I walked into All Love Collections, curious about their Vegan skincare products and potentially scheduling an express facial. I'd read some decent reviews online, so I decided to check them out. But as soon as I stepped inside, I felt anything but welcome. A man with a laptop was pacing around, and his body language was completely closed off and cold. I explained that I'd just had a massage nearby and was looking to book an express facial before picking up my daughter. Without much thought, he told me they didn't have anything available. I said okay and decided to browse their products instead. He suddenly seemed eager to mention that they're all part of their own brand and then yelled towards the back that there was a customer. The front desk girl was nice and took me through some of the products, but that same man, along with an esthetician, kept hovering around me. I decided to buy a face wash, and just as I'm wrapping up, the front desk girl asked if I wanted a facial again. Before I could respond, the man barked at her, "She already said she's picking up her daughter!" The entire experience was uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of that, I don't think I'll be booking an appointment. The vibe I got when I walked in--if I had to compare it to something--reminded me of the movie Parasite by Bong Joon-ho. I found All Love Collections, Glendora through Groupon - a welcome tool to try out new-to-me places before I pledge my lifelong, undying loyalty and personal and professional Doula, NCS Client and peer community referrals too. My face was feeling all kinds of yucky, dull, and dry with dead skin cells that HAD to come off pronto. Thankfully, when I called to make an appointment for their 60min-Deep Cleansing Facial Chris, was super helpful getting me in asap especially with my tricky work/upcoming travel schedule. When I arrived for my evening appointment, I pulled into the east parking lot/from the direction that didn't cross the front of the building where the entrance was so I wasn't quite sure where the entrance was. I called and Chris told me that Lia would come out to get me - which she promptly did - I felt so well cared for. God bless, Lia! Aware that she was a newbie, she started out quiet and timid but, with my personable winsome ways ;-), we quickly got to chatting and laughing in between her gentle instruction of what she was doing next and my dosing off/on because it was just that lovely and relaxing an experience as I could've hope for! My face felt fully rejuvenated and brand new. During the treatment, I had asked Lia for some recommendations and suggestions so after the treatment was finished, she had the Aarde Pumpkin Peel Mask and the Aarde Ultra Hydrating Serum bottles out. I took advantage of their Thanksgiving Promotion (11/1-30) offer of $450 for 5 facials with 2 free products and 10% off for all Aarde skincare products. Disappointed in my attempt to schedule a facial. I have been there a few times and had a great experience with the facial. I called on Saturday morning trying to make an appointment using the Groupon coupon and was first told I can not use that on the weekends ( which I have before) then was told the Groupon was only valid for new customers, when I checked the fine print on Groupon, it states that it can be purchased every 60 days, then I was told that "they only make $20 when a customer uses Groupon " and was told that I had to purchase a membership for $350 to continue receiving facials there. I will no longer be going there for facials again. Again thr facial service is amazing , but the owner will pressure you to buy the membership. read more

Went in looking like a dump truck and came out a brand new woman. The moment I stepped into the building, I felt like I was transported to a beach vacation front. I got a facial and a lash lift from the beautiful Vanessa and she was so nice and welcoming. She always made sure I was comfortable and let me know what was coming next so that I was prepared. Her hands were gentle, yet firm, with the perfect amount of pressure. The soft blinking lights added to the environment, making it soft and romantic - perfect for couples or besties! The background music was so calming that I kept drifting asleep but I was tryna fight it cus my snoring would ruin the vibe. All the products used on my face felt amazing and my skin is now baby butt smooth. I'm not joking. It also feels even better knowing that everything is vegan. It was my first time getting a lash lift and I could feel how much attention Vanessa was giving my lashes to get them looking good. My husband and I came in for a facial and extraction on a Saturday. The place was so cute and incredibly clean. There was plenty of free parking in the plaza. Vanessa did both of our facials and extractions and she was amazing! She always checked in to make sure I was doing ok like with pain from the extractions or if the steam was too warm. The facial was so soothing and my skin is so glowy! We also met the owner Kim and she was so nice and friendly! I had a 70 minute facial that included cleansing, multiple masks, including a pumpkin exfoliating one, and a green tea mask.
