There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

She also calls for unknown reasons without leaving a message, and then acts dumb when I call her back when she didn't leave a message with any context to begin with. Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.

She is in MY NEIGHBORHOOD and she is bringing my neighborhood down...I want her removed Seriously I went in to have my nails done and she was not sure she was able to do them...this is a simple procedure done by almost any nail salon! I want to start by saying I don't usually get my nails done, so I don't have much to compare with. I came in here pre-Covid. I arrived early and was greeted well. My only critique would be that as more clients were coming in they seemed to be rushed. I understand the wanting to help everyone as they arrive but I an appointment basis would be best to organize clients and not have to feel the tension from the techs. That's simply not accurate. A $17 increase isn't "a few dollars," and if prices have gone up, that's completely understandable with new ownership--but just be honest about it. I don't mind paying more if I know what to expect. What bothered me was the lack of transparency after I asked about pricing multiple times and was given misleading information. I'll still come back because I really like Rose and Cindy, and they've always done a great job. But I don't like the lack of transparency.

The final straw was seeing three cockroach carcasses near our seats: under the tables and by the entry chair (which we noticed as we were trying to leave). I couldn't believe how unsanitary this place was. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We will absolutely not be coming back.

I had specifically scheduled my new set with Amy when I made the appointment four days in advance. However, when we got there, it became clear that she had been double-booked, and there was confusion from the very beginning about who was supposed to do my nails. For a service that was booked several days ahead of time, I expected things to be much more organized. I made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures at 5:30 PM. When we arrived, they had us sit at the pedicure stations and started on our nails. My sister was able to get her pedicure while her nails were being done, but I was told to wait for another pedicure technician to finish with a client. What was especially frustrating was that the front desk employee knew we had appointments for two pedicures. When a pedicure technician became available, instead of taking me as scheduled, she assigned that technician to a customer who had just walked in. Even though I had an appointment and had already been waiting, I was passed over and forced to wait even longer. By the time I finally got my pedicure, my nails were already finished. The same technician who did my nails then rushed through my pedicure, and it felt like it was completed in about five minutes. It definitely was not worth the price or the wait. Speaking of price, I was also shocked by how much more expensive everything was compared to what was advertised online. I was charged $75 for builder gel alone, which I found excessive and much higher than I expected based on the salon's advertised pricing. The lack of transparency about pricing made the experience even more frustrating. I don't understand the point of making an appointment days in advance if the technician is double-booked and walk-in customers are prioritized over scheduled appointments. The lack of organization, poor customer service, rushed work, and unexpected pricing completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday outing for my sister. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Kim is a true professional, so pleasant and welcoming. She takes her time, you never feel rushed like she needs to get you the heck out of there.
