Every time I get my nails done at Ritz Nails, they are EXACTLY what I wanted. I always leave happy! I actually had to move to Michigan for three years, and I would fly back just to have my nails done here--that's how much I trust them! I am VERY picky about my nails, and anytime I've been forced to try another salon, I've regretted it almost instantly. My pedicures are always amazing and somehow make my feet (one of my biggest insecurities!) look flawless every single time. My eyebrows turn out perfectly too. I recommend Ritz Nails to all of my family and friends, and they are never disappointed. The wonderful women who work here are always happy, laughing, in a great mood, and so genuinely kind. The cleanliness is also off the charts, which is incredibly important to me. I've been coming here since I was 16--I'm 33 now--and I will forever be a Ritz Nails client. They even absolutely nailed my wedding nails, which were NOT an easy request, and they turned out perfect. This is BY FAR the best nail salon I have ever been to. I came in today as a walk in for my pedicure, they took me in right away. My nail tech was Hellen and her service was amazing! I felt so relaxed the whole time and she was very gentle and friendly. Amazing service from beginning to end! I stopped going to my last location because they would only do gel x and it was not working out for me. I found Ritz and had a wonderful first experience. Rachel did my nails and was so kind and pleasant. She was patient and sweet. I showed a photo of the style and she shaped the nails to how I asked. I requested a full set and they look the best that I've had in a long time! Nini did my pedicure and it was also great! Sometimes there's some anxiety because you're not sure if it will be harsh or hurt, but I practically could have fallen asleep. She took plenty of care in her work and was careful and gentle. Check in was easy. All of the staff were very welcoming. The spa is beautiful and clean inside as well. Prices are average-I felt what I paid was well worth it. It was a bad experience. I stayed there yesterday about 2 hours for gel fingers and toes. The lady spent about 1.5hours keep polishing and drilling on the nails back and forth for 3rounds I stopped her for the maybe last drilling and at least three fingers were hurt. Two of them has blood. Really can't understand why they polish so hard even though your natural nail is round and she tried to make it square round no matter how much meat gonna be polished away and how risky it will be. Today the finger still hurt when press.Terrible experience ever! read more

My nails were handled pretty rough and my toenails were cut way too short, which left them sore and uncomfortable.
