Back on December 5, 2024, my visit here was extremely upsetting. I came in for an acrylic fill with Ann for $45, but the lady at the front desk charged me $450.80 instead and refused to give me a refund. As I handed her my card to pay, she gave me back the receipt, and that's when I saw the overcharge. When I pointed it out, she simply told me to "call my bank" and refused to help. I've been going to this salon for years now for pedicures, wax and gel nails/dip nails. Well, today I got my first facial. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I can't tell you how relaxing it was and the service was SO GOOD! it was about an hour long. The spa music, the products and smells were great, the neck, shoulder, face, arms and hand massage was so delightful! I told my husband, sorry not sorry going once a month now! Let me tell you how much I love Vivian! Vivian does a flawless job each time. She is very meticulous and careful. She listens to what her clients want! Have you ever heard of the saying, "Love is in the details" That's how I feel each time she does my nails. Such a positive attitude and she is truly an artist. The shaping (even, neat, carefully done), speed, and creative flair is a recipe for phenomenal work. Not to mention she has such an accommodating spirit! She took a party of 6 of my friends same day and finished them with no complaints. So, don't worry if you think you are booking last minute. She will try to see if she can put you on her schedule. Let's talk about pricing, as you know nails can get so pricey from gel to acrylic. This nail shop is so reasonably priced. When I get my nails done I'm not looking to break the bank. I know coming into a nail salon can be intimidating at first. But don't worry the ladies here are very sweet, professional, and provide good customer service. I have even noticed their clientele are friendly as well. I have had plenty of random conversations and laughs here. It wasn't a mistake finding this nail salon. I would say it was faith. I get so many compliments on my nails daily and Vivian is my top recommendation. "Once a woman finds a good Nail Tech, it will be her Nail Tech for life!" P.S. I was skeptical because of the stars, but some of the best places I've gone to have had three stars. I took a chance, and was more than happy. Tim did my nails and Luna my pedicure. The price was typical for what you would pay (I did the whole "Deluxe" thing). Tim took out all the dead skin from my cuticles, and carefully painted each nail. Afterwards, we did a paraffin wax. Some of it fell onto my dress, but accidents happen. After the wax, I got a massage on my arms and hands. It was very restful and relaxing. Luna took all the dead skin from my feet, literally. My feet were disgusting, I looked like an ogre. She did a 15 minute foot massage, and made sure to have me stay to dry my toes. Two hours later, I came out relaxed, and with lovely nails! Cold environment they don't even greet you when you walk in. I came early since they open at 9am and the lady who help me didn't even say this way or present me a menu or anything. The other two workers were on their phones, the place was completely quiet it made me feel awkward and then the lady doing my nails didn't say anything to me, like not one word. I asked for a menu and then i asked for a pedicure and callus removal. All i can say is If you want a good pedicure don't come here they do the bare minimal when It comes to cleaning up the cuticles and the side of your nails. The callus removal consist of them just using a pumice stone and some gel. every other salon puts gel and your feet in a plastic bag and allows the gel to soak prior to scrubbing that's why there's a sub-charge but here they charge $7 to just use a pumice stone that I can do in the shower myself. read more

This nail salon overall is pretty good when doing your nails but I had a bad experience the second time going there about a week ago I went because I had 3 ingrown toenails! The lady took it out but boy did it hurt like hell! I tried to hold the pain back and I tried to be polite but the lady acted like she couldn't hear me.Then after taking out the nail she handed it to me! And one ingrown toenail that she took out I'm pretty sure is infected because they reuse they're tools and I don't know what to do I'm trying to disinfect it and clean it out but it's very painful and it looks like fungus or extra skin? I'm not sure I'll insert a picture of me putting hydrogen peroxide on it. read more

I was there about 4 weeks ago I went in to have a gel mani and regular pedicure. I was taken in at schedule time, which was a plus and I had 2 ladies taking care of me. For the life of me I can remember their names. My manicure was completed and my nails were rough not smooth. The gel lasted only a week. The lady who did my pedicure seemed to be in rush, very sloppy . I had nail color on my skin (by the side of nails). After looking at this I asked if she could kindly clean the excess nail color and she did, but again rushing and leaving them sloppy with nail color on skin. Once again, I asked if she could clean up the mess and she acted like it was a bother to her and still did it do it right. Why would a paying customer have to ask the nail technician to clean up her work? Isn't that part of the service? If I have to tell someone several times how to do their work, then I don't need to go there. If they had 0 stars that what their rating would be. read more

