    First time here I was assisted by Lia, who took her time during the facial and explained every product she was applying on my face. I had an amazing experience getting a facial here! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. They took the time to understand my skin needs and customized the treatment accordingly. My skin has never looked or felt better - it's glowing and feels so refreshed! The ambiance was relaxing, and every detail was perfect.     I came here with my mom because she purchased a bundle package for facials and shared her facial with me. This place is really cute, they had a little beach theme going on and also had an area where you can purchase, zero waste, all natural, sustainable products. You can bring your own bottle to refill. They also had another sections where you can purchase other beauty products. Fiona was our esthetician and she serviced between my mom and I. It was really nice and calming. I felt very comfortable and liked how clean everything was. I would come back here again.

    I walked into All Love Collections, curious about their Vegan skincare products and potentially scheduling an express facial. I'd read some decent reviews online, so I decided to check them out. But as soon as I stepped inside, I felt anything but welcome. A man with a laptop was pacing around, and his body language was completely closed off and cold. I explained that I'd just had a massage nearby and was looking to book an express facial before picking up my daughter. Without much thought, he told me they didn't have anything available. I said okay and decided to browse their products instead. He suddenly seemed eager to mention that they're all part of their own brand and then yelled towards the back that there was a customer. The front desk girl was nice and took me through some of the products, but that same man, along with an esthetician, kept hovering around me. I decided to buy a face wash, and just as I'm wrapping up, the front desk girl asked if I wanted a facial again. Before I could respond, the man barked at her, "She already said she's picking up her daughter!" The entire experience was uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of that, I don't think I'll be booking an appointment. The vibe I got when I walked in--if I had to compare it to something--reminded me of the movie Parasite by Bong Joon-ho. If you've seen it, you know exactly what I mean.

The door was locked and there were no cars in the lot, which made me nervous, but I was early so I just rang the Ring doorbell. No one answered. I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.

However, I was surprised to learn that the recommended treatment plan was approximately $4,600 for 20 sessions. For me, that was a significant amount of money for a non-surgical procedure that involved laying under red light therapy twice a week for a little over two months. The staff was friendly and informative, but I did feel there was a strong sales push at the end of my appointment to commit to the package. While some people may find value in the treatment, the cost was much higher than I expected and ultimately not something I felt comfortable pursuing. My review is not about the quality of the treatment itself, as I did not complete the full program. I simply wanted to share the pricing information so others can be prepared before investing their time in a consultation.

She was nice initially till she realized I had a Groupon. Her whole demeanor changed. When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it. I'll find out in 2 weeks and let them know.
