This review is loooonggg overdue, but it's well deserved. I've been coming here since they opened, and I think it's safe to say I've found my go-to nail spot! Every single time, the quality is consistently amazing. I usually get gel, and it lasts me well over a month. No chips or lifting at all! The prep is super thorough, which I really think is what makes the gel last so long. My nails stay strong and hard underneath, and even after a month they still look fresh. I've also gotten Gel-X a few times when I want extra length, and they always turn out really nice. I always leave happy with how my nails look.

I got a full set today with French tip and Brian did such a great job. He was very gentle when filing my nails and he did my nails pretty fast and I was in and out of there pretty quickly. This nail salon has the best prices in the area and they are very clean and overall the atmosphere is just a great vibe and the staff is very friendly! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism by the amazing husband-and-wife duo who run the place. The older lady with the glasses (maybe Tracy, that's what her gel curing light was labeled) I asked to have two nails repainted. I just came from another salon and requested a polish change. I asked how she was doing and she said good. She was so rude to me, treated me as if what I was asking was such an inconvenience for her. She was going back and forth with others in viet about what I was asking for. She demanded SO DO YOU WANT BLACK OR WHITE? She said something to her coworker and her coworker giggled. I had already specified I wanted black, and if she wasn't capable of doing the design I understand and will ask for something else. "NO, ONE MORE TIME!" Was all she said to me the whole time. It was when I removed my hand after the top coat, she wouldn't look up at me, just grab my hands like I'm a problem. I politely said thank you after the service was complete and nothing, I tipped her and she didn't even look up at me nothing, no thank you nothing like huh

I have my girl at the salon, Tara. She always takes her time with her work. She is super patient, very welcoming and always double checks her work. When I want a design but not sure what to get, I let her get creative and she's always on point. Not only with the designs but my nails overall. I've been coming specifically to her for the past 2 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She always makes sure I have great quality nails and I always leave the salon with a compliment from a different customer. My answer "It was all Tara, I just sat there". Great job Tara! I got a full set today with French tip and Brian did such a great job. He was very gentle when filing my nails and he did my nails pretty fast and I was in and out of there pretty quickly. I am SO glad i found this gem. I was a loyal customer to my previous nail shop and unfortunately quality went downhill. I have tried MANY nail salons in Orange and at first seem great then something disappoints me. After reading many reviews on local salons I decided to give this place a try. I called and asked if they can squeeze me in on a Friday. Brian did my nails and let me just tell you he's amazing. He takes his time and he's patient as i never know what color i want. Angel did my pedi and she was great. I left feeling like finally maybe i found my new place. Clean, friendly tons of colors! Fast forward to yesterday, I went in for a fill. Requested Brian/Angel I still love this place and I found my new nail salon! read more

Called them same day to book an appointment for two ppl and they took us! Soo nice and sweet they gave me a complimentary drink. I don't get my nails done a lot but they were patient when putting up with my indecision and confusion I changed my mind like 5 times. First time I've ever liked artificial nails bc they listened to what I wanted! So sweet I don't live around there I just randomly looked them up on yelp but I may make the drive back just because they were so cool. read more

Glossy Nails absolutely the Best Nail Salon I've ever been to. They did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. Brian and Tara are truly the most outstanding Nail Techs that I have ever had the pleasure of entrusting with my nails , and their works are always perfect. They're very patient and pay attention to every details. Also, their Instagram page has lots of designs to choose from. Overall, the place is clean, organized, and has no smell of chemicals. Glossy never disappoints and I'm obsessed! I love how they do their Dip nails here. I've been to other places where they always look too thick, but here it looks just like my natural nails. These are some of the few nail sets I have gotten at Glossy since 2023!! Ever since the first set, I have been coming to this salon because the service is impeccable every time, and they just get better and better. The salon itself is clean, cute, and there's always good music playing. Brian, Tara, and every other employee does a great job. Whether it's pedicures, manicures, acrylic, gel x or dip sets I have done it all, and I love my nails every single time! I have also brought many family members here, and they also love the services Glossy offers. A good nail salon is hard to find, so I'll forever be glad I found Glossy. Been coming here for a few months now for gel x nails and they never disappoint!! Pros: - Staff is always welcoming/friendly - store is neat and clean - lots of color options available - walk-ins and appointments available - they also have an ig page that shows all the designs they've worked on @glossynailsnspa Prices are definitely fair for the great amount of detail they put into their work! Best of all, my nails always come out super cute!! Bonus: their located across from The Village at Orange and has a huge lot for easy parking read more

Hands down, best nail salon in Orange County! Quyen, the owner was so responsive in getting me in last minute and everyone there is so nice and talented. You can confidently walk in there and not care who you get as your nail tech because everyone is so so good. They definitely vetted every person they hired. I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. Highly recommend!

When you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, modern minimalist interior. They are very clean and hygienic too. Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are. My daughter went in for a Gel-X fill as a birthday gift, and the final result was disappointing. The application was sloppy, the nails were inconsistent in thickness, and the French tips looked blotchy and uneven. My daughter told me that he had to redo parts of the service several times during the appointment. When she got home and showed me her nails, it was clear that the quality of the work did not reflect the $60 price tag or the nearly two hours spent at the salon. My daughter was especially upset because this was meant to be a special birthday treat. I brought her back to the salon and spoke with who I believe was the manager. I appreciated how quickly he addressed my concerns and had the technician correct the nails. While the second attempt looked better, the overall result looked ehh. I do want to recognize the manager for trying to make things right, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
