The spa was super cute and clean. I loved the array of different machines used on my face. I came out glowing!

I just had the most incredible dermaplaning and facial experience with Vanessa and I'm still glowing, literally and figuratively! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The space was serene, the ambiance was calming, and every step of the treatment was both relaxing and effective. The dermaplaning left my skin insanely smooth. I had no idea how much dullness and peach fuzz was sitting on my face until it was gone. My makeup is going on like silk now and my skin just feels baby soft. The facial that followed was pure heaven. Vanessa was super knowledgeable and tailored everything to my skin type, using products that calmed and hydrated my skin. I walked out with a fresh, radiant complexion. My new go-to read more

I have been a member here for over a year and don't know what has taken me so long to leave this review. ALC is THE BEST. Hands down. Kim, the owner, is incredible and inspirational. Jenn M. has been my go-to and ever since I started seeing her, I will not allow another soul to touch my skin because her hands and blessed and she knows what she's doing! She has educated me on products, skincare, and self care routines. For the year I've been seeing her, Jenn has healed my skin and has been incredibly accommodating throughout my pregnancy, always making me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in the treatments and products she recommends. I trust her completely and am so grateful to have found someone who is not only talented, but genuinely invested in her clients' well-being. I came here with my mom because she purchased a bundle package for facials and shared her facial with me. This place is really cute, they had a little beach theme going on and also had an area where you can purchase, zero waste, all natural, sustainable products. You can bring your own bottle to refill. They also had another sections where you can purchase other beauty products. Fiona was our esthetician and she serviced between my mom and I. It was really nice and calming. I felt very comfortable and liked how clean everything was. I would come back here again. read more

I walked into All Love Collections, curious about their Vegan skincare products and potentially scheduling an express facial. I'd read some decent reviews online, so I decided to check them out. But as soon as I stepped inside, I felt anything but welcome. A man with a laptop was pacing around, and his body language was completely closed off and cold. I explained that I'd just had a massage nearby and was looking to book an express facial before picking up my daughter. Without much thought, he told me they didn't have anything available. I said okay and decided to browse their products instead. He suddenly seemed eager to mention that they're all part of their own brand and then yelled towards the back that there was a customer. The front desk girl was nice and took me through some of the products, but that same man, along with an esthetician, kept hovering around me. I decided to buy a face wash, and just as I'm wrapping up, the front desk girl asked if I wanted a facial again. Before I could respond, the man barked at her, "She already said she's picking up her daughter!" The entire experience was uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of that, I don't think I'll be booking an appointment. The vibe I got when I walked in--if I had to compare it to something--reminded me of the movie Parasite by Bong Joon-ho. If you've seen it, you know exactly what I mean. read more

I enjoyed my facial experience today. The beach theme decor made me feel like I was taking a quick vacation. The room I was in was partially covered with curtains but was spacious and comfortable. Kelly was very good with informing me on what she was putting/using on my skin and gave recommendations. I found this place on ClassPass. I will be returning. read more

