I do not know how this place has good ratings. I went in to get mani, pedi with my SIL The lady doing my pedi was rough I get pedi's done every 2 weeks and I should have smooth feet but this www opposite. Attached picture. My natural nails I mentioned not to use machine and yet they didn't listen hit my skin couple times with machine cause Amy was busy in other items. I have nail beds sticking out and paint not painted correctly. I walked out thinking I will go again till I felt my foot. Btw as you walking the guy does a sales pitch I would highly avoid this place
I've been here quite a few times now and was really happy at first, but the last few times I always have some type of issue. The first time I asked for a more expensive pedicure and the upgrades were left out. The second time I was overcharged and had to be sent a partial refund through Zelle. This time I was cut twice pretty badly. The nail tech clipped off a piece of the top of a toe with nail clippers that caused it to bleed quite a bit. She also filed my cuticles so hard I was bleeding again. She had to apply a product to stop the bleeding but obviously these hurt throughout the rest of the pedicure. When I told the management what happened they only gave me $5 off of the service. I'm almost 8 months pregnant (sadly was getting a pedicure before my baby shower) so cuts like this are a little more dangerous because of risk of infection. I tried to give this place multiple tries because I was happy with them at first but I will not be returning again.
This salon has been a hit-or-miss experience for me. I really wanted to keep coming back because I've had great appointments here, but the quality has been inconsistent depending on the nail technician. Annie has always done an amazing job, and she's the main reason I continued returning. Unfortunately, I haven't had the same experience with the male technicians or some elderly ladies. Male technician repeatedly struggled to align my Gel-X extensions properly, leaving me with noticeably crooked nails. To make matters worse, they all popped off within two weeks, so I never booked with him again. I requested Annie again but she was off that day so I had a male nail technician again. I came in specifically wanting chrome nails with a couple of French accent nails because I'd never tried chrome before (No specific color mentioned). The technician told me they don't do chrome because it doesn't last and suggested cat-eye polish instead. I agreed, hoping I'd grow to like it. Unfortunately, I never did. The glittery, shimmering finish just wasn't my style, and I found myself telling everyone how much I disliked my nails during my camping trip that weekend. Plus, the male techs never give me a hand massages as it's included in the basic cost. As for my pedicure, I requested milky white but the elderly nail tech layered to many coats it looks solid white. On top of that, I never received a leg massage. I also recall this lady aggressively repositioning my foot when adding another coat. It caused my whole body to jolt. I called the salon when I returned from my weekend trip, she explained that I should have said something before leaving because they always ask if clients are happy with their nails. I will have to pay for the extra service such as removal or redo gel x as they can't do color change. Looking back, I wish I had spoken up. It also didn't help that other technicians came over and commented on how nice the cat-eye polish looked. That made it even harder to say I wasn't happy with it. I ultimately left with solid white toenails instead of the milky white I requested, blue cat-eye nails instead of the chrome design with French tip accents that I originally wanted, and none of the relaxing hand or leg massages I had received during previous visits. I genuinely wanted this salon to be my go-to because I know they're capable of great work, especially since this is the place I first took my daughter to do her nails. Unfortunately, after several inconsistent experiences, I've decided I won't be returning. I wish things had worked out differently, but I no longer feel confident booking appointments here. Come here if you want low customer satisfaction. To clarify the timeline: I had my nail appointment on Wednesday, 7/01, and left for a camping trip on 7/02, where I had no cell service. I returned home on Sunday night, 7/05 and called the salon the morning of 7/06. This is the exact timeline I explained to both the manager and the male receptionist. Overall, it had been five days since my appointment. I was fully engaged in the conversation with the male technician during my appointment. He looked me in the eyes and told me he does not do chrome nails, mentioning something about the chrome powder and saying that chrome doesn't last anyway. (I get regular polish so I'm use to polish not lasting as long as gel.) He never offered to show me any chrome samples or swatches on my nails so I could make an informed decision for myself. The technician also never explained what cat-eye nails were or how the effect is created. Every one of my nails has an "S"-shaped design running through the middle, which I assume was made with the magnet. Is every cat-eye manicure supposed to have the same "S" shape, or are there different pattern options? I personally don't like having the identical "S" design on every nail. At the time of my appointment, I had no idea what the technician was doing because nothing was explained. Based on the phone call and communication, it's clear this establishment does not put the customer's needs first. Bottom line: I really dislike how my nails turned out. The technician should have done the chrome nails after explaining that they might not last as long, allowing me to decide for myself, instead of steering me toward the $15 cat-eye upgrade. I also found it unprofessional and distasteful for the owner to argue with a customers.
I'm such a sucker for small businesses that truly serve from the heart and Dazz Nails is definitely a hidden gem. They were able to fit my daughter and me in last minute on the same day, which I really appreciated because we have a trip coming up and were running short on time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The space is clean, beautiful, and has such a relaxing, inviting ambiance. You can tell they take pride in their environment and their work. Annie did my nails and Amy took care of my pedicure? both were amazing. Mia worked on my daughters nails and Koi did her pedi. Both did such a great job as well. I also love that they stand behind their work with a one-week guarantee, that says a lot. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you receive. Highly recommend giving them a try!
I LOVE THIS PLACE ! best service ever ! I came in and originally got the square nails with back stars, I was unhappy with the shape and they let me come in and fixed it for me they were super sweet about it and gave me a pair of nails that i absolutely LOVE !!! I don't get my nails done often so I didint know it was a cofffin shape that I wanted but ANNA was so patient and sweet with me and re did my whole set she just wanted me to be happy with my nails ! I will be referring all my friends and family !
Been coming to see Annie for a few months now because when you find THE French tip, you don't mess with anything else (IYKYK). She is always meticulous, kind, and will not stop until you are completely satisfied. This time though, was her best work ever--my wedding is later this week and I knew I needed to see the absolute BEST, and as always, Annie delivered better than I ever could have hoped for. I sent her a photo ahead of time of the inspo: stained glass flowers in purple to match my wedding colors and theme. With just the photo, she freehanded (!!!!!) this design using cat eye base, gold chrome, and cat eye filling so they had dimension. I'm obsessed with them and never want to take them off!
I honestly can't recommend this nail salon enough! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and attentive , you immediately feel taken care of Annie is AMAZING. She is incredibly detailed with her work, and I've truly never had a single complaint. Every set turns out exactly how I imagine it (even when I bring her difficult designs ). No matter what inspiration photo I show her, she always delivers perfectly. Her precision, patience, and consistency are unmatched. My nails always come out beautiful and last so well. If you're looking for someone who really cares about quality and pays attention to every detail, Annie is your girl. 100% recommend!
The owners, Danny and Annie, are the sweetest people! The salon is so clean with lots of tables and chairs. They have a very wide color selection with cute jelly colors too. Henry is my nail tech. He's super detailed and meticulous. Miss Mimi does a great job with pedicures! She's also super sweet. Love my nails every time.

