I've now been in 3 times and it is by far the cleanest salon I've been to in Orange-- hands down. They are a bit pricier than others but the quality of the staff and products makes it worth it in my opinion. My gel pedicure lasted for weeks-- and my feet felt so hydrated after. I have gotten two hard gel fills and reshaping by two different techs and they both did a phenomenal job. Not too thick and the shape was spot on. I especially love their hard gel colors and the fact that it isn't just clear with gel coloring-- and it is the perfect amount of nude/natural. Will def be back! read more

Chloe nail bar is top-tier 10 out of 10 one of the best nail salons if not the best nail salon I've ever been to in Orange County. The person I see most regularly is Tustin. He is one of the best nail techs there (I've seen others and they're amazing too but Tustin is my favorite!) from his attention to detail in the design that you bring to him he can create, to the design in the nail shape that you want, to the overall customer service that he provides; he's amazing! Chloe nail bar is so aesthetically pleasing and so clean! They have all the best nail colors. If you think of it, they probably have it. They even offer complementary drinks with every service. Extremely frustrating experience and lack of accountability from management. During my appointment, I showed the tech exactly what I wanted directly from the book: #22 the jelly cat eye nails, not the lined cat eye look. However, the technician did not use the correct technique and the finished nails had multiple quality issues which I didn't realize until I had walked out the door including uneven shaping, polish missing on the sides, and cuticles not properly done. Also, the color looked completely different from what was shown. I paid a total of $80 for my nails: $60 for dip powder, $5 for gel color, and $15 for what was supposed to be the cat eye. None of these extra charges were communicated to me until it was time to pay. Upon noticing the multiple issues I realized I was very dissatisfied with the service for the amount of money I paid. I came back within 15 minutes and calmly explained what happened and asked if they could be fixed. Another technician did help clean them up, which I appreciated, but the manager's response was extremely dismissive. While the second technician was fixing my nails, they explained that the look I was going for couldn't be achieved without a clear gel tip, and that the dip powder was affecting the color. This was never communicated to me beforehand, which is why I had to settle on a completely different gel color. When I went back to the counter the second time the manager initially gave me only $10 back. As I left, I remembered I had paid $15 for the cat eye and had to come back to clarify. That's when she mentioned the extra $5 upcharge for the type of gel polish, which also had never been explained to me. Instead of taking accountability, the manager told me that next time I should bring a manager over while I'm sitting in the chair if there's a problem. That makes no sense. If a technician isn't sure how to achieve the look a client is asking for, it is their responsibility to ask for help, not the customer's. She also told me that if I leave and come back next time, they would not issue a refund, even though I returned within 15 minutes and the service had to be changed to a completely different polish. There was a clear lack of transparency with pricing. Getting defensive when a customer calmly says they are unhappy with the results is not good service. For $80, the quality, professionalism, and honesty should reflect the price point. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I will not be returning. Edit after owners response : To clarify, this was my second visit to this location, a month after my first, not a frequent returning client as suggested. My nail shape was completely different from the first visit, and I was requesting a very specific "jelly cat eye" look, so it's misleading to imply I should have known how the dip powder would affect the color. While I understand that manufacturer samples are done on clear tips, this was never communicated to me beforehand, which is why I requested a different color when the look couldn't be achieved. I returned within a reasonable amount of for corrections, hardly "after the fact." The main issue here was not the technician, but the manager's handling of the situation: placing responsibility on me for not asking for a manager in the middle of my appointment, failing to communicate the up charge for the gel polish the second time I came back, and being dismissive about the refund. My husband, mother & I recently visited Chloe during its soft opening. We were greeted by the owner who helped us get checked in and shared that our treatment came with a drink on the house (coffee, soda, tea, wine or bubbly) - love! We were served a glass of rose, soda and house-made Vietnamese coffee (so good). The interior of Chloe is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and spotless. The staff was so friendly and helped my family and I to multiple pedicures and gel manicures. Every technician we encountered was super friendly and worked with such care. Our entire experience was top notch: the service, amenities (loved the massage chairs), and prices were reasonably priced. I will mention they have an assortment of many/pedi options - example: you can get a basic pedicure from $37 all the way up to a highly curated pedicure for $90 - something for everyone! One thing to note: I'm not sure they use newly sanitized nail equipment per service like some other salons do. I will be back for future services (very excited to get nail art done here) and highly recommend to anyone looking for a new nail spot! read more

Great service! Excellent Mani/pedi for my son. He was very impressed and actually fell asleep to the massage. He thought he was there for an hour. I left him there for maybe 35 minutes. He really raved about the people and the service and told me I should have had a service done at the same time with him. He said we are definitely coming back. Came in for the first time today and I had an amazing experience! Starting with the booking process-- very easy, i was able to do it online in the morning and booked for the afternoon. When I came in I was greeted and asked to check in and pick my color, which I was happy to find out they have an incredible selection to choose from! First time coming here to Chloe! I came here with my sister in law to get her nails done for her wedding day. She never gets her nails done so I wanted to treat her out. Its beautifully designed interior with white gold and taupe with peaceful music set the ambience. They have a full bar with a special cocktail menu so you get a yummy complimentary drink. Denny my nail tech was amazing he was not in a rush and did a great thorough job and we even had a good chat too. This is probably the best place I have been to get my nails done. Everybody was friendly, it was very clean and aesthetically pleasing and didn't smell like nail polish. I got the deluxe package and felt totally pampered. This salon is very beautiful and well-kept, which first drew me in. However, my experience overall felt mediocre. I showed them a design I wanted, and while they said they could do it, it turned out they didn't have many gem or diamond options to choose from. The staff also wasn't very friendly, which made the visit less enjoyable. On top of that, it was very expensive. I paid $240 for Gel-X and a Gel Pedicure. Chloe nail lounge is a beautiful salon. Very nice staff and they offer complimentary drinks. The service itself isn't bad however the prices are outrageous! When did nail salons become so out of touch? I thought I would try this place for the first time instead of going to my usual place. I wish I didn't. I got my regular pedicure and gel builder for my nails nothing special. The nail's themselves were $105 and my toes another $105. They charge so much for extra add ons! It was $15 extra of chrome, another $15 for gel on my hands, another $15 for a french design, and another $15 for gel on my toes. The nails are nice but it's nothing that you can't get at another place. I ended up spending $200 not including tip. At my original place, which I get the exact same thing, I only pay $120. Extremely frustrated. The technician name was Chi rushed my plain manicure. I had the 30 dollar manicure. The ambience from the salon was very nice and they had towels for you to wash you hands. But my technician Chi was rushing through the manicure. She actually cut me and I started bleeding, and did not even apologize. Then continues like I did not notice and pours more cuticle solution on the cut. The solution burned a lot. As well as, rushed the manicure and pushed back my cuticles very fast and painfully. I did not get any polish or gel because I going to get acrylic nails done and needed my nails natural for that. Very disapointed with this place. I went for my second visit because I received a birthday coupon however I will not be back. The man that did my manicure acrylic fill cut me multiple times while doing my cuticles to the point where I bled. He was going way too fast. I now have to wear bandaids on three of my fingers because of this damage and repeatedly put on antibiotic cream so that the nails don't get infected. I appreciated his apology but my poor nails are injured and super raw. The sides of my nails are also super sharp and not filed well at all.
