my story. She said she will help me achieve my desired thickness. In my head, I thought the more dip powder color, the better it stays. She said the base needs to be secure, otherwise it will crack off. Really interesting information I learned. April was gentle and patient with my mail sensitive and anxiety related to the dremmel. 5 stars!! The finished nails were very nice. Just the right thickness and fall vibes. Star doc reasons: no zelle payment even though it said zelle on the signs. They do take veno. Credit card fee $1. Tips needs to be Venmo or cash. Location is not the best. First time coming here and was excited considering it's so close to home. I called before coming and asked how much a gel manicure was (plain color, with no prior gel or polish on, no design) and i was told $30. I walked in and was sat down right away! hannah was fantastic and kind and helped me pick out my color and it turned out perfect. When i was told my total was $39 (for just a single gel color manicure, and a 10 second hand massage, no hot towels or anything extra!)
