I stopped by today at 4 o'clock to get a dip manicure. I asked if they had time to do it (otherwise I'd come at a later time) and they said sure just wait 10 to 15 minutes. I had dip on my nails already so the lady (manager) said she would put acetone on it while I waited for a technician. So it is 5:10 PM and all I've had is the dip removed and nothing else. My fingers are dry and prunny from the acetone being on my fingers this long. I would prefer that they be honest and tell me that they don't have time to take me than to tell me 10-15 minutes for a technician and an hour and 10 minutes later, I am still having the manager, removing the dip. I've had dip manicures in the past and the entire process is completed in an hour.

I was recommended a different shade which was more favorable to what I was looking for. Would recommend this salon for a reliable service!

My friend recommended this place due to service and value so I decided to try with my daughter who is autistic. I received a facial from Helen and she did an amazing job especially since I have eczema and have sensitive skin. The tech that did my nails took the time to ensure it was perfect. The owner Ann took special care of my daughter and made her feel like a princess. Definitely will go back!

I found this spot on Yelp close to home and I was not disappointed! Vicky did my nails and she was so quick and efficient. They aren't thick and look very natural which I love. She was very sweet and made sure that I liked them through the whole process! Kim did my matching pedi and she was just as quick and consistent, they look great! Thank you ladies, you've gained a new customer today! Definitely recommend!

I love this place, super friendly and clean! Kim is my absolute favorite nail technician, she's friendly, super creative & always runs with my design ideas! I never have to worry if a color isn't right, because she'll notice before I do! Susan did my toes and she was great too! $85 for a gel fill with design and a gel pedicure. My nails usually last at least a month

I love Vicky. She has been doing my nails since I moved back to town and they always look AMAZING!! I let her know I break nails easily cause of work so she makes mine thick and even though I used to brake a nail on average once a week, I've never had a single nail brake when she has done mine. She is always helpful when I ask her to help me pick designs and they always come out perfect. She remembers what styles and colors I like and I don't even have to describe what shape I want cause she remembers from the first time I came to her. She takes her time to make sure they are even and perfect. I've added pictures of my last 3 sets (I go every other week) and I wish I had pictures of the other times she has done them because they came out so cute!!!

Came back for another dip and I was very happy how my nails turned out! Susan did a fantastic job shaping my nails and even repairing the ones I tore from peeling off my precious dip job( not from Queen Nails sadly). Susan was meticulous and took extra care to make sure I don't get cut. I just wish they had the powder colors that I chose. Had to go with my 3rd choice, but still nice. They'll need to update their nail model colors with the actual jars. Thanks Susan!!

New set of acrylics popped off in 2 days! Seriously, I want my money back! Never in my 35 years of getting my nails done, has this ever happened! I did a walk in for a full set and pedicure. I was hoping to get Gel X, but their nail tech had just left, so I settled for acrylics. They promoted they paint nails in Ombre, yet the tech couldn't do any of the designs I picked out. So again, settled for a different design/color. Half my nails went on crooked and she claimed it was my nail beds. Again, 35 years... never happened. At the end, they looked ok, I was fine with what I had. This was Tues, by Thurs afternoon, they started popping off! I was in shock! I don't live there, but I'm in the area every 2-3 weeks so now I have to pay for another full set where I am on the east coast. So very disappointed. I rarely complain but I'm so mad. This place sucks.

I had to break up with my previous nail salon after the prices skyrocketed and the quality downgraded, so I was a little nervous to move on to another salon but OMG I have struck gold with Queen Nails! Susan did my nails beautifully, just how I asked and matched the photo to a T. My experience was 10/10 one customer service was amazing they were so kind to me and fit me in they did not sell me on anything they asked what I wanted I had a broke nail they offered to fix off a set done by another place I just moved to the area and have been trying to find the right place for me turns out the last place was not it and i'm so happy I found this place my pedi was great she got my ingrown nails out and painted them I picked a red but it came out more orange I was fine with it but she was like i'll change it I know your not super happy she was nice about it my nails came out so good i'm pretty picky about shape and i really like keeping my real nails long they did a bond thing over them and did a tip on one I broke the shape color and customer service was 10/10 prices were fair I will be back read more

To months ago I got a finger nail infection from this Solon.my doctor is now treating me with antibiotics. Actually it's 3 fingernails. Terrible I'm very embarrassed to be out and about friends. I'm always asked about my nails. Thy look so so bad. So ladies be very careful at nail salons. I'm hoping by the summer I can find a clean and better place . read more

I have gone to Queen Nails 2 times. The first time my technician pulled out cuticle trimmer from a separate box. She didn't clean them before using them on me or after. The 2nd time, the technician didn't even try to use any clean instruments. She was pulling each one out of a tin that was labels "soiled". read more

I have been coming to this location for several years now and have had a great experiences but I'm saddened to write this review because recently I had a 9:30 AM appointment and they told me to wait an additional 15 minutes. 15 minutes led to another 15 minutes and even then they told me to pick a color and I sat there without no communication. This resulted in me having to leave because I had work. Very unprofessional and goes to show they take appointments for the sake of getting money, but not valuing their customers time read more

I'm not one to complain, I'm actually pretty easy to please. So when I saw they offered facials I thought why not. Maybe that's where I went wrong. The lady attending me literally fell asleep on me more than 15 times. I honestly stopped counting. I felt bad not leaving a tip but I have never felt so uncomfortable, maybe she has a medical problem idk but if she falls asleep that much maybe she shouldn't be sleeping on people while her hands are on your body. read more

