Very nice people! I would come here again. I took off one star because it was a little dirty and disorganized inside, and I was charged an extra $20 for gel polish (I assumed it would be $10). I got a Simply Delicate manicure $22, with gel polish +$20, plus $10 for French tip, plus $1 for credit card fee. Total out the door was $57 (I didn't ask what the extra $4 was for and just paid because they were very nice and they did a good job). I tipped my manicurist through vemno. They have a menu with QR codes to tip them separately, which makes it easier. You can also book your appointment online and they will email you a confirmation. read more

Such a lovely experience! Rose did my nails and gave me exactly what I was hoping for--soft pink cat-eye with dreamy summer vibes. She was so gentle and kind the whole time. Christine did my pedicure and made sure everything was perfect. Both ladies were so sweet and detail-oriented! The salon itself is adorable--clean, girly, and cozy. Called on a Friday afternoon to ask if they have availability for a gel manicure. Thankfully, they were not too busy and was able to take me in right away. There were about 3 people getting services when I walked. Everyone was friendly and offered me a drink. I chose my color and my nail technician got to it right away. She was quick, focused on my cuticles and dead skin, and I was out in a timely manner. I usually determine the quality of the gel color used within a week's timeframe. Unfortunately, after 7 days, my color is lifting and getting caught in my hair. There are 2 other salons I've gone to recently that I can have the color stay in tact for almost a month and they just grow out but don't have the same issues. Overall, a place for fast and efficient service but not lasting quality. read more

Visited this location for the first time yesterday evening. WOW - great experience!! First of all, we needed to delay our appointment time by 30 minutes and Teresa was so gracious about it. She offered me champagne upon arrival, which was a nice and unexpected treat! The techs were so friendly and did a great job. Christine was amazing! I came in for a simple Gel X removal (done at a different place). Usually other places try to pop the nails off and rush you out...NOT HERE! Christine took her time to file down, soak, file down and soak until all the gel x was removed. She was gentle and it took about 45 minutes in total for $15. Starting off the place seems a bit unorganised. The girl at the front was sweet but didn't really know what she was doing. We picked the polish and sat down. Which the polish seems a bit old when you shake it still stays separated. The lady's who did our pedicure was super sweet and friendly. They are all super nice that wasn't the issue I had it was the quality of my nails. They didn't even ask us to pick our pedicure she almost started on my friend and I spoke up and asked if she had picked the pedicure first and she said no and they ended up both handing us menus. They were well priced on the menu so we decided on the cbd for $56 but they left out the fact that gel polish cost an extra $20 so I payed $76 for a pedicure! That to me is insane I get a full set that last well over a month for $80 and my top coat is already chipping off my toes. I personally wouldn't go back. In turn they were all sweet but I think there business skills are a bit lacking. They people were nice I just wish the chairs were massaging chairs and my polish stayed longer than 3 days especially after paying $76. read more

I came to "Simply Nail Bar" as a first time client, and based off the reviews below. After having a conversation with someone on Yelp to book an appointment I made my way to the salon. I have seen this nail salon many times while shopping in the area, I knew it had been there for a while. That's why I was surprised to walk in and see a very bare store, no polishes displayed, and what look like run down furniture. Then while the front desk person is checking me in they casually tell me they just took over the place two days prior. I was a little put off by this because I was thinking I was going to Simply Nail Bar with all these great reviews and now I needed to decide I was going to trust these new people or go. I almost left but I decided to stay. They did a good job, but I was really disappointed that there is nothing on this Yelp review that says under new management or changing brand. I wasn't even told when I was communicating with the person via Yelp to make the appointment. They do give a discount for first time customers. Making an appointment online was easy. This place is definitely modern, not your typical nail salon. I got a gel pedicure and the service was great. I wanted white nail polish but picked up a polish color that had a slight hint of pink. I didn't know until the manicurist told me and confirmed if that's what I wanted. Thankfully she said something! When I told her I wanted white, she told me she'll grab the pure white nail polish. Very kind of her to double check on that. The chairs to sit in for manicures are not something I'm used to (super straight vs the massage chairs) but I didn't sit long to have it bother me or anything. Tools used for my pedicure were sealed and opened in front of me. My cuticles and nails were prepped well. I visited this place in August. It was nice and clean inside - they also serve you water or champagne during your service, which was lovely. You can call in to make a reservation or walk-in. What drew me here are the photos on Yelp! The designs were minimal and reviews were great. Unfortunately, the experience fell short for me at the end of my service for the following reasons: - I gravitate towards summer mute tones that lean more pastel and neutral. I initially came with an inspo picture, down to the shape, color and design. During this process, somehow the nail tech ended up gravitating away and I left with a bright and neon color that I didn't love. This was semi my fault because I am not great at confrontation during my nail service but every time I attempted to rebuttal a suggestion I didn't want, they were quite insistent that it looked good that I ended up gaslighting myself. I don't like the feeling. - My nails were not symmetrical. It was filed crooked on a few and once I discovered this, it stayed in my mind rent free until I got them removed. - Per their recommendation + neighboring lady doing this service, I pampered myself and did their Luxurious Pedicure. I don't think I got everything it offered, including the massage unless the quick lotion application was the massage. Ultimately, I don't think it was worth the price since with the service + tax + tip, it was around $200. This is hard to justify for something I am not happy with.
