Love this nail spa! I've been coming here for years and the ladies are both so sweet. Tammy gives the best pedicure and is very gentle. It doesn't seem like they take walk-in's sp be sure to call ahead. They do lashes and waxing as well I believe. Parking is on the other side over by the private gym and it seems like you can park by 711 if in a pinch as well. read more

It's about time I review my fave nail salon & the only place I'll go for a pedi. Logistics: * Open everyday except Mondays * Call ahead - they're always booked * No street parking anymore - be sure & park either before the shop (in the 7-11/ dry cleaner lot) OR after the shop (near the gym/ dance studio) * Vibe is chill - be on your phone, chat with them, watch tv, or fall asleep * They specialize in all kinds of nails, waxing, & eyelash extensions... but I go for the relaxing pedicures! Tam always does a phenomenal job & is especially careful with my big ol' ingrown toenail ‍!! No one else is more intricate & gentle - I literally will not go to anyone else anymore! The polish is gorgeous, great detail work, a steady hand... but the leg & foot massage is TO DIE FOR! read more

Straight to the point : Fantastic work, great customer service and fantastic pricing. Parking located towards the back of establishment. (Never an issue) Appointment recommended Kelly & Tammie are the absolute best. I've been a loyal customer for that last couple of years. I'm a last minute person, so if I can't get an appointment, I will wait, because they are that good. Kelly is meticulous and takes pride in what she does. She's so kind, and truly listens to what her customers want. I would not consider myself a "picky" person, however, I do like a thin acrylic set. (Which not many can pull off). Kelly can! Tammie, is so sweet and provides the best pedicures and feet/leg massage. Best pedicure experience. They both take their time - I never feel rushed. I highly recommend a visit. read more

Overall, the experience was great. The ladies were really nice, and I loved the finished result. But she missed a few spots, and it seemed a little rushed. I've always been curious about this nail salon ever since my sister started working at the salon next to it. Recently I had time to kill while my daughter was getting her hair done. I was in desperate need of a mani and pedi! I walk in to this salon and it's empty. I let them know what services I'd like. I'm told that there's no time for a mani, only pedi. So I say ok, that's fine. I assumed that meant there were clients with appointments coming in. The lady then calls out to another tech to attend to me right away. I pick a color and sit in the chair. I did not catch this techs name as she was more soft spoken, but she was very attentive. She made sure the water was not too cold or scorching hot. They seem to have just one kind of pedicure, which they call "spa pedicure". Well I'm not entirely sure that should be the name of what I received. My "spa" pedicure was more of an express pedicure. Very straight to the point and got the job done! The tech listened to exactly what I asked for when I said I like my nails cut short. I didn't have to ask her to cut more like I do at other places. Instead of getting scrubbed from calves to feet like most places do, I only got from ankle to feet. I actually liked that. When she started painting my toe nails, I thought to myself "wow.. no lotion or massage?" She ended up doing it after as carefully as possible, and somehow, it worked out perfectly. My massage was really nice and she did some trigger point work on my feet! AMAZING! All in all, my pedi was great! I'm giving 4stars because I really wanted a mani as well. I will definitely return the next time I am visiting my sister for a hair cut/color. read more

I love this hidden little gem! I've been coming here for years and I love the ladies here! I've worked with Kelly, Tammy and Kim! I have nothing but great things to say about each of them. Kelly is the owner and does such a great job with manicures. I've done regular manicures, gel, dip and I've recently moved over to acrylic. Something about Kelly's attention to detail! I've even come in for a broken acrylic without an appointment and she still managed to repair my nails with a gap in her schedule. I've had Tammy do both gel manicures and pedicures and she is the sweetest. I usually switch off from pink and white nails, what I love most is she knows what colors I love so she'll always introduce me to a similar color that I might like, which I always end of loving! My gel manicures are always so clean because of Tammy! Kim usually works on the weekends and she's done both my manicures and pedicures. Kim is such a strong lady, anytime she'd do my nails she'd also massage my hands and move over to my arms and shoulders and I have to admit, it's probably the best massage ever! To be honest all the ladies at Dolce do such a great job! Such friendly culture. I would recommend making an appointment, they'll always try to accommodate your needs! I've referred all my friends here and when I have out of town guests, I'll take them here too! The place is bright and airy, clean and well maintained. The ladies are all so welcoming. I had a very average experience here. I called ahead and was eager to get my nails done by Nam after reading all of the reviews. However, the staff notified me that Nam was not with them anymore so I decided to still try it out and go with someone else. The technician who did my nails was nice and when the shape was off I mentioned it and she corrected it. What I did not enjoy was the fact that she trimmed off the entire skin around my nail - not just the cuticle but the skin on the sides and around my nail. It's so uncomfortable I felt like I paid to have someone bite my skin off. Because of trimming excess skin without my consent, nail polish stuck to the new cut off skin and the girls next appointment had walked in and I noticed her rushing to finish my nails. I asked to use acetone to remove the nail polish and she came back with the scissors to trim it off??? I repeated that I did not like my skin being trimmed and to use acetone. She scrubbed quickly as her next client was there for maybe ONE MINUTE and the polish is still on my trimmed skin. I won't be returning but I highly recommend the technicians don't trim skin that isn't necessary, and also ask the customers permission! read more

