I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I want to save you time and money. I previously had builder gel done here and it was fine, so I came back for a Valentine's set. I clearly asked to keep my natural length and said I was okay switching to a simple color if the design wouldn't work. Despite this, length was removed with a power bit and I was told afterward that I asked for them short, which wasn't true. The final result was unacceptable. The gel is extremely thick (they look like duck nails), the cuticle work is poor, gel was left on my skin, and the design was poorly executed. I offered multiple times to simplify, but the design was pushed anyway. This set cost $75, and the quality does not reflect the price. The experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Worst nail experience I've ever had. I made an appointment at 4:00pm, showed up at 3:50, and I didn't get helped until 4:30. Mimi was the rudest nail tech I have ever had to encounter. I came in to get a hard gel fill and to get my nails cut short. It started mostly normal despite the long wait, even with the appointment I scheduled. I wanted to get my nails short so I could type on the computer better and told her that. She just looked shocked that I wanted my nails short for some reason and made a face at me while cutting my nails. I asked Mimi for a color that looks similar to an image i pulled up on my phone and described it as a dark red/maroon color. She told me that the color is called "Malaga Wine". I told her I didn't know what that was. She said "I know what it is", and tried arguing about what color it was? I just let it go and just assumed she would show me some colors when she was done filing. The nails were looking really thick so I asked her if there was any way to make them a little thinner. She said, "I'm not finished" in the rudest tone. When I told Mimi I didn't want any color and would like to just leave once she was done filing my nails down, she refused and told me she was going to finish. After a bit of back and forth she finally agreed and I was able to check out. As I was being checked out by another woman, I asked the cashier what my nail tech's name was and she told me her name was Mimi. Mimi then came over and said something in a different language to the cashier while giving me a dirty look. Mimi never once apologized and only denied her being rude or mean. The audacity is insane. Kim was on vacation so I gave Hannah a try and I was not disappointed! Hannah is awesome! I like my tonenails rounded and she used the clippers the way I like, with minimal filing (those irritate me as they are so rough) and even used the electric buffer/sander thingy, which I like. Moving to a new city means having to find a new nail salon. This place came on my radar one day when I was checking out Bag O Cakes, which is their next door neighbor. The salon looked very spacious and modern. I was a walk-in for a mani pedi and they were able to take me right away. The two ladies who worked on me were super sweet and friendly the entire time. I usually get a simple gel on both my hands and feet so the whole thing took about an hour and $80. I'm still admiring my nails and love how quick and easy it was to get my nails done here. I had a pedicure done a few days ago, and the experience was quite disappointing. The salon was extremely busy, clearly having taken on more customers than they could reasonably manage--there were 8 clients and only 4 employees working. A woman who appeared to be the owner started my pedicure. She began by trimming the toenails on my right foot and gave them a very minimal cleaning. Then, in the middle of the service, she left to assist another customer. About 10 minutes later, she returned to work on my left foot, where she only trimmed the nails--no filing, no cuticle care, and no proper cleaning. I politely pointed out that she hadn't fully cleaned or filed any of my toenails, nor had she done any cuticle work. She insisted she had already done it, but I calmly explained again that it was not done. She then said she would take care of it--but never actually followed through. I went in for a professional pedicure expecting a thorough service--something beyond what I could do for myself at home. Unfortunately, this salon failed to meet even the basic standards. It was clear they were overwhelmed and rushed, and the quality of the work reflected that. I got today was unsanitary,used and old dirty nail filer, and dirty nail clippers. I ended up walking out paying $50 for something I didn't even want. First of all she's talking about bond builder which I know nothing about and did not explain anything about the price. I loved Tammy and Lyn but the owner Gina is horrible and she rushes all the nail techs and tells them they need to hurry up that they end up doing a mediocre job or a bad job. It was my first time to try Dipping Powder for a manicure and Nancy was patient enough to talk to me about the differences from Gel nails. $40-50 for the Dip Nails (sounds pricey for newbies like me but the service here made the price worth it!) I Love this place. Everyone is so nice and they take care of you. Kim is my go to girl! She can do either pedi or mani and does an excellent job! She is also the only one who will actually give you a legit massage with pressure! Some of the girls just rub your legs and arms but Kim does it right! My sister and I go here quite often! I recommend making an appointment because sometimes it can get busy. It's not a super fancy or glamorous spot but it is a hidden gem. The quality, options, staff, and price are all hard to beat! I don't get pedicures year round.....just during the summer and fall. But when I do, I ask for Tammy or Hannah. I came to house sit for my sister and wanted lunch and a pedicure. I stoped grabbed barbecue at Brian's and then got a great pedicure and eyebrow wax by Annie. I loved the hot stones and lotion massage after they cut and removed my in grown toe nail. Everything was wonderful and relaxing . The lip and eyebrow wax was wonderful & painless. I had an appointment with Nancy today. I arrived at my appointment time, but I was kept waiting an hour while she did another client's nails that she had just started working on. I was patient and did not complain even though it was obvious she did not respect my appointment time. I paid $30 for this design, which I had agreed to pay. However, when I asked if she could add a thin silver line to the design, she said she could do it for additional $8.00 because it would take her more time. I am not willing to pay $38 for a design. I left feeling unhappy and not satisfie d. It would have taken 5 minutes to add a silver line. I was kept waiting an hour, but she was unwilling to spend an extra 5 minutes on me. my service took over 2 hours for just hands and they came out un even, sloppy, and too thick.

I came in about an hour before closing to have my acrylics removed. I use my hands a lot at work, so my boss asked me to do this. Not only did they wait 30 minutes to help me while doing nothing (a woman was literally on her phone in front of me, and the person who helped me came out from the back!), they made it clear they didn't appreciate me coming in this late. That's what I'm saying to myself justify them doing me dirty like this: 5 minutes before closing, my nails look like this. However, past reviews are showing this is common here: ripped nails beds! What they did: cut the acrylic, rubbed off the paint with a whirring pen, then tried to rip it off my nail by using a clean acrylic nail. And of course: this ripped off A LOT of my ACTUAL nail. I get I came in close to closing. If they didn't want to help me, I would've gladly gone somewhere else. But to say yes and then do this to me? DON'T COME HERE. Other reviews have lots of complaints. Some are really nice reviews, which is why I tried to come here! But know you run the risk of them physically hurting you like they did me tonight. read more

I decided to try this spot out after being in the area from corona to let traffic die a bit before heading home and boy it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE. My daughter and I went in for a mani and full set. My daughter's mani came out okay since Nancy used dip powder on her. As for me, I asked for a white tip, my nails were uneven and bumpy I let the lady doing my nails know as she was filing them they were crooked and she tried fixing them, but they were still messed up. Apart from it being $94 for both of our nails (one mani and one full set) RIPOFF I literally got back home only to go with my actual nail lady to fix them and pay more money because I didn't trust this place doing them again.