I am disappointed with the full set I received. I came in and showed the example shown in the picture to the nail tech and my nails came out nothing like it. Crooked thumb, nail polish on cuticles, and despite them not being busy I felt the lady was rushing through it. I paid around $68 for both nails and pedicure. My pedicure was okay so I would recommend getting a pedicure here. read more

Appreciation post for Vivian. She seriously amazes me every single time i go into expo nails. She is the sweetest, kind and most gentlest person i've ever met. She really takes her time to make sure our nails are perfect. She is so detailed when it comes to my nails. Always making sure they are nice and cut down or cleaned up so well. She has never ever cut me or hurt me with a drill. I do have eczema and sometimes it ends up on my fingers. Viv is so gentle with my skin and is always asking me how i'm doing or if anything is bothering me when it comes to nails or my eczema. Also, She has such a creative mind. Just yesterday i went in not even having a clue on what i wanted and i told her "you can decide what to do"and she once again amazed me and gave me this beautiful green and some rhinestones. I never let anyone decide what my nails should look like unless it's Vivian. She really thinks through on what to do for us and wants the best for her clients. They have the WORST costumer service. I've been a consistent customer for 3+ years and today I will be finding a new nail salon to go to. Every appointment I've made over the years that I've gone here, the staff are anywhere between 10-30 minutes (+) late. Today I went in for my 12:30 appointment and arrived 5 minutes late. I was told because I was late they took a walk in in my place and asked to come back in an hour. So it's okay for your staff to attend to me 10-30 minutes late when I have an appointment but it isn't okay for me to be 5 minutes late? Got it! read more

I was to do the update long ago but better late than never. After my previous review upon the management's request I gave them another chance. My usual go to girls were all great as always, and offered to do my nails for my wedding, Vivian did an excellent job at them and I got so many compliments. I didn't want to update the review right away from one visit as I knew I would be treated differently, however, after couple more visits I feel like I can rely on them and go back without having to wait and receive poor service. I did go back ones when the salons were opened during this pandemic and they had everything in place for social distancing; hygienically clean with plexiglass barriers btw each sitting as well as in between the manicurists and clients. They require masks at all times and workers had masks, face shields and gloves on at all times. I highly recommend them!! read more

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would! THIS IS BY FAR THE WOST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! SAVE YOURSELF! The people that gave more than 1 star to this place are probably related to someone that works here because there is NO WAY they have great customer service or great manicurists. The people were rude when me and my mom walked in. They told us the price of "gel nails" were actually more than what was posted- assuming we would just pay whatever. I got a pedicure and told them I wanted to get a gel manicure too, until my terrible experience with my pedi, at that point I said nevermind to the manicure which they bugged me about it until I left the shop. The pedicurist (I use that word LOOSELY) was TERRIBLE!! The water was way too cold when I put my feet in but the worst part is- when she clipped my cuticles and trimmed my toes nails, she would WIPE the clippings on THE TOP OF MY FOOT! I was SHOCKED! Instead of wiping them on the towel my foot rests on, she yes, WIPED THEM ON MY FOOT and there the clippings were, on my foot!! Not to mention it hurt because she would drag the clippers along my foot and they're sharp! I told her in a shocked voice, can you please not do that?! But she just smiled like she didn't understand and kept doing it anyway. Then after she DUG at my toe nails and clipped perfectly good parts of my nails and PEELED them back, ripping them off my toe, making me bleed, I again told her to STOP. She finally did. I was just like, can we please get this over with?! It was like torture! She also turned the water pressure on too high and it literally sprayed all over my pants- onto my crotch! PERFECT! So, we get to the toe painting. It literally looked like my 5 year old niece painted them. The paint was all over my skin and she didn't cover all of my nail, so some parts were just bare. TERRIBLE. She barely did 2 crappy coats of polish. She then messed up my big toe polish when she put on my shoe and didn't fix it. AWESOME. She never even had me put my toes under UV light to dry or anything. My mom paid and she had no idea what was going on because she was across the room the whole time. When we got in the car I told her about my experience and she walked back in and demanded her money back, the "manager" came out and looked at my toes and agreed they sucked and said she would do them again for free. NO WAY IS ANYONE TOUCHING MY FEET FROM THERE! So my mom demanded her money back and finally got it. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! SAVE YOURSELF! There are TOO many placed in that area to waste your time or money here! read more
