This was the best nail studio I've been to in years! The representative at the front desk was incredibly helpful and sweet. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name. A very talented nail tech with an eyebrow slit (I believe his name is spelled Wynn) did my pedicure and polish, and KIM did my manicure. They both checked in with me throughout the services to make sure I was happy with everything, and they did an AMAZING job. I'm super satisfied with both the customer service and the quality of their work. ***UPDATE: My nails survived five days in Cabo filled with tons of walking and swimming! This place will make you reschedule your apt if you're more than 5 min late but had no problem making me wait more than 20 min for a pedicure after I had an apt. The nail techs themselves are all, for the most part, pretty good. The desk staff/management, however, does not impress. This place is tucked in an older plaza but has good amount of parking. Area is quiet too especially on a Saturday afternoon. When you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, modern minimalist interior. They are very clean and hygienic too. Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). I am so happy with how it turned out. He was also patient with me since I had to pause mid artwork to use the bathroom (& yes I did use the bathroom the moment I arrived too). I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. As much as I wanted to love it, the technician who did my pedicure today did not seem very experienced. I originally booked with Bonnie but was asked if I would consider a different technician who is "very good" as Bonnie was running behind schedule today. The gentleman who did my pedicure today was very nice but kept chafing my skin with the file as he was shaping the toenails, which were filed unevenly. I came home and had to clip off a sharp end on my big toe myself. Again he was really nice and tried his best to be gentle but he needs a lot more practice with shaping. I'm still leaving a positive review because you can tell that they are trying to run a good business but I don't think it was fair to change out a requested technician with someone who needs more training. read more

The experience was not too great,First, I made a phone call a week before I do the nails, and I told the reception staff I want a hard gel, the appointment time was 10 am I did not get started until 10:15am, when the nail person arrived, the front desk told her what I want which is in Vietnamese, I don't understand. So she started to do my nail, it was supper quick, and when she almost done I realized it's not a hard gel, I told her I want a hard gel for my nail and she told me the nail was done she can't fix it, next time I need to confirm with the front desk what kind of the service I want for the day! Which is impossible, I came before the front desk lady showed up to work, and one of the staff set me up on the table before everyone showed up to work. Second, I did show her a few pictures of styles that I want for my nails which she could even find a same color for me so instead of the one I really want I get another one, because I don't think the nail salon has the gel that I want!!!!! Third, I do think the nail stylist should check the customer's nail types before actually doing it,my nail is soft she did not recommend anything to me, and it got my nail break in half just the few days! I did enjoy the service because they were not pretending to care but just focused on what they where doing. Also didn't hear much speaking in a different language which wasn't rude. The one thing I did not like is they don't have those quick drying machines they put over your hand or feet so you have to wait for it to dry naturally. Missed the mark for me on my first time here and did not receive my 15% off. Bonnie, who did my pedicure did an excellent job. My manicure by Tracy was ok. Although she was detailed in what she did, when I asked for a Christmas tree on my index, she suggested we do just the bow on my ring finger otherwise there's "too much glitter". I did not get the red dots or Christmas tree designs on my other nails as requested. Then I was charged an additional $35 for my cateye French glitter nails, which is not a complex design...plus two plastic bows. Although I don't expect every technician to design exactly as pictured, I was disappointed I was charged for complex designs when I did not receive the designs requested. All staff there were very nice and welcoming, and the store looks beautiful. I usually don't argue with the technician when the technician suggests something else, because I'm not going to force someone to design something if they don't want to do it. Overall, I'm not sure if I'll return because I wasn't completely happy with my manicure technician or the lack of shimmer selection. Perhaps try a different person in the store, because everyone else that were in the store at the time received the designs they asked for.. read more
