Came in for a regular polish pedicure, got Mindy for my service. The salon is big, clean, and lots of options. The pedicure was just ok. Near my cuticles it isn't as clean as I would've liked. You can see where the 2nd layer of polish isn't as far along as the first. Its like that on half my toes. Was it worth the $45? No. Would I go back? Maybe but would ask for someone else. read more

I appreciate that she is meticulous with my nails, and takes her time. The first gel builder manicure I had with Leena back in April, lasted a month without any chipping! I really enjoy coming to this salon because it's down the street from my place. It's clean and they have a wide range of colors. However, there are some people I would avoid at all costs. I came here twice and left with injuries each time. I came here with my mom a month ago and I had a technician named Hana. She was nice and I had a great time talking with her. However, she gave me a cut on my ring finger because she was filing too hard. She also didn't cut my cuticles but shaved it while shaving my nails. She shaved so much that I have a red 'C' on my nails, and it hurts when I put pressure on that area. I can't get a manicure again until I grow out the damaged area. The ridge in the photo is on all 10 fingers. I brushed it off as one bad encounter and came back again. This time, I made an appointment with Tammy specifically for my mom. We sat down and Tammy wasn't the person helping her, it was Hana. My mom said Hana looked upset, was rough, didn't cut her cuticles properly, and even hurt her skin too. I'm a little disappointed that despite setting up an appointment and asking for a specific technician, they didn't even honor my request. My pedicure session was upsetting too. I forgot her name, but an older lady with glasses helped me. She snipped the side of my toe nail with cuticle scissors and was trying to yank that piece off - a part of it was attached to my nail bed. It hurt like crazy and I expressed multiple times that it hurt. She said it's because I have too much skin under my nails whatever that means. Im bleeding and there is a small hole where she tried to yank the nail. When she was done, she was rushing to get to her next client and walked into my foot in the process. I told her that the nail polish got ruined. She just dabbed it with clear coat, then said "done" and left. I just paid money to have 9 toes with nice polish application and 1 messed up one. Sorry, not posting a picture of my feet though (for free?). I understand the salon gets super busy, but I don't think I should be getting anxious when someone files my nails or uses cuticle scissors. The lack of care and concern was upsetting. I also felt dismissed when I expressed that I was in pain or when the service I paid for was ruined. Shout out to Tyler for taking care of my mom, he was gentle and made sure my mom was comfortable. I highly recommend Tammy for nails. She is meticulous and her work lasts for a long time. read more

After that, I went to the front to choose my color. They have tons of options! Mindy and Mia did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. Mia was super sweet and quick.