Here's my promised yet long overdue review... I found All Love Collections, Glendora through Groupon - a welcome tool to try out new-to-me places before I pledge my lifelong, undying loyalty and personal and professional Doula, NCS Client and peer community referrals too. My face was feeling all kinds of yucky, dull, and dry with dead skin cells that HAD to come off pronto. Thankfully, when I called to make an appointment for their 60min-Deep Cleansing Facial Chris, was super helpful getting me in asap especially with my tricky work/upcoming travel schedule. When I arrived for my evening appointment, I pulled into the east parking lot/from the direction that didn't cross the front of the building where the entrance was so I wasn't quite sure where the entrance was. I called and Chris told me that Lia would come out to get me - which she promptly did - I felt so well cared for. God bless, Lia! Aware that she was a newbie, she started out quiet and timid but, with my personable winsome ways ;-), we quickly got to chatting and laughing in between her gentle instruction of what she was doing next and my dosing off/on because it was just that lovely and relaxing an experience as I could've hope for! My face felt fully rejuvenated and brand new. During the treatment, I had asked Lia for some recommendations and suggestions so after the treatment was finished, she had the Aarde Pumpkin Peel Mask and the Aarde Ultra Hydrating Serum bottles out. I took advantage of their Thanksgiving Promotion (11/1-30) offer of $450 for 5 facials with 2 free products and 10% off for all Aarde skincare products. And Lia blessed me with a complimentary gift after I mentioned I would be posting a stellar review of her services on Google Maps and Yelp (again, my apologies for it not being posted sooner!!). As soon as I know when I'll be next in town, I'm calling Chris to book my next appointment(s). I'm soooo happy Holy Spirit brought me to their listing on Groupon. I look forward to a long and prosperous personal and business/ministry relationship with ya'll! Going to cut/paste and post to Google Maps now as Chris, Lia, and the business owner responsible for All Love Collection needs their public-post flowers!! read more

Disappointed in my attempt to schedule a facial. I have been there a few times and had a great experience with the facial. I called on Saturday morning trying to make an appointment using the Groupon coupon and was first told I can not use that on the weekends ( which I have before) then was told the Groupon was only valid for new customers, when I checked the fine print on Groupon, it states that it can be purchased every 60 days, then I was told that "they only make $20 when a customer uses Groupon " and was told that I had to purchase a membership for $350 to continue receiving facials there. I will no longer be going there for facials again. Again thr facial service is amazing , but the owner will pressure you to buy the membership. read more

Went in looking like a dump truck and came out a brand new woman. The moment I stepped into the building, I felt like I was transported to a beach vacation front. I got a facial and a lash lift from the beautiful Vanessa and she was so nice and welcoming. She always made sure I was comfortable and let me know what was coming next so that I was prepared. Her hands were gentle, yet firm, with the perfect amount of pressure. The soft blinking lights added to the environment, making it soft and romantic - perfect for couples or besties! The background music was so calming that I kept drifting asleep but I was tryna fight it cus my snoring would ruin the vibe. All the products used on my face felt amazing and my skin is now baby butt smooth. I'm not joking. It also feels even better knowing that everything is vegan. It was my first time getting a lash lift and I could feel how much attention Vanessa was giving my lashes to get them looking good. I was so surprised at how lifted they were, I thought they were lash extensions for a second. Her hands were sooo magical and I miss her already. I also got to meet the owner, Kim. Talking to her really showed me how much thought and effort she put into this business and how she wants everyone who walks into her spa to feel at peace and leave feeling refreshed. I had such a great experience, I've been making everyone touch my skin (with clean hands) and look at my lashes. No mirror or window is safe from me LOL. read more

My husband and I came in for a facial and extraction on a Saturday. The place was so cute and incredibly clean. There was plenty of free parking in the plaza. Vanessa did both of our facials and extractions and she was amazing! She always checked in to make sure I was doing ok like with pain from the extractions or if the steam was too warm. The facial was so soothing and my skin is so glowy! We also met the owner Kim and she was so nice and friendly! In the end Vanessa talked to us about our skin and provided recommendations on how to take care of our skin and areas to focus on more. Will definitely be back the service and products they used was amazing! read more

Let me just say one word... Amazing! I had purchased a Groupon a couple of months ago and almost forgot about it, so today I finally got to visit All Love Collections & I am so glad I did. I was long overdue for a facial. I arrived for my appointment and was quickly greeted and filled out an authorization form. I was then introduced to Karla who was the aesthetician that did my facial. I had a 70 minute facial that included cleansing, multiple masks, including a pumpkin exfoliating one, and a green tea mask. The place is very nice & clean, and Karla was super professional explaining each product she used. I can't believe how great my skin felt & looked. I purchased the pumpkin exfoliating mask when I was done, because it's something I've been missing in my face care routine. I definitely loved my experience and will definitely be back! read more