It was my first time coming here and I made an appointment for 11:30AM with Nam since i've read so many good things about him. He was finishing up with another client until 11:45AM but quickly apologized to me for having to wait so long. First impression he is very sweet and cares about all his customers! He offered me water multiple times and always asked if I was doing okay. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he was able to do this style with powder. He's very thorough with filing and shaping the nails and will redo it if you don't like it, which I really appreciated. I 100% recommended going to Nam to get your nails done you won't be disappointed. They accept card for the payment but not the tip so make sure to bring cash. It's also a little shop facing towards the street so you'll have to either find street parking or there's a small lot by the store. It was a little hard to find parking when I got there so just a warning to come a little earlier if needed. read more

Shout out to Nam for my flawless manicure and Tammy for my pedicure! I came in with a slightly grown out acrylic gel manicure that I had recently done at another nail salon, but Nam took his time, and beautifully shaped the acrylic nail and changed the color for me. Tammy was also amazing! During my spa pedicure($18), Tammy was gentle especially during the callus treatment($5) and now my feet feel great and it was well worth it. I was able to do a walk in but saw a few customers be asked to come another time so id recommend making an appointment! The staff were friendly & polite and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. Only reason im giving a 4 instead of 5 is because I did have a few moments I had to wait a bit because they were low on staff and two different people worked on my nails. Kelly does a great job! She is very knowledgeable about ingrown nails and will take away the pain you feel from ingrown nails. There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

The pharmacist does not listen and always tries to fill prescriptions I do not ask to be filled or out of order. She also calls for unknown reasons without leaving a message, and then acts dumb when I call her back when she didn't leave a message with any context to begin with. Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.

Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

The best part? I get to refill the containers instead of throwing them away. How amazing is that? Christy and Catherine are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. This place should NEVER EVER get a rating...dirty...the owner (I think she is...) older lady bossy is the MOST unorganized person there is...ran numerous times to the car for supplies...she reminds me of a Madam in a brothel the way she orders her young girls around...NONE of them can do nails...they sit around doing basically nothing while Madam gives each customer the worst there is to offer in a mani/fill/whatever she is not professional does not know a thing about nails...her place is dirty!!!!!!!!!! She is in MY NEIGHBORHOOD and she is bringing my neighborhood down...I want her removed Seriously I went in to have my nails done and she was not sure she was able to do them...this is a simple procedure done by almost any nail salon! They were full of glue and still are after 2 days...uneven...somehow she made then very very thick...my reg girl of 14 years was unavailable the day I made an appt at Dolce...she will have a heart attack when she sees this mess...and I needed them plus a pedicure...if was the biggest mistake of my life I flew home and nearly cried to my husband...the pedicure was fair...the young girl was nice! I want to start by saying I don't usually get my nails done, so I don't have much to compare with. I came in here pre-Covid. I arrived early and was greeted well. My only critique would be that as more clients were coming in they seemed to be rushed. I understand the wanting to help everyone as they arrive but I an appointment basis would be best to organize clients and not have to feel the tension from the techs. Dolce nails used to be a great place for everything. Now the only good thing it has to offer is an okay pedicure by Tammy. Nails are done mediocrely by staff that is never consistent. There's new nail techs all the time. My nails look worse and worse every time. What a shame. read more

Before paying, I even asked again if they were sure the prices hadn't changed from the previous owner. I was told they had only gone up "a few dollars" and were "very close." That's simply not accurate. A $17 increase isn't "a few dollars," and if prices have gone up, that's completely understandable with new ownership--but just be honest about it. I don't mind paying more if I know what to expect. What bothered me was the lack of transparency after I asked about pricing multiple times and was given misleading information. I'll still come back because I really like Rose and Cindy, and they've always done a great job. But I don't like the lack of transparency.

The final straw was seeing three cockroach carcasses near our seats: under the tables and by the entry chair (which we noticed as we were trying to leave). I couldn't believe how unsanitary this place was. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We will absolutely not be coming back.

However, when we got there, it became clear that she had been double-booked, and there was confusion from the very beginning about who was supposed to do my nails. For a service that was booked several days ahead of time, I expected things to be much more organized. I made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures at 5:30 PM. When we arrived, they had us sit at the pedicure stations and started on our nails. My sister was able to get her pedicure while her nails were being done, but I was told to wait for another pedicure technician to finish with a client. What was especially frustrating was that the front desk employee knew we had appointments for two pedicures. When a pedicure technician became available, instead of taking me as scheduled, she assigned that technician to a customer who had just walked in. Even though I had an appointment and had already been waiting, I was passed over and forced to wait even longer. By the time I finally got my pedicure, my nails were already finished. The same technician who did my nails then rushed through my pedicure, and it felt like it was completed in about five minutes. It definitely was not worth the price or the wait. Speaking of price, I was also shocked by how much more expensive everything was compared to what was advertised online. I was charged $75 for builder gel alone, which I found excessive and much higher than I expected based on the salon's advertised pricing. The lack of transparency about pricing made the experience even more frustrating. I don't understand the point of making an appointment days in advance if the technician is double-booked and walk-in customers are prioritized over scheduled appointments. The lack of organization, poor customer service, rushed work, and unexpected pricing completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday outing for my sister. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
