To the owner in your poor response and refusal to acknowledge and false claims about of events where your employee waxed off my eyebrow. First you lied about me wanting additional services. Per your other reviews once you walk in your Bombarded with harassment to add on services and when you say no they continue to badger you. You're also the owner your picture matches you when I spoke to you. I was in tears as my skin was burned and eyebrow waxed off. The picture clearly shows where my micro blade line is and how she waxed off and went up high. All she had to do was trace the line. The picture clearly shows as day! You're a liar and a horrible businessman. You clearly do not care about your customers! I was crying and explain what happened and you didn't care. What this shows is that you have no integrity about your business. There is another nail salon in same parking lot that I suggest everyone take their business to. She was gentle, professional, and made sure everything looked and felt right. There was no burning, no rushing--just careful attention to detail that made a world of difference. I came to angel nail bar to get my first and last pedicure here. The lady who did my pedicure Hannah was very pushy and rude. She kept on pushing me to get a manicure or something on my nails despite my resistance. I don't believe the gel pedicure was worth $46 or my gel x removal costing $28. Considering the embarrassment and unpleasant experience. The last place I had gotten a pedicure at did a horrible job that I was embarrassed of hence why I came to a new place but Hannah just pointed and told all her other coworkers loudly about my toes. Where is the professionalism? I think you should save your money unless you go with Kelly who I have always had a nice experience with for gel x nails. Do better Hannah because that made my experience horrible none of the others were rude or yelling about my toes or blatantly pointing at me for minutes. read more

I have been coming to Angel Nail Bar about 9 times already and I had good experiences each time with Wendy & loved receiving my cookies at the end. Today 7/23 things changed for me. I am the type that enjoys her pedicure time, being silent and scroll on my phone. At the end of my service to pay, this other lady which I didn't see her name, checked me out, I paid with CC. But saw the Venmo sign (I wanted to tip), I was taking my time putting away my CC, when she rudely said to me "okay you're done, you can go". I also was waiting for my visit card to be signed. Why was I rushed out the door at 4:50pm, you aren't closing yet & why did you have to be so rude when it was uncalled for. I will gladly take my service elsewhere. read more

Never had Dip Manicure before. Tina, my nail technician was great! My nails are dry and brittle, so have the Dip Manicure was ideal for me. Tina was gentle and asked what color I prefer before she started doing my nails. After filling and shaping my nails, she proceeded to do my cuticles clean up, then added nail powder on top of my nails with several dips after that. My first experience at Angel Nail Bar with Hannah took 1 hour and 37 minutes for a gel fill and a couple of flowers. Another girl had to jump in and help her because I had a time limit to leave and unfortunately, I did not make my other appointment because they took so long. My second experience with Hannah took 2 hours and 17 minutes for a gel fill and a flower design. That is just too long of a time to sit in a chair getting my nails done for mediocre work. They are all very nice, but I do not understand how they stay in business spending 2+ hours on one client at a time. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I am no delicate rose. My hands have gone through hell with chemicals and taking care of children, fur or no fur. I was recommended this nail place by an old student of mine who ALWAYS has pristine nails, designs changed almost every other week. She told me that her mom was the one who's always done her nails and of course I pestered her for her parents' shop info lol After 1-2 years of saying, "Yea, I'll go next week" (when one works in the food industry sometimes it's not worth it) I finally had the opportunity to go with a friend of mine today and the experience did not disappoint! Luckily we went when it wasn't too busy and we were assisted right away. Mr. Nguyen did my cleaning and cuticles and I was very surprised about how gentle he was as the last time I got my nails done was about 10 years ago and I don't remember it being that gentle. I felt nothing and I don't recall ever seeing my nails so clean! And Kelly did an amazing paint job. I chose a simple color because that's what I usually do at home, I'm too lazy to consider anything else lol. She helped me pick out a color that looked nicer with my complexion (I wanted to get a turquoise of sorts but I'm terrible with color matching). After the color was done she recommended a simple design for Valentine's, I said sure, and the results were great! She really took account into "I'm very simple" (maybe said that a few times hahaha) and went along with that idea! Attached to this review is also my friend's results, I didn't catch the name of her artist but she did an amazing job as well. My friend had a design with her and her artist did I think an even better job than the original design! Forgot to add but was lazy to edit the above: I also have very shaky hands, especially on my left. They were both very skilled and had no problems handling. read more