I came in as a walk-in for a Gel-X set and a pedicure, and Danny was so friendly and welcoming right away. I showed him my inspo photo and he absolutely delivered! He took his time with my nails, making sure I was happy with every detail every step of the way. Heather took care of my pedicure and was just as attentive. She was thorough, gentle, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. The shop is clean, cute, and has such a great vibe. I'll definitely be back!
I requested short, almond gel x nails and this is what I got. I provided a photo of the design I wanted and Annie did amazing!!! She was so sweet and asked me multiple times during my service to be sure that it was what I wanted in every way possible. She accommodated all of my requests for my nails and made sure I was entirely happy with them! I also got my eye brows waxed by Annie and she made sure that I was happy with the shape and thickness of my eyebrows. I want at lunch time on a Friday and there was no wait. I called ahead and they said they had availability right then and they were telling the truth. I walked right in and got my nails done.

first time here and it was great! such welcoming staff, felt very clean, and I was a walk in! I called before hand though to make sure they could take me ASAP. Amazing customer service. They created the color I wanted when it wasn't on their list, and fixed my nail for me when I was being annoying and wasn't happy with the shape of it. Also very clean. Will be coming back! Thank you guys. read more

I made an appointment last minute last week because I desperately needed my nails done and my sister recommended this place. I got a deluxe gel manicure done by Ben and a deluxe pedicure by Kathy. Hands down this was the best experience I've ever had at a nail place. They address you by your first name, make sure you're happy with every step of the process, and even offered me something to drink. I splurged a little bit by getting the deluxe service ($100 for both pedi and mani not including gel) but honestly it was worth it. I got to pick the scent of my lotion, got hot wax on my feet (amazing by the way), and had literal oranges rubbed on my feet. I recently had a baby 3 months ago and it's rare I get "me time", so this was the perfect way to pamper myself. I'd highly recommend Ben and Kathy if you're looking for top notch service! I can't wait to book my next appointment :) read more

After looking at nail salons I came across this one and I contacted the business through Yelp and they responded very quickly. This nail spa is very clean and the staff are friendly. I had a inspo picture I wanted my nails to resemble and they did exactly that! I received a gel manicure and I wish I had more time I would have loved to try a pedicure. I will be coming back! Also being a first time customer I was gifted a goodie bag, very sweet! -P.S: Plenty of parking available and a new business to the area they have been open for about two months. read more