LOVE THIS SPOT! Great vibes, fantastic service. Anne manages the salon and you will always be greeted with a warm and kind welcome. Vicky is my new favorite go-to, she does incredible designs, and is also just a lovely person. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and gives you exactly what your nail mood desires! She's amazing! She also does lashes should you be interested. Highly recommend you go here, I guarantee you'll go back again! It's also quite large inside and wait times aren't too bad for walk ins. Grateful I accidentally found this gem, conveniently close to Brea mall too :D read more

In December I broke my arm. It's been so traumatic. After weeks in a cast, I finally have a brace. I went to Queen Nails and said for sure I wanted a pedicure but wasn't sure about a manicure. That they would have to be really gentle. Well they were. I got the best DELUXE pedicure and manicure with gel. It was 85.00 and it was worth every PENNY. They were so gentle with my sore arm, they talked me into a very silly SPARKLY color to brighten my spirits and it WORKED. I felt so much better leaving with my totally not serious nails and my poor hand feels so much better with a bunch of that dead skin off of it. Next time I'll get my usual series at work nail color, but I'm still on disability so I'm enjoying my sparkles today. read more

Yesterday morning I stopped by Queen nails to see if I could come back in a few hours for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. They had an opening. I first checked to see if they had someone that could do my nails with a ballerina shaped tip and French manicure pink and white. The manager said she had two ladies that could. I can't remember the lady's name who did my pedicure but she did a great job, gel French manicure on my toes! Jasmine did my full set and she did the most amazing job! I don't always get designs or gems but this time I let her make my nails glamorous! When I asked her to make them a little more narrow so my fingers look longer, she did and was very sweet about it. I enjoyed chatting about life with her and we have kids about the same age. She seemed happy to chat or happy to let me look at my phone while she worked, no pressure! I will definitely be back as they're right up the street from where I live and Jasmine did such a beautiful job, as you can see in the pic! Thank you Jasmine and Queen nails! read more

My coworker recommended me this place and I love Vicky's work! I had an acrylic set on for exactly 5 weeks. Her work and quality is great! She is very talented and patient with creating designs on your nails! The purple set was on for 5 weeks (3rd picture for reference) and the pink set is new. Love this place. Everyone is so nice and accommodating! They take their last client even 30 mins before closing and give you the same Great customer service as they would if they just opened. Anyone here is great and they offer gel x and other services. Super nice and worth it. read more

My mom's gel manicure turned out fine. The gal was detailed and polite. My pedi however was a bloody, painful mess. I'll spare you the photo. Never had anything this bad, deemed "pretty" by the worker. She proceeded to tell me I had eczema, but I'm pretty sure I'd know that as I am a doctor. Stay in your lane, right? read more

My daughter and I went in for full set and pedicures. The gurl dug so far into the top of my nail and used too much primer, so my nsils burned all night. The pedicures went fine, but my daughter had all kind of sores on her fingers from getting her fill. Not going back ever! read more

We are happy to provide nails and spa services to our customers in our local area. We have 16 Spa chairs and 16 stations in a 3000 square feet facility so you don't have to wait. Some of the services we offer include eyelash extensions, microblading, permanent make-up, nail care (we are now offering the dipping, over 600 colors available), add-ons, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facials.

She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

She then quickly said "nope, you only have one order" & slapped the photos on the counter and then told me my total. I thought maybe I misunderstood the text and the second order was still not ready so I paid and left. Once I got to the car I looked at the txts and realized they in fact texted me that both of my orders are ready. I open the envelope she gave me hoping that maybe they place the second order in there because it was only one photo? Once I opened the envelope, I realized that one of the pictures I paid for wasn't even printed. They gave me a blank white picture. And honestly, this is not the first time this has happened. I have been using Walgreens quite often recently for wedding stuff as I am planning our wedding and this is at least the third time I've received a blank photo. The first time I thought maybe it was an oversight and tried to give the benefit of the doubt but three times it's quite ridiculous. In between the blank photos and the rudeness from the staff, I will be finding somewhere else to develop my photos.

Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

I've been going to this place for years! Never had a problem at all. They always design my toes for me in a way that is suitable for my age. Nothing too much or too plain. The reason that I love this place so much is that my nails are never lift even if I go 4 weeks without a fill. Everywhere I go, my nails lift the next day and it is so irritating and so this place is the place to be. People are always coming up to me even after 3 weeks saying my nails are so pretty asking me where I get them done. I love getting my eyebrows done here. They shape it so well I get compliments. Seriously, this place is fabulous. I don't know why people have so much problems because I don't have any of the problems that people are saying on here. read more

The place looks horrible. The decor and interior looks like it's ancient. The ladies who work there are nice, however the quality of work is really bad. The owner seems to be doing things all wrong. The people who work there dont seem to be very happy with the situation. I have tried this place a couple of times and to be honest I have given them too many chances to get it right but it just never seems to happen. My nails just never come out the way I want them. I probably would not come back to this place unless it is one of the last options available and we all know that will never be the case. read more

I have come to Queen Nails for YEARS and always go to Julie. I have even referred family and friends to her because she does an awesome job! She is always willing to accommodate my schedule, even if that means moving appointments around, coming in early, or staying after closing.