We have been going here for a few months and Henry NEVER lets me down!! My nails are very thin and frail from my last salon and he has taken great care with trying to fix them and offering tips and tricks on how to strengthen the again while still have the cutest nail sets! i had julie for my set and i loved it. she was very meticulous and careful with my nails and she kept asking if i like it so far. the general vibe was very chill and feel somewhat luxurious. i paid $67 for my set without tips, i think its a little more expensive than the average price but its very worth it! read more

I have been coming to Dazz nails for a couple of months now. Every time I come everyone is so nice and welcoming. I always come to Annie she is always able to make sure my nails are to my liking and matches my inspo pictures. She also helped me grow out my natural nails to this length and they look so good! I went in after a not so great experience at another salon to get my nails redone. I was taken care of quickly. Mia did an amazing job, takes her time and pays attention to detail. She did an amazing job; better than the inspiration picture and she was definitely friendly and funny. I'll definitely be making this my regular salon. read more

I will start off by saying this place is very clean. And I have been coming here for awhile. But tonight's service was the worst service I have ever had. I called yesterday to make a pedicure appointment for today so mom could get a fill on her acrylics. She wanted Henry because Danny was out on vacation. And I wanted a Pedicure (I have a gift card). We arrived today and Henry says he can't do my mom's nails because he took another client and won't be done in time so someone else will be doing her nails. Why would you take another client before your scheduled appointment?) He finds who is supposed to do my pedicure. I sit in the chair and she started the water. I put my toes in and tell the water is too cold and if she can make it warmer. She continues to let water fill up without listening to me. So I ask again and he says she will have to go get hot water. Next thing I know, here she comes with a little of hot water and pours it into the foot bath. I put my feet back in and it's still cold. She then asks what color do I want? I was looking at a sample book they had and the colors I was looking at she didn't like. She said "Those are not colors for toes.They are too light. Not good colors". I was so turned off by our experience. And when we left Henry was still with the same client he took before my mom. I still have a gel x nails gift card but I have to wait for Annie to get back end of the month. read more

Came to vacation from Nevada chose this nail salon due to not having to wait was excited. Seems like the nail tech knew what she was doing recommended to cut off my own natural nail to apply gel X nails do not recommend, very disappointed! Had gone in on a Friday evening, following day, one of the nails was missing, two days later one cracked and today on Wednesday, nail fell off waste of money! I can't go in to salon to do a formal complaint wish I could. I received a phone call right away from the nail salon, and it really helped resolve the issue. I appreciate that they genuinely care about their customer service and were concerned about my satisfaction. I give them four stars due to time, time is precious. read more
Cleanliness Service Pricing I used to go to KC nails across the street until my fave nail tech left -- I recently read a post on the local FB Buzz page about Dazz so I gave it a shot and it did not disappoint. Ample parking in the lot behind Dazz (it's right next to Tacos Way) - the place is huge, and clean. Maybe bc it's still relatively new? Who knows, don't care. It looked lovely. Dat greeted me at the front and I was sat right away (I got here at 9:45 on a Friday) I did a gel X mani and gel pedi. For the pedi I got a signature pedi which was the "2nd tier" and it was lovely. They have lots of options where you can do basic + add one or the top of the line service. So it's nice depending on what you want done. Basic was $30 or 35 I can't recall. Signature was $45 + $16 for gel. Nothing fancy design wise. Gel X nails, I had to get my old ones off ($5 removal) and a new set was $65. Definitely A LOT more pricey than KC nails but on par with most salons. My gal, which I didn't catch her name, was lovely as well and everyone did a great job checking up on me along the way. They have a TV on the wall playing videos of some guy making boba tea which I thought was random and hilarious. Anyways, probably my new go-to considering how close it is to my house. I may skip out on the gel pedi tho just to minimize some costs lol. But I also want to try some designs (I've seen pics in other reviews) I did candy apple red for the coming Lunar New Year. read more

I came here to get the hard gel off my nails and do a regular gel manicure. Got my nails done by Nikki and was not disappointed. She took her time with my nails.... Literally was the last person out. I appreciate the equipment being clean and sterilized. I always go for a nude nail and there was another nail tech next to Nikki that helped pick my color and I was so happy because I've been asking for a pink sheer nude that was genuinely pink not a pink nude with white undertones and she nailed it. Will definitely be back ! Thank you Nikki for my nails ! read more
